Hi everyone,
Welcome back to the Max Meditation System.
You can go ahead and find a chair where you're comfortable,
Ideally having your feet on the floor,
Your palms facing towards the sky.
And go ahead and set an intention for your practice today.
Maybe you'd like more peace,
More love,
More calm.
Never works best for you.
And as you set this intention,
You can go ahead and begin to find the breath.
Taking several deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Breathing in light and positivity through your nose and breathing out through your mouth,
All worry and all stress.
Just continuing this breathing on your own.
As we begin with a simple body relaxation.
During this body relaxation,
I'll be saying out loud for each body part to relax three times.
You can repeat these commands silently or in a whisper to your own body.
Feet relax.
Feet relax.
Feet relax.
Legs relax.
Legs relax.
Legs relax.
Thighs relax.
Thighs relax.
Thighs relax.
Stomach relax.
Stomach relax.
Stomach relax.
Back relax.
Back relax.
Back relax.
Just repeating these commands to your own body.
Heart relax.
Heart relax.
Heart relax.
Hands and hands relax.
Arms and hands relax.
Arms and hands relax.
Shoulders relax.
Shoulders relax.
Shoulders relax.
Neck and throat relax.
Neck and throat relax.
Neck and throat relax.
Face relax.
Face relax.

Mind relax.
Mind relax.
Emotions relax.
Emotions relax.
Emotions relax.
Entire body relax.
Entire body relax.
Entire body relax.
And just taking these deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Relaxing more and more in your chair.
Feeling so relaxed.
Taking those deep breaths.
And as you're relaxing and breathing,
You notice this waterfall of light that begins to shine down from the sky.
This waterfall of golden white light.
That's flowing down through the top of your head.
Washing away any and all thoughts.
Then it flows down to your body.
Starting to wash away any areas of stress,
Tension,
Fatigue,
Frustration in the body.
All of this is also washed away by this waterfall of light.
This is all carried back to the earth and away from you.
So for these next few moments,
Let's just sit in silence together.
Visualizing and working with maybe you imagine or feel or sense this waterfall of golden white light moving through you.
Allow yourself to let go what's no longer serving you.
Sending it into this waterfall of light which carries it all the way back to the earth.
And just letting this waterfall of light move through you.
Luh.

Dramatically lower through the chest.
Reaching your focus and your attention now.
The word love.
Just letting it flow through you.
Love.
Love.
Love.
Just sitting with this word.
Love.
Love.
Love.
Love.
Love.
Love.
Love.
See yourself walking down a path.
You're walking as you,
But you're much older than you are now.
You're a little softer,
A little wiser as age sets in.
As you walk,
Do you like what you see?
Are you happy with the man or woman that you've become?
Let yourself look into this.
Seeing yourself a bit into the future.
And just being here now.
Who is my future self?
And am I excited to meet him or her?
Seeing your older self gracefully walk.
You notice there are things about him or her that you love.
Things about him or her that you still see need to heal.
This is helping you now,
Like a road map.
What do I still need to heal in my life?
What am I seeing by looking outward?
That I need to know now in order to prepare.
Letting this older version of yourself be a guide for you.
Teaching you and showing you what the future may hold.
As you see and explore this older version of yourself,
You also notice that this version of you is much more humble.
Knows how to ask for help.
Knows how to pray.
Knows how to surrender.
And the strength in all of these things.
Take a moment now to let yourself open.
To be more vulnerable to life.
Asking for the support.
And practicing now what your future self is showing you.
It's easy to practice.
It's easy to take a few moments to just reflect.
Even though you can't see the entire picture right now,
The glimmers,
The pieces of the future,
Hold this dear to your heart.
It's very special.
It's very wise to have had this encounter.
Being kind to yourself,
Wherever you may be.
And just allowing the light to flow now and into the future and forever.
With humbleness and graciousness and gratitude.
We are so grateful for this moment.
And now slowly coming back to the breath.
Breathing in through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
In through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
In through the nose.
Thanking yourself for showing up today.
And for spending some time here in meditation.
If you need a few more breaths,
Feel free to do that now.
Or being gentle with your body.
Slowly moving your arms and your legs.
And opening your eyes.
