Observe how you feel,
How you behave,
The things you like and enjoy,
The things you dislike and would like to change.
Just observe,
Don't judge,
Don't try to block anything,
Don't overthink.
Just be present,
Just feel,
Let all your emotions come out,
Embrace them as they are.
They are here for a reason,
They are here to teach you something.
Everything is welcome here,
This is a safe space for you to just be and discover.
I want you to focus on your body now,

Physical exercise,
Sleeping,
Eating a good diet,
Drinking enough water?
These are some of the things that can help your body heal and feel strong and energized.

Connect with the feelings you are experiencing,
Become aware of this new reality.

You have 24 hours every day to use them as you wish.
