Welcome.
This is a guided meditation on self-growth and self-confidence.
I invite you to get into a comfortable upright seated position.
Imagine a tiny seed that's planted into the earth.
I invite you to think about the color,
Size,
And shape of the seed.
What does the seed look like?
Where did it come from?
What do you think it feels like to be that seed?
I invite you to imagine tiny sprouts emerging.
What is growing from them?
What energy is behind them that is causing that growth?
The stems are spreading further and up reading through the earth to the sunlight and beyond.
The sun is warm and bright.
It is nurturing and soothing.
The tree is now beginning to shape from those tiny sprouts from that tiny seed.
There is a trunk.
There are branches growing from the tree from each side of the tree trunk.
Suddenly decides to split into two because it cannot decide to go just one way.
It shapes into two separate trunks.
Creating its own branches and space,
Making new decisions,
And spurring creative energy.
What is growing from these sprouts?
What was planted in that seed?
I invite you to intentionally put unconditional love,
Kindness,
And empathy into that seed.
Imagine it growing from the sprouts to the roots,
The trunk,
Branches,
Stems of the tree,
Beyond the veins and mycelium from within.
It's radiating with the love,
Beauty,
Empathy,
And care that you put into it.
The tree continues to grow beyond the imagination that it once had as a tiny seed.
It continues to surprise itself with all of the new channels of wisdom that it develops with every inch of every branch,
Stem,
And sprout.
I invite you to listen to where the tree is going.
What is it saying?
How does it feel?
Is it connecting with other plants,
Animals,
Or people around it?
What's happening within the tree?
How old is the tree?
What energy does it carry?
I invite you to imagine a blue bubble of protection and support around the tree.
It is radiant and strong.
It feels grounded and protected.
I invite you to imagine yourself as the tree.
What do you look like as a tree?
What does it feel like to be in that space?
Please continue meditating as long as you need.
When you are finished,
I invite you to take a journal and practice svadhyaya,
Non-judgmental self-study and self-reflection.
Please write down anything that comes up for you.
Sending you lots of love and warmth.
