In this sound bath, we find stability through anchoring within as it is so important to return to our truth amidst uncertainty. We begin with a guided meditation and then lead into the sound meditation through the healing sounds of crystal bowls and the Koshi chime. The rain comes to grace us with its presence at the end as well. May you feel deeply relaxed after this session, and feel free to repeat this meditation as many times necessary. Namasté.

Hello there beautiful soul.

Welcome to today's sound bath session.

My invitation for you today is to spend the next few moments with me to anchor in stability during times of uncertainty.

I'm really feeling this right now and I think many of you are too.

This need to anchor in,

Anchor within,

When everything around is going by really fast and is shifting a lot,

Changing constantly.

It can be hard to feel rooted within our own truth when we are busy-minded,

Watching what's going on outside of us.

And so my invitation for you today and right now is to turn within and just allow yourself to rest within your own being so that you can anchor within the truth of who you are,

The truth of your being.

So now would be a great time to let those around you know that you'll be spending the next few moments with me in this sound bath and kindly ask not to be disturbed.

You can even invite them to join you if you feel that they could also benefit from this journey.

It might be a beautiful experience to share all together.

Otherwise I will remind you to maybe put your phone on airplane mode and maybe put it on do not disturb as well.

And so as you locate your space for the next few moments,

Make sure that you get as comfy as possible with whatever you have around you.

So whether you be on your couch or on your bed if you're at home or on the floor on your yoga mat or on a chair,

Maybe get some cushions so that you'll be nice and cozy.

And just know that if ever you need to shift or move around,

You can.

So as we settle down here,

Let's just start to pay attention to the breath.

Notice the quality of your breath.

No judgment.

Just a simple greeting.

A greeting and a meeting of your breath wherever it is,

As it is.

And perhaps as you do this,

You may notice that your breath starts to deepen naturally.

So placing,

If it feels good,

One palm over your heart center and the other over your belly.

Breathing here.

Feeling the rise of your belly meet the palm of your hand.

Effortless.

Breathing.

And just taking a moment to acknowledge and to thank yourself for these next few moments that you are gifting to yourself so that you may relax and return home,

Anchoring within your wisdom.

Trust that you don't need to do anything.

You don't need to seek that wisdom.

There's no quest here.

Just be allowing yourself to be.

Who you are as you are in this moment is enough for you to remember your truth.

Yeah.

You you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you
