So as you breathe and connect with your breath and connect with your body,

Inviting you to land here in this space,

To land in the group together and giving yourself a few moments here to check in and reconnect with your body,

Notice how you're feeling,

Taking some deep breaths into your belly or bringing awareness to your feet,

If you feel like you need some grounding today,

As you breathe into your belly,

Bringing awareness into your center,

Into your core,

Feeling the breath as it expands the lungs,

Using your breath as your anchor,

Or the present moment,

In through the nostrils into the belly,

Breathing in that revitalizing energy to nourish and replenish the body and if the mind is busy that's okay,

Just making space for that movement of the mind and inviting you to gently drop awareness out of your head,

Back,

Feeling your breath,

Using it to ground you,

To center you and knowing that the breath is your portal to inner stillness,

Inner wisdom,

A deep well of inner calm,

Inner spaciousness,

Letting yourself breathe into that calm,

Into that stillness,

Allowing the breath to gradually slow,

Letting that sense of calm,

Radiate out into every part of your body,

As you give your body permission to gently start to relax,

That sense of spaciousness and well-being,

That spaciousness and well-being that is at the core of who we are,

It is our natural state,

Just softly breathing,

There is nothing to achieve,

Just allowing yourself to settle into the breath,

Your guides are all with you,

Allow yourself to settle into their embrace,

Feeling your body wherever you may be sitting or lying,

Taking your time as you start to become aware of sounds around you.
