I'm so excited to lead you through another max meditation system today.

Go ahead and get comfy wherever you are,

Ideally placing your feet on the floor,

Your palms in your lap,

And you can even go ahead and set an intention for what you'd like to receive out of this meditation.

Once you've done that,

You can close your eyes and we'll take some deep breaths together,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

You'll continue breathing in this way throughout the entire meditation,

Breathing in light and positivity through your nose and breathing out through your mouth,

All worry and all stress.

To begin this meditation,

We'll start with a body relaxation.

I'll be saying out loud for each body part to relax three times and you can repeat those commands silently or in a whisper to your own body,

Starting with the feet.

Feet relax.

Feet relax.

Feet relax.

Legs relax.

Legs relax.

Legs relax.

Hips relax.

Hips relax.

Hips relax.

Back relax.

Back relax.

Back relax.

Stomach relax.

Stomach relax.

Stomach relax.

Heart relax.

Heart relax.

Heart relax.

Arms and hands relax.

Arms and hands relax.

Arms and hands relax.

Shoulders relax.

Shoulders relax.

Shoulders relax.

Just repeating these commands to your own body.

Neck and throat relax.

Neck and throat relax.

Neck and throat relax.

Face relax.

Face relax.

Face relax.

Mind relax.

Mind relax.

Mind relax.

Emotions relax.

Emotions relax.

Emotions relax.

Entire body relax.

Entire body relax.

Entire body relax.

Entire being relax.

And just letting your body become more and more present.

Still taking those deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And beginning to imagine that you're the most relaxed you've ever been.

As you do this,

A waterfall of golden white light starts pouring down from the sky,

Through the top of your head,

Down through your body,

Out your feet and into the earth.

And as you sit in this waterfall of golden white light,

It pours down through your mind,

Washing away any and all thought.

Pours down through your body,

Cleaning up any stress or worry,

Any anxiety or fears,

Any places of tension.

And all of this gets carried away back to the earth and away from you.

Whatever you need will always come back to you.

And so for these next few moments together in silence,

We'll continue to picture,

Visualize,

Work with this waterfall of golden white light moving through you.

If any thoughts arise,

You can always direct the waterfall to cleanse them from your mind,

Bringing them back to the earth.

Just relaxing and focusing on that waterfall of golden white light now.

Take care.

You you you you you you you you you you you growth you growth growth growth switching your focus now to the word growth growth repeating it back to yourself several times and just letting this energy move through you growth growth growth growth spending a few minutes here with this word growth growth growth growth growth growth growth growth growth growth growth growth growth growth see yourself standing on the earth your feet are planted into the ground around you there is a storm that sways you from side to side that you have to ask yourself do I let the storm win or do I decide to plant my feet and stronger to hold my ground to let the storm do as it wishes but to know I can hold strong strong strong in this moment feel yourself digging your feet further and further into the ground holding that space no matter what comes at you no matter what happens knowing that you have the strength and the will to remain here now as you continue to affirm to yourself that you can do this you begin to notice it doesn't really matter what happens with this storm it can blow back and forth it can cause chaos and havoc but here you are a pillar standing strong the more you practice your strength the easier it becomes not tempted to fall down by the storm not tempted to give up now is the time to really appreciate and to know that you can do this and to notice how strong you truly are whenever you start to feel doubt or you start to feel scared see yourself looking up and connecting to that light above the light above and the light within you can take away all fear all doubt all worry it can give you peace letting this light flow up and down through your being so that whatever's causing you mental or emotional distress you can just let it go knowing that no matter what happens you're connected to bigger forces the earth and the light are all here for you and now instead of reacting to the storm it's almost as if you know what to expect and it can't really bother you anymore you can just let it go it's almost as if you know what to expect and it can't really bother you anymore you've grown so strong with your own will and your own choices that there's nothing to react to you just keep standing strong admiring this and appreciating this about yourself you are stronger than any storm any wind any chaos you are so much stronger than all of it here and now and one more time feeling your feet firmly planted in the ground feeling that light from above thanking yourself for your strength taking three more deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth and through your nose and out through your mouth through your nose And out through your mouth.

And just slowly beginning to bring yourself back to center.

Thanking yourself for showing up here today.

You can begin to move your arms and your legs.

Open your eyes.

And gently come back to wherever you are.

Appreciating this moment.

And again,

Appreciating your own strength.
