Let's begin.
You'll want to find a chair ideally and have your feet flat on the floor.
However,
Whatever position you need to take for this meditation works as well.
And then you want to have your palms facing upwards towards the ceiling.
This is the receiving position.
And now I'd like you to set an intention for your meditation today.
Perhaps it's peace,
Perhaps it's calm or clarity or focus.
And just setting this intention as we begin.
You can go ahead now and close your eyes.
And together we'll take three deep breaths.
Breathing in through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
And again,
In through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
And one more time together,
In through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
You're breathing in positivity with every breath.
And exhaling negativity out through your mouth.
Repeating this breathing pattern on your own throughout the meditation.
And so let's begin with a body relaxation.
I'll be saying out loud for each body part to relax three times.
And you can repeat these commands quietly to your own body.
Feet relax.

Legs relax.
Legs relax.

Hips relax.
Hips relax.

And now just imagining that you're the most relaxed that you've ever been.
Feeling so relaxed.
And as you do this,
A river of light starts rushing through your mind.
Washing away any and all thoughts.
This river rushes furiously at first.
Washing all of the thoughts away.
And then it begins to calm.
As you have less and less thoughts.
Simply letting this river of light wash these thoughts away.
Whatever you need,
We'll come back to you after the meditation.
So just letting go.
And sitting with this river of light quietly for the next few minutes.
Purifying.
Healing.
And letting all of your thoughts go.
If any thoughts arise,
You can just gently place them into the river of light.
To be carried away from you.
Just taking one more moment to let any thought go.
And now imagine yourself as a rock in the middle of the infinite universe.
Peace.
Beginning to repeat this word quietly to yourself.
Peace.
Bringing all of your focus to the word peace.
For the next few moments.
Peace.
Repeating this word quietly to yourself.
Peace.
See yourself sitting outside on a park bench.
The sun is shining down.
Warm and delightful.
And each drop of the sunlight fills and recharges your soul.
Feel this now.
The light pouring in.
Into you.
Filling you up.
With so much light.
As you sit here on this park bench you feel peace.
You feel stillness.
Everything is okay.
No matter what's going on around you.
There's an inner peace in your soul.
Charged and filled by this light.
And from this returning to the light you begin to feel joy.
You desire to express yourself.
And most importantly you wish to be the truest version of you.
You know your light can serve others.
Your light can change the world.
And all you have to do is just be you.
Tuning into this frequency now.
The light upon your soul.
And your grand desire to just be yourself in the light.
And now see yourself wherever you go.
Sharing this light with others.
One drop of your own light reminds others of their light.
And one by one you begin to light up the world.
It feels so good to share.
It feels so good to be your true self.
Experience this miracle now.
The miracle of your own light.
And now if there's a person or a place that comes to mind feel free to share your light with them as well.
See yourself sharing your inner flame.
Your inner desire to express joy and to be the light.
Sharing this gift now with whoever you wish.
You are a force for good.
A light in this world.
