Hello,

I'm Miriam Rose Lee of Energetic Pathway and I'm so glad you're here.

Today we are gonna do a sifting manifestation exercise.

So it is a guided meditation that is designed to help you start to step into and shift your reality.

And the way that this works is ultimately when we go through the sifting exercise,

We're gonna explore the sensations,

The images,

The feelings and the thoughts that would occur within us if we were able to have the reality that we're hoping for,

That we're dreaming for.

And as we do that,

It starts to change a little bit of the makeup in our mind,

But more importantly,

It gives our mind the job to start looking for that reality in the reality that you already exist in.

So putting it in super layman's terms,

It's just an important step to start moving forward and start getting the reality you hope for to start to appear.

Because it's all about our vibrations and about our energy and our intentions.

And when we do the sifting exercise,

We're setting very clear intentions,

But more importantly,

We're using our senses and our body in order to start to feel that intention,

To start to feel those feelings,

To start to actually have the thoughts and imagine that scenario.

So as we get started,

Go ahead and find a comfortable place to be.

You may lie down,

Sit down.

You can even do this as a walking meditation if you prefer.

And take a deep breath in through your nose and then out through your mouth,

Allowing the exhale to be longer than your inhale and feeling free to use your exhale as an opportunity to sigh,

Allowing the energy to get out of you.

Just take a couple of more grounding breaths just like that.

Start to feel your body on the surface of the earth.

The surface that's below you.

Paying particular attention to where your body makes contact with that surface.

Just dropping more into your body and continuing monitoring your breathing,

No longer controlling it,

Just allowing for the natural inhales and exhales.

And now I'd like you to choose something that you would like to come to fruition in your life.

That could be a relationship,

That could be feeling a sense of belonging or knowing that you're immensely supported.

It could be a specific career or job.

It could be a family.

It can even be something as simple as visiting a specific place.

Whatever it is,

Just go ahead and allow that which you wish to become part of your reality in the future to enter into your mind.

Now I want you to see and take in everything that's going on around you in this new reality.

Who's around you?

What's around you?

And allow yourself to imagine that this reality is really happening.

What you're seeing in your mind's eye or what you're sensing and feeling is really happening.

Allow yourself to fill it.

Because sometimes we don't allow ourselves to feel that that thing could possibly be there,

It could possibly exist,

And then we shut ourselves all from that reality.

So allow yourself to fill it,

To dream it,

To be it.

And as you're in this space where this dream is a reality,

Tap into your body.

What does the sensations of your body tell you?

The S in Sifting is for sensations.

What do you feel in your body?

Where do you feel it?

Maybe it's an excitement.

Maybe it feels like the warming of your heart.

Maybe it feels like just relief.

Just like,

Thank goodness this came to be.

Maybe the tension starts to lessen in your shoulders or your neck or your stomach.

Maybe you start to relax,

Possibly even deeper than you have in a very long time.

Just notice the sensations that come up and allow more and more and more of that sensation.

Then we move to the I,

To the images.

What do you see?

What are you doing?

Who's with you?

Who's around you?

What are they saying to you?

Where are you?

And if at any point in the Sifting exercise you're struggling,

I want you to use your imagination.

Maybe you've never felt it before,

You've never seen it before.

You don't have to with Sifting.

Just imagine it,

Imagine it.

Imagine what it would look like.

And now we will shift to the feelings.

What does it feel like?

What emotions come up for you?

Maybe it's excitement,

Maybe it's awe.

Maybe it's elation,

Maybe it's joy.

Maybe it's peace and calmness,

Safety.

Allow yourself to actually feel them.

Take it all in,

Breathe it all in.

Allow it to be true in this moment.

Then what are your thoughts?

What are you thinking?

As you sit in this moment,

Seeing what's before you,

Allowing the sensations in your bodies to arise,

Allowing your feelings to be present.

What thoughts are going on in your mind?

Maybe it's I can't believe this finally happened.

Maybe it's I never thought this was gonna happen.

Whatever it is,

It's okay.

And if emotion starts to come up during any part of this exercise,

That's normal.

Allow it to come up and flow out of you.

Sometimes it can be a beautiful release,

Imagining and putting ourselves into the environments and situations we long for.

Go ahead and take it all in one more time.

The sensations,

The images,

The thoughts,

The images,

The feelings,

And the thoughts.

And you're gonna slowly start to come back into your body,

Starting again by feeling your physical body on the surface below you,

Noticing how that surface is holding you and supporting you.

And gently start to move your fingers and toes.

And when you're ready,

You can slowly start to open back up your eyes,

Acclimating yourself to the room around you.

And I encourage you to do this sifting meditation.

Just take 10 minutes out of your day for the next five,

10,

15 days,

Whatever feels more aligned for you.

And just allow yourself to start to feel just for 10 minutes a day.

And if 10 minutes feels like too much,

Do five.

Just start to feel this reality come to be.

Go ahead and thank yourself for showing up today in this way to support yourself and your dreams and your future.

And take one more deep breath in and release out with a sigh.

And I'm wishing you a very beautiful rest of your day.
