Dream Birth Visualisation | Birth Rehearsal - This track is designed to help you prepare mentally for your birth, by creating a visualization of how you would like your labor and birth to unfold. Ideally it should be listened to in the later stages of your pregnancy, to help you manifest a positive birth experience. It was created for women who are hoping to have a natural birth. Take a few moments to gently adjust your body wherever you need to so that you are comfortable.

Allow the breath to soften,

Taking a deep breath in through the nose and then gently releasing the breath out through the mouth.

As you exhale,

Releasing any tension or stress from your body.

Taking another deep breath in now,

Going deeper and deeper into a state of complete relaxation.

The breath softening any areas of tightness in your body.

Your jaw,

Your mouth and your face are completely relaxed now and just enjoy how beautiful it is to feel so relaxed.

Now that you are completely relaxed,

I invite you to begin visualizing yourself experiencing your dream birth.

Experiencing your beautiful dream labor and natural birth.

In this moment you are in your body going through the process of labor and birth.

Imagine the room that you are in.

The lighting is dim,

The room is peaceful and quiet.

What does the room look like?

Are there any candles or maybe there's relaxing essential oils burning?

Who else is in the room with you?

Bring your awareness to how calm you feel,

How connected you are to your body in early labor and how confident you feel in your body's ability to give birth naturally.

Bring your attention now to your baby inside you,

Connected so deeply to you and imagine how your labor is progressing perfectly just as you imagined it would.

Imagining how relaxed and surrendered you are,

How much trust you have in your body and how perfectly you are managing the pain.

What sounds are you hearing?

Maybe there is music playing your favorite music.

Maybe you are in a birth pool filling the warm water washing over you now,

Soothing your body,

Soothing the contractions,

Soothing any pain from your contractions.

You feel your body softening and opening with every surge bringing you closer and closer to meeting your precious baby.

No matter how intense your contractions become you feel complete trust and inner strength which allows you to manage each surge.

You remember that you are stronger than your surges and you know how to manage each wave no matter how powerful they become you remember that you are more powerful than they are.

You use your breathing techniques to stay calm and in control.

You use your breath to breathe down into your belly,

Down to your baby,

Allowing your body to open more and more with each breath.

Like the blossoming petals of a brilliant red rose your cervix opens more and more with every breath that you take.

Your body releasing hormones that help to numb the pain of your contractions and as you progress further and further and get closer to giving birth you feel the excitement the excitement of knowing that you are so close to holding your baby in your arms.

You are so close now and in a few moments your baby is born.

You feel overwhelming gratitude as you rest with your baby skin to skin for the very first time.

Imagining the love and the joy that you are feeling in this moment.

Whoever else is in the room with you is sharing in this joy sharing this beautiful moment of love and connection and bonding.

Your partner is beside you close to you and your baby and you imagine how happy you are to be sharing this moment with them.

Now imagine another time a few days after your birth where you are holding your baby in your arms and imagine that you are reflecting on your birth reflecting on how grateful you are feeling that your body went into labor at the perfect time and that your labor and birth went so well better than you had expected and feeling so much gratitude for giving birth to a beautiful healthy baby and feeling gratitude that you were able to have the natural birth that you had planned for.

And now slowly shifting your awareness to being back in your body back in the present moment taking a deep conscious breath in through the nose energizing your entire body and then releasing the breath gently allowing yourself to come back into this moment into the room.

I invite you to continue lying or sitting where you are and holding those feelings that you felt in this visualization holding that vibration of those beautiful moments and just sitting with those feelings for a few minutes sitting with the feelings of love and gratitude and connection.

And when you are ready you can gently open your eyes.
