Hi,
My name is Emma.
Welcome to this beautiful meditation.
So find yourself into a comfortable position,
Either sitting on a chair,
On a cushion with your leg crossed,
Just making sure that the spine is straight.
Or maybe you would rather lay down on your back.
So once you're ready,
Slowly closing down the eyes,
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth,
Letting go.
And really arriving to this present moment,
Here and there.
Inhaling one more time through the nose,
Really feeling up your lungs.
Exhaling through the mouth.
Now inhaling and exhaling through the nose,
Letting your breath going back to its natural rhythm.
Bringing your attention to your third eye,
The space in between your eyebrows,
Staying present with the sensation of your body.
Letting your breath guide you to places in the body,
In the physical body where you feel sensations.
Maybe it's a tingling sensation,
Maybe it's an urge to scratch.
Let's just try our best to stay still and exploring these sensations and surrendering to them.
Being open and willing,
How long can I feel this sensation?
Visualizing with your breath,
Transporting yourself to these places in the body and see how that changes the sensations on the physical level.
Staying present with whatever is arising for you,
Listening without judgment.
And fully being present with your breath.
And slowly we're going to be moving our awareness to the inner layer of the body.
Bringing our awareness to emotions and feelings that are arising right now.
Whatever they might be.
Sadness,
Anger,
Forgiveness,
Inner peace,
Confusion.
As you breathe slowly,
Slowly,
Deeply and naturally.
Letting emotions coming back to the surface.
Allowing the emotions to take over your whole body.
Your whole body.
Your whole body.
Allowing and being willing to release by feeling.
Try to locate.
Letting the feeling take over your whole body and allowing yourself to amplify the emotion and the in-comfort.
Sitting here for a couple breaths here on your own rhythm.
Really taking your time.
Being open and compassionate to what's coming up for you.
Being willing to receive the teaching.
And on your next inhale,
We're slowly going to let go of this feeling and this emotion.
Releasing it back to Mother Earth.
Allowing it to leave the body.
So when you're ready,
Locating a place in the body where this feeling is dominant.
Maybe you're feeling it in your hips.
Maybe you're feeling it in your hands.
Or maybe it's around the heart center.
Once you have located the fear,
You want to release it with the breath.
We're going to visualize this fear,
This emotion.
And as we inhale,
Bringing our awareness to it.
And on the exhale,
We're going to exhale this emotion into a beautiful bubble of light.
Exhaling it one more time.
Inhaling,
Visualizing the fear,
The emotion,
The feeling.
Exhaling the bubble of light.
And seeing this bubble of light just in front of you.
Bringing your attention to your body and in the way that you're feeling right now.
Feeling the release.
Feeling the shift.
Maybe you want to do it one more time.
And when you feel ready,
We're going to blow on this bubble.
Blowing it away into a beautiful tunnel of light.
So when you're ready,
Inhaling fully.
Exhaling through the mouth with a blowing this bubble.
And just taking a moment to realize what is happening in the body when we let go of emotions.
When we allow them to be present in our bodies.
You can slowly bring your awareness back to this present moment now.
Visualizing yourself in your room,
Listening to my voice.
Bringing your hands to your heart.
Know that you are loved and supported in your journey.
