Allow every breath to move deeper than the last,
Every inhalation,
That invitation to draw that breath down into the lower pot,
As if to fill the presence of the pelvic bowl,
And then exhaling that energy from the base all the way up through the central channel,
Right the way through until it pierces through the crown of the head,
Long deep and sweeping breaths move through.
The breath bathes you in peace,
Stillness.
Field of awareness begins to expand.
Bring your awareness to the eyebrow centre,
Into a gold point of light that expands and widens as you feel yourself lifted into this vortex of light,
Carried through the vortex of light.
Ahead you see a bright golden light as it opens and expands,
And as you are carried through this vortex of light,
You find yourself now,
Standing at the opening of the doorway into a temple of light.
It is cool in this space,
In this doorway.
There is a sense of familiarity of this space as if you have been here before.
And as you see yourself in your mind's eye opening that doorway into the temple of light,
You can see the temple is filled with gold and ruby red light.
As you step in you notice steps leading down to the centre of this temple of light and you very gently step down one at a time,
Honouring the silence and the peace that is present as your gentle footsteps are echoed.
As you walk down the steps you see that there is a red cushion placed at the centre of the temple of light.
You make your way to that cushion.
The sense of coolness surrounds you but as soon as you step onto this cushion your body is filled with warmth.
You notice that there are footsteps behind you as you are greeted in the presence of Tibetan monks who enter this space with you and sit in all of the pews that are surrounding you on each four walls that are around you.
In front of you a golden Buddha is present surrounded by candle light and smoke from the incense sticks that are placed as an offering and the sweet smell of that incense moves past your nose.
Monks begin to chant and this feeling is so familiar to you.
You have been here before in their presence in this space but at a different time.
You sit here for a while in the stillness feeling the presence of wisdom that is around you.
The chant calling forwards what is needing to be known in this moment.
You begin to hear the whispers of the mantra that the monks are chanting.
This is whispered,
Chanted.
To allow yourself to be in this temple of light.
Chant moving through you even hearing yourself repeating this ancient mantra.
The ruby robes fill your peripheral vision.
You dwell in this space of awareness witnessing yourself sitting here in this temple leaning into the feeling of the familiar,
The known,
The past some scars and memories of this place.
Those nam-myoho-renge-kyo echoes through the temple of light.
Your breath is always for your guide that anchors you into this sacred space.
You allow yourself to be in this space of awareness witnessing all of it,
Welcoming everything in.
This powerful energy washes over you and through you.
Drop into the silence of the breath and mantra.
Be in the stillness as this experience moves around you and within you.
Stepping into that vast field of expansive awareness that is taking everything in beyond this temple,
Beyond this space and time.
All of the Himalayan caves that are around you,
To all of the temples that are lit just as yours is now,
That the vibration of this mantra is felt through all beings everywhere,
A reminder of that interconnectedness that we have with each other and all beings.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
The mantra washes in,
The mantra washes out.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
The mantra washes out.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
The mantra washes out.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
The mantra washes out.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
The mantra washes out.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
The mantra washes out.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
The mantra washes out.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
The mantra washes out.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
The mantra washes out.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
The mantra washes out.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
The mantra washes out.
The sweetness of this place will stay with you today.
The feeling of seeing the presence of the sacred in everything will stay with you.
In your mind you begin to see yourself back into the space where you now reside.
Your awareness of the space around you deepens as does your breath,
Anchoring you back into this space,
This time,
This presence.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
The mantra washes out.
