Hello there beautiful soul.

Welcome to today's Sambat session.

For today's journey,

My invitation for you is to start tapping into your emotions and even perhaps beginning to embrace your vulnerability.

And these words might scare you a little bit because it's not always comfortable to meet our vulnerability.

However,

My invitation for you for these next few moments is to begin to explore some of that vulnerability that you might be feeling in this moment,

Particularly these days,

In a safe space so that you can step out into your day lighter,

Clearer,

Feeling more supported.

A lot of times we have this tendency to want to flee our emotions and our vulnerability because it's too uncomfortable.

But in my experience,

The more that we meet our discomfort and our vulnerability,

The more we can be at ease with what's there.

We can more easily free the emotions that we feel because we're no longer holding or pushing down,

But really taking the time to meet with what's there.

So I invite you to locate your space.

Whether you be at home,

On your sofa,

On your bed,

Your yoga mat or your chair,

Make sure that you will be comfortable for the next few moments.

And maybe get some cushions around you so that you can be as comfortable as possible.

Now would be a great time to let your loved ones know that you will be out of service for the next few moments because you will be taking this moment for yourself.

You can always invite them to join you if you feel that this is what they might need as well.

But otherwise,

I invite you to get comfy,

Close your eyes and just take a few deep grounding breaths here,

Sighing out audibly,

Letting go of your day this far.

And if it's accessible for you,

Placing both of your hands over your heart center.

Just taking a few breaths here to feel your heartbeat.

And if you don't feel your heartbeat right away,

No worries.

The more time we spend paying attention to the heartbeat,

The more we can sense it and feel it.

So maybe this is an invitation for you to check in more often.

But for right now,

Just breathing into this space that is here beneath your palms.

And my invitation for you is to start inquiring and seeing if there's anything here that you feel is in the way.

Any emotion,

Any situation,

Any relationship that is weighing you down.

Taking the time to really see it here.

Trusting that whatever comes up for you is whatever you need to see in this moment.

Breathe into the emotions that may surround whatever you've just seen here.

Any discomfort,

Any tension,

Any frustration,

Fear or anxiety.

Seeing it and feeling it.

Meeting it with your breath.

Allow yourself to dive into whatever is here for you.

And freeing now whatever you've been holding.

Whatever has been feeling stuck or that you've been grasping onto.

Free it now.

Let it go.

Breathe.

And letting the weight just dissolve.

Alchemizing whatever you've just felt.

And allowing yourself to just feel lighter.

And now see if there are any words,

Any intention or any wisdom here that wishes to emerge from your heart.

Trusting once again that whatever arises is exactly what you need to hear in this moment.

Basking in this intention and allowing it,

Acknowledging it as if it is already so.

Let it go.

Breathe.

And let it go.

Let it go.

Let it go.
