Here we are,
Back with another Max Meditation System meditation.
Wherever you are,
You can just find a comfortable place to sit,
Preferably with your feet touching the floor and your palms facing towards the sky.
You can even set an intention for yourself for this practice,
If there's something specific that you'd like to work on.
We'll begin by taking several deep breaths,
Breathing in through the nose,
And out through the mouth,
In through the nose,
And out through the mouth,
In through the nose,
And out through the mouth.
Just continuing to breathe in this way throughout the entire meditation.
Now very gently,
To help us to become more present,
We'll begin with a body relaxation.
I'll be saying out loud for each body part to relax three times,
And then you'll repeat those commands silently or in a whisper to your own body,
Starting with the feet.
Feet relax.
Feet relax.
Feet relax.
Legs relax.
Legs relax.
Legs relax.
Hips relax.
Hips relax.
Legs relax.
Thighs relax.
Thighs relax.
Thighs relax.
Back relax.
Back relax.
Back relax.
Stomach relax.

Just repeating these commands to your own body.
Heart relax.

And as you breathe deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth,
You can begin to imagine that you're the most relaxed you've ever been.
As you do this,
A waterfall of golden white light pours down from the sky through the top of your head,
Down through your body,
Out your feet and into the earth.
And as you sit in this waterfall of golden white light,
It purifies any stress,
Any worry,
Any anxiety,
Any fears,
Anything that's holding you back.
It's all taken away now by this waterfall of golden white light back to the earth so that you can be free.
And for these next few moments,
We'll continue to focus on this waterfall of golden white light moving through you,
Cleaning up what you no longer need.
Trust that whatever is meant for you will find its way back and that you are safe and that you are here in this light.
If any thoughts arise,
You too can send them back to the waterfall to be carried away from you.
You you you Just letting that waterfall of golden white light moves for you you you you you you you you love love love begin to see yourself focusing just honing in on this word love love love I'm just staying here for a few moments with the word love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love see yourself running forward on a path it's so bright outside there's so much light and you're just running swiftly and powerfully down a path you feel invincible you feel so strong as you run breathing in fresh air and just letting yourself move forward continuously in the light because you are so strong you feel that you can take on anything conquer anything overcome anything the question is where do you want to use your energy do you want to direct it at that person or that situation is that where it belongs or would you do better to transfer this strength and this power somewhere else where is the best source of your strength for you in your life and so running down this path remembering your strength and your power to reflect on all the different experiences in your life perhaps the ones that are most present and discerning and deciphering where would I like to place my strength should I exert more or exert less where is my truth how do I shine even brighter you may notice at times it feels like you're running through the clouds your pace is slower it's harder to see and to gain clarity but when this happens the trick and the most powerful thing you can do is not to stay stuck but to just keep moving every cloud disappears eventually and so it is with you your confusion your lack of clarity your uncertainty this cloud will move through as long as you keep pushing forward and turning towards the light and so committing yourself to this in your heart to always push forward step by step and as much as possible to do your best and to never quit and to never give up because you have so much strength but you don't need those options or those ways out and so whether you're running through the clouds or whether you're running on a bright bright day honor your process honor your bravery your courage your strength your wisdom your gifts your love know that these things can never leave you although you might deny who you are they do not deny you and so tapping into these qualities is you and with graciousness and with humbleness you allow yourself to be in this light and to continue forward you are your greatest strength you embody hope you embody love letting this flood over you letting these reminders sink in tapping into the fullness of your heart and the fullness of you you can take several more deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth in through your nose and out through your mouth in through your nose and out through your mouth congratulating yourself on another meditation session completed And you can begin to move your leg,
Your arm,
Open your eyes,
Returning back to your sacred space.
