Through this deeply grounding practice, we take a small pause to rest within our own being. Together, we land softly within ourselves to reset our day and allow ourselves to just BE. Regardless of whatever we might be going through, we can permit ourselves to rest and receive the medicine of stillness.

Hi there.

For today's practice,

I'd like to offer you a simple grounding exercise so that you can take a couple of minutes for yourself to really just reset and recalibrate your being.

So without further ado,

I invite you to gently close your eyes to really just allow yourself to land wherever you are in your day,

Whatever you may be experiencing,

Just connecting here to your breath,

Giving yourself a bit of space to breathe,

Gently deepening your breath without forcing,

Just allowing your belly to relax,

To become a little bit more expansive,

Maybe feeling your feet on the ground,

Anchoring into the earth,

Breathing deeply,

Just giving yourself permission to just pause,

Breathe deeply,

Focusing your attention on your breath,

On the inhale and the exhale,

Just noticing how your body responds to the space that you're giving yourself,

How your body responds when you allow yourself to just be without an agenda,

Just basking in your own presence,

The being that you are,

And maybe affirming to yourself gently that you are worthy and you deserve rest,

You deserve space,

Space to be,

Space to relax,

Space to just come home to yourself,

Breathing deeply,

Feeling that spaciousness that is beginning to expand throughout your body,

Taking in a few more breaths here,

Just taking your time at your own pace,

Gently wiggling your toes,

Your fingertips,

Slowly waking up the body,

Signaling that you're preparing yourself to come back into your space,

Feel free to make any gestures that might feel good for you,

And on the next exhale,

You can open your eyes.
