When you are in alignment with your most authentic self,

The universe provides.

Your inner divinity flows through you when you are aligned with who you are meant to be.

The divine pours through every word you speak.

In this frequency,

Everything you touch turns to gold.

To be aligned with your most authentic self is to deconstruct the person you have convinced yourself to become,

The person who lives for other people instead of yourself.

You deserve to live for yourself,

Allow yourself to be honest with your vision,

And become grounded and centered in your purpose.

Today we are going to begin deconstructing false narratives and limiting beliefs.

We are going to return home to yourself,

Connect with your energy,

And align with your most authentic self to allow the entire universe to awaken within you.

Let's take a few moments to connect with your energy.

With three deep cleansing breaths,

Allow your thoughts to drift away.

In through the nose,

Breathing in openness,

And out through the mouth,

Releasing all resistance.

I want you to ask yourself now,

In what ways am I pursuing things that I do not truly want?

In what ways am I taking action in ways that do not light me up?

In what ways do I feel incapable of achieving my goals?

In what ways have I limited my goals based on what I believe is possible for myself?

Now,

Consider for a few moments,

How have the people in your life told you what you can and can't do?

How do you think this has impacted the goals you have created for yourself?

Repeat on this for a few moments.

I want you to ask yourself now,

In what ways have I limited my goals based on what I believe is possible for myself?

You Take a moment to connect with the breath again.

Let's ground ourselves together with three deep belly breaths.

Breathing light and openness into the belly and exhaling to release all tension and limitations.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Whenever you're ready return your breathing back to normal.

Allow yourself to release these limiting beliefs and false narratives through the breath.

Allow yourself to expand what is possible for yourself through the breath.

Shifting your awareness to expansion,

Recall a time in your life when your wishes and needs flowed naturally and easily to you.

How are you living your life differently between then and now?

Trust that this state of ease and flow are ready for your return.

Now what truly lights you up?

If you could be,

Do,

And have anything,

What would it be?

If you believed you were capable of anything,

What would you do?

Allow yourself to deeply and vividly visualize the answers to these questions.

Become aware of the emotions you are feeling from this visualization practice.

Where is the feeling stored in the body?

Place your hands on the space of your emotion.

Whether it is your heart or the belly or anywhere else.

By placing your hands on the space of your emotion,

You are now connecting with the source of your infinite potential.

Feel the warmth of this space.

Continue to deeply feel your emotion.

Visualize light emanating from this space.

To close our practice,

Let's breathe light into the space of our emotion with three deep breaths.

In through the nose,

Breathing in light,

And out through the mouth,

Releasing all limitation.
