Feel an energy of self-love moving its way through your body and healing you. Sometimes we can be very self-critical, our bodies can become tense, and we can feel overwhelmed just from a negative mindset. This meditation will help you to pass through that negative mindset and find a space on the other side. Enjoying this healing meditation.

Your external reality is often a reflection of your internal reality.

The way that you perceive the world entirely comes from how you are internally.

If your mind is disconnected,

If you're overwhelmed and you have too much on your plate and you're overthinking,

Then you're going to be very reactive to your environment and you're going to look at things through a negative lens.

So a great way of creating the life that we desire is by literally giving ourselves self-love,

Time to decompress,

Time to be mindful.

We don't emphasise this enough in modern day society,

It's incredibly important.

So today we're going to be focusing on self-love,

We're going to make sure that we feel fully loved up by the end of this practice.

Please find a comfortable position which you can be seated,

Where you can close your eyes and just simply follow my guidance.

When you are ready,

Please take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Please close your eyes and imagine a red warm light surrounding your entire body.

This is an energy of love.

Really imagine this red light glowing around you with warmth,

Comfort and security.

The aura around you slowly begins to sink into your very being.

You can literally watch the energy permeate into your skin through your arms,

Into your head,

Into your legs.

And as you visualise this,

Imagine a warm feeling radiating throughout your body.

This warm feeling is love,

An energy of love.

As you imagine this energy slowly working its way around your body,

Almost like an energy swirling around as if it's in a washing machine.

You can feel this energy healing parts of your body where there's tension.

This is an energy of self love,

So focus on any parts of your body that you want to focus on at the moment that might be giving you aches or pains and just spend a minute directing this energy to that area.

This energy is continuing to move around your body and as it does so,

I'd like you to focus on your breath for a moment.

I'd like you to breathe in,

Hold at the top for a little while,

Breathe out and then hold at the bottom for a little while.

Breathe in,

Hold at the top,

Breathe out,

Hold at the bottom.

This is called box breathing,

This will help you to feel more grounded and you'll start to notice the energy really working its magic as you breathe more and more and more.

As you continue to take part in this practice of self love,

I'd now like you to return to your normal breathing and start focusing on saying things to yourself where you are giving yourself confidence.

So for example,

You could use I am statements like I am confident,

I am powerful,

I am capable,

I am worthy,

I am mindful.

Any statement like that that you want to use on yourself because right now you are in a prime space to be able to sink these messages into your unconscious mind.

Now is the perfect time for you to tell yourself why you love yourself,

So I'll give you a couple of minutes to do this.

And finally take one deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and as you do so the energy slowly embeds itself into your very being.

Continue practicing self love every single day,

Feel free to come back to this practice whenever you want to do more self love.

Remember you need to give yourself this time every day to be mindful so you can function in the most productive,

Most powerful,

Most fulfilling way.
