Transcript

You are on a golden beach with beautiful yellow sands in a blue sky above your head.

There are a few clouds floating by and as you watch them you gain a feeling of peace and serenity.

It makes you feel tingly and warm inside.

You notice the ocean is whipping up some pebbles and as the tide moves in and out the pebbles move with it.

And I want you to really notice the behaviour of the pebbles.

How the ocean is dictating its movement.

We have free will in life but sometimes there are situations where we just don't have control.

And all we can do is let go and go with the flow.

This is your opportunity to let go of your responsibilities temporarily.

Let go of what's panicking you in this moment.

If you're feeling very overwhelmed right now it's probably because you're trying to control something that you cannot control.

So rather than trying to fix the situation right now,

Try and let go of it temporarily and see how much better you feel.

Just visualise those rocks,

Those pebbles moving with the ocean on this beautiful beach.

Now imagine yourself as one of these tiny pebbles.

Just gently swaying backwards and forwards.

Enjoying the ride.

Enjoying the flow of life.

Realign yourself with that rhythmic flow.

Enjoy the flow.

Let go of your problems.

And as you move around with the ocean I want you to feel the refreshing coldness of the sea.

And feel it washing over your body and washing away all of the negative attachments that have been holding onto you throughout the day.

And every time you go in you're taking in a new fresh feeling.

And every time that you move out you're letting go of all those negative attachments.

In,

Good feeling,

Out,

Letting go.

In and out with the tide,

Freely moving.

So I want you to take away from this meditation,

This notion,

That perhaps sometimes to be in control it's not about trying to gain control,

It's about letting go of control.

Be those pebbles,

Move freely.

And watch your situation be dealt with in a more productive way.

Have an amazing day.
