Get grounded with this weeks Max Meditation System™. Through the use of guided imagery, you'll find yourself standing firmly on the ground no matter whats going on around you. You'll even remember that you have support at all times and reconnect with Mother Earth in a strong and powerful way.

Welcome back to another Max meditation.
If you'll join me in a seated position with your palms facing upwards towards the sky in your lap and your eyes closed,
We'll go ahead and begin.
In order to begin we need to find center and we can do this through the breath,
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Letting yourself breathe.
Continuing this style of breathing throughout the rest of the meditation.
We begin very easily with a body relaxation.
I'll be saying out loud for each body part to relax three times.
And then you'll repeat these commands silently or in a whisper to your own body.
Starting with the feet.
Feet relax.
Feet relax.
Legs relax.
Legs relax.
Hips relax.
Hips relax.
Hips relax.
Hips relax.
Back relax.
Back relax.
Back relax.
Stomach relax.
Stomach relax.

Chest and heart relax.

Just letting yourself continue to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
You can go ahead and visualize,
Feel,
Sense or imagine a bright white light shining down from the sky through the top of your head,
Down through your body,
Out your feet and into the earth.
And as you sit in this bright white light,
It begins to dissolve any thoughts that you're having,
Any worry,
Any stress,
Any anxiety or frustration,
Any to-do lists,
Anything that's holding you back.
Just let it all dissolve now in this bright white light.
You are here to be cared for and to be taken care of.
So just enjoy these next few moments.
Total surrender in this bright white light.
That's here to honor and serve you.
If any thoughts arise,
Just continue to let them dissolve in this bright white light.
Good night.

See yourself standing with your feet placed firmly on the ground.
From your waist to the top of your head.
You almost feel like you're in a wind tunnel.
It's hazy.
There's a lot going on around you.
But don't forget that your feet are firmly planted in the ground.
As you notice this wind around you,
You begin to think to yourself,
I am strong.
I have a sturdy foundation.
Even though it might feel confusing right now or chaotic,
I can clear this.
I know my own strength.
And so you feel yourself begin to pull energy up from the ground and into your body.
Using the earth as a guide for yourself and just pulling on her strength,
Bringing it into you.
Growing stronger with every pull.
You notice as you fill up with the element of earth,
This wind tunnel begins to lessen.
It can't withstand the strength of mother earth.
And so it weakens and weakens and weakens.
Whenever you forget your strength,
Whenever you feel confused or off course,
Did you know that you are not alone and that the earth is here for you.
You can call upon her strength at any time.
Just standing here and pulling her into you.
Let yourself feel strong.
Let yourself feel capable.
Let yourself remember that you can draw from the source below you.
So standing here now feeling the mother earth energy and just taking it all in.
As your strength restores and restores,
You see yourself opening your eyes.
That wind tunnel,
That chaos is no more.
It's a new day,
Bright and sunny.
You feel so good as you just transmuted chaos into light.
Let yourself bask in this,
In your own power,
In your own beauty,
In your own strength.
You can play now,
Move forward,
Have fun.
It's all up to you.
All you had to do was use the resources around you to come back to the light.
Your heart opens and expands as you feel the gratitude for mother earth below you.
Feeling grateful for the elements and saying thank you several times.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Relying on your strength,
Relying on the strength of the elements around you,
Relying on the light you are taking care of in so many ways.
Now feeling more free to express yourself,
Feeling more free to be beautiful you.
You begin to see yourself returning to your day in this new and strengthened state where your power is with you,
Where your light is with you,
Where your life is with you.
And taking three big deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
Just letting yourself enjoy this moment for a moment more.
And now very gently and easily you move your leg,
You move your arm,
You begin to open your eyes coming back to this day.

Love this... she repeats things 3 times which I find so helpful because you really have time to sink into the moment and relax before moving to the next.... and she teaches you how to connect with the earth in a fresh way... it’s exactly what I needed
