I love the movement of the sound as my thoughts flow in the beginning of the meditation while I can keep coming back to the humming in the background and then just focus on the blissful even humming throughout and a bit of gentle coming alive at the end bringing me back. Beautiful.

This is my very favorite 30-minute track so far! I love that there is variety and texture in the sound while staying very “on track”, helping to provide an expansive feeling. Wish there was a 15-minute version just like it!
