And I don't know if you guys are familiar with the law of attraction,
Some of you may have come to some of the sessions I did in the past,
I think I did three or four and the law of attraction states that when attention goes,
Energy flows,
Ok?
Where attention goes,
Energy flows,
What does that mean?
That means that for all of you who are trying to improve your life in a specific way,
Maybe you're trying to declutter your home,
Maybe you're trying to get clear on what you need,
What you don't need,
How you use your time,
What is your purpose in life and your passion,
So you're trying to figure all these things out,
Right?
And the law of attraction states that if you're focusing on specific things,
Your energy,
Your focus,
Your time are going to flow there,
Ok?
So that's why it's so important to get clear about what is it that you want in your life,
Ok?
And today's session I'm going to be covering some of the practices that are shared in this book called Ask and It is Given.
It's by Stair and Jerry Hicks.
So these two people are probably one of the biggest people talking about the law of attraction out there.
It's called The Teachings of Abraham.
So basically you can watch a lot of videos on YouTube from them,
You can educate yourself about the law of attraction if you want to learn more,
But like this book has a lot of different practices that I am going to share with you,
Ok?
So Maritha says,

But basically the law of attraction,
There are three steps,

Step number one is to identify your desires.

So the first step is to identify what you want.

Second step is to give it your attention,

And the third step is to allow for that to come into your life,

So it's inviting you to get clear and get clarity,

One of the exercises that I did in a past session that you cannot actually find the recording in my circle.

But basically one of the sessions I shared was to,
To do the exercise called clarity through contrast.
What does that mean?
That means that you,
We normally focus on what we don't want.
For example,
I'm looking for a partner.
I don't want a partner who doesn't listen to me.
I don't want a partner who doesn't want to spend time with me.
I don't want a partner who blah,
Blah,
Blah.
So I invite you to then rephrase.
Okay.
So what do you want?
Okay.
Because right now your energy and your focus are going into what you don't want.
And believe it or not,
You are attracting that into your life.
So let's switch this.
Let's change that affirmation for something different.
So instead of you saying,
I don't want someone who doesn't listen to me,
You can say something like,
I,
I,
So my future partner is a person who cares about me and who listens to me actively.
So that's what you say.
So what,
What's happening in your brain right now?
You are focusing your energy on what you really want rather than focusing your energy on the things that you don't want.
Okay.
So that's one exercise.
So I listened to a problem on YouTube and Spotify everyday life altering contrast has become my greatest teacher of what I do want.

So this is an exercise guys that you can do in your journal.
You can do on a piece of paper,
Like I did this in my journal and happy to show you how it looks like.
So basically I did two columns and then the,
This column has the things that I was focusing on that are negative that I don't want.
And then the green one is what I really want.
So I don't know,
For example,
I have food,
Food is expensive and I have,
I,
I have access to a healthy food and price is not a problem.
Like I am tired of guessing what to do.
This is about my,
My,
My business.
And then I say,
I have clarity comes easily to me.
Okay.
I don't know.
Just everybody's going to look different.
Like your situation is going to look different,
But try to choose an area of your life.
Okay.
And then try to focus on what am I focusing on and what do I want?
Okay.
So that's number one.
Once you get clear on what you want,
That's when you put your attention into it.
How do you do that?
You can do it through affirmations.
You can do it through meditation about that.
You can visualize the,
The,
The desired outcome,
The desired lifestyle that you want to have.
You can visualize your desired partner.
You can visualize your desired work.
You can visualize your ideal day,
Your ideal week,
The vacations you want to go to,
The house you want to live in because the law of attraction states that feelings are vibration,
Right?
And,
And this is something that I am sharing with you next.
So this is the emotional vibrational scale.
Okay.
And this is how we normally feel about things.
Okay.
So this is kind of the neutral state.
And then if you go up,
You will feel contentment,
Hopefulness,
Optimism,
Positive expectations,
Enthusiasm,
Passion.
And the number one is joy,
Love,
Freedom,
Appreciation,
Knowledge,
And empowerment.
Okay.
So those are the positive emotions.
This is where your energy,
Your vibration is,
Is high.
Okay.
Let me read this comment from Maritha.
So she says,
I was a widow with four children and had no will to live.
As I love my husband very much.
I did a vision board and started to put images on it of things I would love to attract in my life.
I brought a three page manifestation letter on what I wanted in a relationship as I wanted love to be back in my life again.
Two,
Yes,
Two days later,
I met a wonderful man.
It was as he was airdropped into my life.
Pure universal magic.
That's beautiful.
Maritha,

So in your case,
You did two exercises,
Right?
You did the vision board and then you did the,
The,
The statement,
Right?
You did the,
How do you call it?
Yeah,
The vision board is one thing that you did,
And then you got a three page manifestation letter.
So you did two exercises.
The vision board is the visualization.
It's you setting your intention and focusing your energy into what you want in your life.
And you can do this by having a vision board.
You can do this by having a magic box where you throw things in.
That's a way for you to visualize.
You can close your eyes and then visualize yourself in the future,
Having the experience that you are,
That you want.
And the law of attraction states that it doesn't matter if what you are feeling it's,
It's happening in the moment,
Or if it's happening in your mind about a future situation,
You are vibrating at that energy level.
So if you want to attract your ideal partner and as,
As she did,
You visualize yourself holding hands,
Going for a walk on the beach,
And then you actually feel how you will feel in that situation,
You are actually attracting that.
And then the universe is going to send you that.
That's wonderful.

So these are the positive and high vibration that we call it.
And then starting from here and going down,
You have the low vibrational emotions.
Okay.
And they are in order from,
From top to bottom.
Confidence,
Optimism,
Frustration,
Impatient,
Irritation,
Overwhelmed,
Disappointment,
Doubt,
Worry,
Blame,
Discouragement,
Anger,
Revenge,
Hatred,
Rage,
Jealousy.
Guys,
Jealousy is really low there.
Insecurity,
Guilt,
And worthiness.
And worthiness is almost the last one,
So I'm not good enough.
I don't deserve that.
And then fear,
Grief,
Depression,
Powerlessness,
And feeling like a victim.
Okay.
Hi,

Good morning.
A possible topic for the vision board.
Yeah,
We can do a topic about that.
Okay.
So this is the emotional vibrational scale.
And then what happens here,
Guys,
Is that when we all find ourselves somewhere in the red,
We cannot tap into this right away.
Meaning like,
If you are feeling discouragement or anger that is all the way here,
You cannot just do this and then go to joy,
Love,
And freedom right away.
It just doesn't work that way,
Right?
You need some time.
You need to,
You need to kind of like climb up.
For some people it's faster than for others,
But,
But it's very difficult to tap into an emotion that is like 15 steps ahead of you.
Okay.
So these exercises are designed to,
Depending where you are on this scale,
You're going to do one or the other,
And then that's going to help you start climbing up that,
That specific ladder.
So basically mindfulness,
Meditation,
Any practice that you guys are doing to ground yourself,
It's helping you to get here and hopefully start tapping into those positive emotions.
The more grounded you are,
The more self-care that you practice,
The more time you spend with yourself,
The more you are going to stay in this high vibration,
Emotional like area.
Okay.
So for those of you who are feeling passion and to see some positivity,
Optimism,
Majority of the time,
It seems that you are doing good work.
You are maintaining yourself on that energy level.
You are doing practices.
You are designing a lifestyle.
You are doing things that are giving you energy.
You feel well,
And you are kind of maintaining that vibration.
It's normal to sing sometimes and come back.
But for those of you who are finding yourself down here,
And again,
We can all end up here when life happens,
Right?
So many times a big event happens.
It hit us really hard and we just need time to digest.
We just need time to,
To just get back on track.
And that's what grieving processes,
That's what forgiveness is.
That's what like getting grounded with yourself.
There are so many ways for you to get out,
But it's normal to be there.
I just want to say that guys,
It's normal to be there and you have to do work.
You have to allow yourself to feel those things and then start climbing up by doing what people are saying.
Gratefulness,
Doing a vision board,
Doing meditation.
So I find that gratitude really helps you move up the vibrational scale.
Dallin,
Absolutely gratitude is probably one of the most powerful practices that you can do.
Why?
Because when you are experiencing gratitude,
You cannot feel something else at the same time.
Okay?
When you are feeling great,
Grateful,
You cannot feel doubt,
Worry,
Discouragement,
Anger at the same time.
We can only send one emotion at the time.
Okay?
So if you start focusing on the things that you are grateful for,
All of a sudden you are being grateful.
So you cannot be blaming,
You cannot be doing something else.
So that's why gratefulness is so,
So important.
And it's so simple to do because you can be grateful because you have two arms,
Because you can breathe,
Because you have legs,
Because you speak,
Because you can hear,
Because you can see,
Because you can move.
You can be grateful because you have a house,
A roof over your head.
You can be grateful because you have access to food every day.
You can be grateful because you have a family or you have friends that love you.
You can be grateful because you have a computer to access this session.
There are so many things that you can be grateful for.
Okay?
That's why gratefulness is something that everybody can tap into.
Doesn't matter where you are at,
Doesn't matter what you are doing.
Okay?
Are you,
Have,
Are you guys familiar with this,
This scale?
Have you guys seen it before?
Just want to know.
I know some people have read the book,
So maybe you are familiar with it,
But for how many of you,
This is new.
I would like to have it,

So amazing.
So some people have it,
Some people don't.
And that's why we're doing this session.
And that's why I love,
I love to have both of you guys.
I love to have the people who are new and I love to have the people who have done the work because then they can share their own experience and then hopefully they can motivate you to actually give it a try because everything in life is the same.
Learn this with curiosity,
Give it an honest try and see what happens.
Honestly,
The worst that can happen is that it doesn't work,
But don't go to try the exercise thinking that it's not going to work because then that's what,
That's what's going to happen.
Just try yourself to try this with curiosity,
Like a child saying,
I don't know what's going to happen.
And I am willing to give it a try and see.
So because if you don't,
If you think that it's not going to work,
Then you are allowing your resistance to get on the way.
Okay.
Darlene says,
It's also helpful to trust in your higher power if you experience a lot of fear and that's helpful to move up the scale.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Darlene,
Thank you so much.
Your higher power,
Like we all have everything that we need inside of us.
And sometimes we forget that.
And sometimes we're just looking outside.
Okay.
And then our happiness is reliant on what's happening outside,
On what people say about us or on how people react to us.
And we don't allow ourselves the time to be grounded,
To really tune into ourselves and to really understand what's important for us.
What do we really need and how can we make ourselves feel safe without anything else doing that for us?
Right.
Once we can get to that point,
That's your higher power.
You can tap into that with mindfulness,
With these practices,
Right?
Once you feel that way,
It's easier for you to then go into life and then things will happen and will continue to happen,
But you're going to be a little bit more grounded,
A little bit more safe,
A little bit more like experienced.
I don't know if that's the word.
Like you're going to be a little bit more attuned with yourself and you're not going to be letting all those things influence you so much.
Okay.
How do we get it?
So guys,
If you type the emotional vibration scale on Google,
You're going to find it very easily,
Okay?
The emotional vibrational scale.
You're going to find it very easily.
And if you cannot find it,
Just drop a line in the circle and I will copy and paste it in there for you guys.
Okay?
So you have to identify what you really want.
Then you have to give it your attention with these practices.
And then the third step is probably one of the most challenges and that's allowing for that to come into your life.

We are so much more than what meets the eye when we know we are all connected.
It becomes a little easier.
Inside Timer has been a huge help in calming my fears and easing positive vibrations.

So I just want you to focus on the step number three,
The allowing,
Right?
So imagine that you say,
For example,
I'm just going to take the partner example.
Okay?
So you identify what you want and maybe you want about relationships.
You want,
I want a partner who listens to me.
I want a partner who like really takes care of me.
I want a partner who supports me.
So you have a clarity list,
Right?
And then you give it your attention.
So you do affirmations,
You have a vision board,
And then all of a sudden your brain is it's seeking for that,
Right?
What happens if when that person shows up and they come to you and say,
Hi,
My name is Emilio.
How are you doing?
And then you say,
Oh my God,
That's him.
Oh my God,
That's her.
Right?
So you have a gut feeling,
But then all of a sudden your resistance comes,
Oh,
I don't deserve a person like this.
I'm not good enough.
They are not going to like me.
Who am I?
How are they going to be looking at me that way?
You understand what I'm talking about here?
So you are not allowing that person into your life because your resistance,
Your fears,
Everything that is inside you,
It's just blocking that for coming.
So that person is going to be,
Okay,
Bye.
And they're going to leave and you're going to be like,
I can't find my partner because,
But it was there.
You just didn't allow him or her into your life.
Okay.
So same thing,
Something that's happening to me right now.
Okay.
So we want to move into a different home and we have done exercises describing the home way,
But then I am not allowing the home to come into me.
And I'm doing work on that because my limiting beliefs are it's going to be too expensive.
It's going to be a lot of work.
Having a home that meets my needs is going to be outside of the city and I'm going to be isolated.
So I am putting so much negativity and so much limitations into having that home that I'm really not allowing that to come into my life because I'm already saying it's not possible.
Right?
It's not my resistance.
Okay.
So you can use this in every area of your life,
Whatever you are trying to create,
Whatever you're trying to manifest,
Just think about what,
What's my resistance and am I really allowing this thing to come into my life?
What's the time of your city?
So what now?
What's the name of my city?
I guess I live in Kitchener Waterloo.
It's a city south of,
Of Toronto in Canada.
Okay.
So this is just examples for you to really connect.
So today the practices that this book asks and it is given by Stel and Jerry Hicks share are exercises to help you stay there,
To help you stay on that high vibration,
To help you overcome your resistance,
To help you work through that,
Those limiting beliefs,
Those feelings of I'm not good enough,
I don't deserve this,
This will never happen to me,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah.
Uh,
Or my birthday,
Sorry.
So my birthday Vapna is August 17th,
1979.
Okay.
And then Eleanor says,
What does resistance looks like?
So Eleanor resistance looks like anytime you try to change anything in your life,
You are going to meet resistance.
Why?
Because our brain is programmed to always keep us safe.
Our brain knows it likes to have certainty.
It likes familiarity.
It likes to know what to expect.
And on top of that,
We have been programmed since we,
Since we were little kids,
We learn how the world works through our adults,
Through our parents,
Through the people around us.
And we created a lot of beliefs about how life is,
How life works.
You create a lot of routines and a lot of habits to keep you safe.
Okay.
Depending how the outside world was for you,
You may have done something to stay safe,
But maybe those limiting beliefs,
Those,
Those habits that you had,
They no longer serve you,
But the brain has repeated them so many times that when you try to change them,
You're going to find resistance.
Some people call it the ego.
Some people call it the familiarity,
Your comfort zone,
Right?
So that's why it takes so,
So much effort and time to,
To create a new habit,
Because it's not that you are creating a new habit is that you are stopping an old habit and replacing that old habit for a new one.
And to do that,
It requires a lot of intention,
A lot of effort,
A lot of repetition until it becomes automatic until the brain says,
Oh,
Okay.
I've done this like a thousand times and it's kind of safe.
So now I can relax.
Okay.
And just think about,
For example,
Like when you learn how to drive a car,
It's just one example.
How much energy did you need to embrace that?
How much energy did you need to like be able to do that task,
Be able to,
To,
To do that.
And now do you need as much energy?
Do you need as much?
So it's kind of the same idea.
Like when you are doing something new,
It requires a lot of energy from you.
When you have done something so many times,
It's just familiar.
It's just a habit.
It's just,
You don't have to think as much.
It just happens automatically.
So that's what we are trying to do here.
We're trying to create new habits.
Okay.
So let's dive into some of these practices just to share some of the examples for you to know,
Okay.
So there are 22 processes.
I don't know if we're going to have time to do them all.
I'm just going to start with some of the ones that I like.
Okay.
So the process number one is it's called the rampage of appreciation.
Okay.
And then I like the book because it says every process it's to be used when you are feeling X.
For example,
This process it's to be used when you are feeling joy,
Knowledge,
Empowerment,
All the way down to optimism.
So basically if you look at the scale,
If you are between this and this,
Okay,
That's when this exercise works the best.
If you are down here,
There are exercises that will help you climb from,
From feeling this a little bit up.
Okay.
So for example,
This exercise is to show appreciation,
Like increase your appreciation about things.
One example,
Imagine that you are standing in line at the post office.
Okay.
And you,
You are standing there and then you start by saying,
Wow,
This is a very nice building.
Wow.
It's good that they keep it so clean.
I like how friendly that postal worker is.
I appreciate the way that the mother is interacting with her child in front of me.
Oh,
That's a good looking jacket.
Oh,
My day is really going well.
So you start thinking about things.
It's just gratefulness.
You start thinking about things that you are grateful for.
Okay.
And again,
If you start thinking,
We can be grateful for so many things that we take for granted.
So whatever you are,
You can always stop and then you can do a few seconds of gratitude.
Okay.
This is one practice.
How many of you practice gratitude?

So my unity of you are doing it.
I mean,
If you are an inside timer,
Most likely you are aware of these,
But so many times,
How many times you find yourself being negative and then you realize,
Oh wow,
I haven't been grateful for a few days now.
Yes,
I do.
I'm doing gratitude journaling.
Amazing.
Amazing.
So this is one practice.
Okay.
Process number two,
The magical creation box.
And this is same idea as having a vision board.
This is basically you have a box or a bag or whatever,
A recipient that does your look,
Your magical bag,
Your magical box,
However you want to call it,
Your magical board.
And then what you are doing is like,
Anytime you see something that you like,
You're going to put it in that box or on the vision board or on your back.
So for example,
Let's say that you want to move to a different home.
So you're going to go,
Maybe you find a magazine and you see a beautiful home with a deck,
With a beautiful view and you say,
Wow,
I love this.
So you're going to cut that and you're going to put it in your box.
Or maybe you have an interaction with a person and you really loved how that person treated you.
It's like,
Wow,
I love how that person listened to me.
They make me feel so hurt,
So respected,
Like so empowered.
I love that.
So you're going to write that in a piece of paper and you're going to put it in your magic box.
So basically you are putting everything that you like in that magic box.
And that's a creation box,
Right?
That's a box that you start putting there and what you are doing,
You are focusing your energy and your attention into the things that you like.
So that's another great practice that you can,
You can do.
So Marita says this book he's talking about is worth every penny.
It is an absolute must.
If you only have one book,
This should be it.
One of the phrases in the book is that the world is a well-stocked pantry.
There isn't anything we can have,
Be or do.
Imagine that.
That's beautiful.
Yes,
I felt that way the other day and I just started a gratitude journal.
Amazing.
It's a part of my self care,
A break between my day of Pomodoro.
Yeah.
Amazing.

So talking about visualization too,
Guys,
When you are trying to visualize something,
There are two things about visualization that you need to know about.
Okay.
So one is that visualization is going to allow you to experience something that you are not experiencing now.
So meaning like the law of attraction works with your vibration.
Okay.
And your vibration is sent by your feelings and emotions.
Okay.
So when you are feeling passion,
Joy,
Love,
You are sending a vibration.
When you are feeling pessimism,
You are sending a different vibration.
Do you guys agree with that?
Okay.
So when you are visualizing,
You are trying to feel something that you want to feel in the future.
Okay.
And that services you in two ways.
One way is that you are starting to tap into the emotions that you want to feel,
Even if you're not feeling them now,
Because the law of attraction doesn't,
You don't have to feel the emotion in the present moment.
If you can visualize something in the future and you can actually visualize yourself in that situation and you can actually feel it and embody it in your body,
That's enough for you to start attracting that into your life.
Okay.
That's one thing.
Another thing is that because we are all facing resistance.
Okay.
Because we are all facing resistance.

How do you organize the box?
Do you keep adding?
How long to keep the papers for?
Lenore,
I have no idea how to organize a box.
I think that's going to feel different for everybody of you.
So do whatever feels true to you.
I personally,
Like when I did the exercise,
I just dumped stuff in it.
I didn't need,
I didn't need the,
I didn't have the feel to,
To need to organize it because sometimes I will just pull things out and then I will just look at them.
I also tried the vision board and I had everything in front of me.
And sometimes I just move things around.
So do whatever feels good to you.
There is not a right or wrong way of doing it.
Okay.
Is that course I'm intending where we visualize ourselves in the situation before we are actually in it.

It's similar.

But when you are visualizing,
So the first thing is that you can tap into feelings and emotions that you are not feeling right now by you visualizing a future experience that doesn't exist in the present moment,
But your emotional level gets there.
Right.
And that's why if you're trying to visualize your ideal partner,
For example,
And you can visualize yourself holding hands with a person that has the characteristics that you are looking for.
If you can connect emotionally with that visualization and then feel it in your body for the law of attraction,
That's real.
That's that's something that you are attracting because your vibration is that,
Okay.
How many of you have remembered a past experience that made you laugh and then you just laugh again and it has nothing to do with what's happening in the present moment.
You just tapped into that memory and you just,
You were maybe sad and then you tap into that memory and then you are like,
That was such a funny.
I mean,
You start laughing because you are remembering what happened.
Right.
So it's the same in the future,
Guys.
If you can do that in the past and you can feel something that you felt,
Why can't you tap into something that can happen?
Right.
And then that's another thing because we all face resistance.
When you visualize something that doesn't exist yet,
You are training your brain to experience that thing.
And the more you do that,
The more the brain will realize that is safe.
The more the brain will realize,
Oh,
This has been a repeated pattern that has been happening.
The more you repeat it,
The more real it's going to become in your life.
The more of a habit you are going to create in your life.
And then when it happens,
It's going to be familiar.
It's going to be certain.
It's going to be like easy for you to transition into.
So that's why visualization sometimes is so important.
So let me read.
I just lost my baby boy and I want to manifest another baby boy.

You cannot tap into here because you are down here.
And this is a natural process that we all have to go through.

So for you,
You are not trying to focus on being passionate or on being enthusiastic right now,
Because most likely it's just too far away from you.
You cannot reach that because you are experiencing grief and that's normal because something really traumatic happened to you.
So maybe your next step is to move up.
Maybe you start moving up from grief,
Fear into maybe revenge.
And then from revenge,
You move into anger.
And then from there,
You move into worry and then into doubt.
So you start moving this scale slowly up by doing practices.
And then it's going to take,
I don't know how long,
It depends on every person,
But you are grieving.
So you have to give yourself space and time to be with those emotions,
With those feelings,
And then start moving,
Start accepting them,
Start yeah,
Setting your intention.
As you say,
What's next for me in life?
How can I set myself in a different vibration level now?
What feels good to me right now to do?
And then slowly you're going to start climbing up.
Okay.

And I think it has to do with not limiting yourself.
This is called the prosperity game.

And this is basically,
It's going to allow you to imagine.
It's going to allow you to like step into what happens if I am,
If I make a lot of money and then basically this invites you to on day one,
For example,
You write an imaginary check of like $2,
000 and then you have to spend it all.
So you have to think,
Okay,
I have a deposit of $2,
000.
What am I using this money for?
And then you visualize that I'm going to go here.
I'm going to buy this.
I'm going to whatever it is.
Right.
So you're not analyzing that in your mind.
The third day you deposit $3,
000.
The fourth day you deposit $4,
000.
So you start incrementing.
Okay.
On day 50,
You deposit $50,
000 and you have to spend everything that day.
Okay.
You can change a different,
You can change amounts.
Okay.
So don't do the 1,
000 or 2,
000.
If that feels,
Doesn't feel right to you.
Like for some people,
Maybe 10,
000 a day,
For some people,
A hundred a day.
It doesn't matter.
You just have to spend it all and you have to visualize yourself,
Whatever you are doing.
Right.
So this is another way for you to don't limit yourself.
Another way for you to tap into the abundance,
To tap into the playfulness of visualizing what you are doing just for the fun of it.

There are some people that they make 1 million every day and they live,

So for you to be able to even tap into that possibility,
It's going to open up a lot of things in your brain that right now they are probably closed.
Probably you don't even contemplate that idea for you.
When I was growing up,

Like I always heard money doesn't grow on trees.
Making money is very hard.
You have to work long days to make money.
Making money is not fun.
You have to sacrifice yourself to make money and provide for yourself.
I hear all those things all the time around me.
Okay.
So what do you think is my belief about money now?
Do you believe that money is good or bad?
Do you believe that money is easy or difficult?
Am I allowing money to flow into my life with these beliefs,
With these resistances?
Of course not.
Even if the universe wants to give me money,
I will be like,
No,
I can't.
It's difficult.
I have to work harder.
Guys,
I have my own business now and I still have a hard time when I don't work every day.
Sometimes I don't work every day and I get paid,
But I have a hard time because for me,
It's like,
No,
I cannot make money if I don't work.
That's not possible,
But it is possible.
Okay.
So doing this exercise is going to invite you to step into something that is completely new for you.
Something that is blowing your mind.
It's like,
Wow.
Like I never could imagine that this could be possible.
Okay.
So I invite you to give it a try.
Okay.
So let's see another exercise that looks good is scripting.

Scripting is another exercise that's basically writing something that you want to have in your life.
And this is a really good one for those of you who may be visualizing or maybe meditation feels a little bit too out there or a little bit too abstract and you are like,
You love writing scripting,
Then it's the exercise for you.
So basically journaling is basically writing down what you want to see in your life with as much detail as possible.
And the end goal of this exercise is that when you are writing this and reading this,
You are connecting emotionally with it.

How many of you guys script?
Like write on a daily basis what you want to see in your life.
Like sometimes I do.
So how often like,
Do you do it every single day?
A lot of pages,
Or do you just do it when you feel like it?

I'm going to have some lunch.
So I have some lunch and maybe if I'm in the flow of making lunch and I have plan,
I'm going to finish lunch in 15 minutes or 20 minutes.
And then I get a phone call.
I can decide,
No,
I am,
I set the intention to finish my lunch and I don't want to be bothered with a phone call.
I don't have intention for that right now.
I don't want to do it.
So you just let it go to voicemail and then you will get to that call after.
Okay.
Maybe you are making lunch and you are expecting a call.
So your intention has,
Was set.
So you are being true to yourself.
You are transitioning from task to task.
Okay.
With intention.
So that's what segment intent intending is to really be intentional to really reflect about,
Okay,
I finished this task right now.
What am I doing next?
Why am I doing that next?
And then am I going to allow interruptions?
What's more important?
Am I going to be free flowing a little bit?
Just set the intention,
Right?
And then set the wishes.
Like I wish this task is going to be good.
I'm going to be driving to get my daughter now.
Okay.
I pleased universe help me get there safe.
Please universe help me enjoy the ride.
Please universe help me.
Don't get mad if someone cuts me off with a car,

This practice is recommended when you are between the four that is positive expectation all the way down to discouragement.

So this is a good exercise.
If you are feeling discouraged,
Blame,
Worry,
Doubt,
Disappointment,
Overwhelm,
Frustration,
Pessimism,
Boredom,
Contentment,
Hopefulness,
And optimism.
Okay.
And that's basically something like this.
Wouldn't it be nice if we had the best time we have ever had with these friends.
So you're setting the intention of maybe you are meeting with friends that normally you don't have a good time with.
And then you are just trying to like do that.
For example,
About traffic.
Wouldn't it be nice if the traffic is light and we have a wonderful trip.
So traffic light,
No traffic jam,
No being stuck in traffic.
Okay.
Wouldn't it be nice if I had a really productive day at work or maybe about relationships,
You can say something like,
Wouldn't it be nice if I find the most spectacular partner who adores me in the same way that I adore him or her.
Okay.
Wouldn't it be nice if I find someone and we walked off into the sunset together.
Guys,
You can be as creative as you want,
But when you are saying these things,
You are allowing yourself for that possibility.
You are allowing yourself for like,
It's possible.
It can be out there.
I can reach out.
I can,
I can make it happen.
Right.
I also have a different book with lots of pages of the loving affirmations.
My boyfriend says to me,
Which then invites even more love.
That's wonderful,

That's appreciation.
The rampage of appreciation guys and praise.
You can do that.
This is not something that is here,
I think,
But you can do that with a person.
Like when we do my wife and I,
When we do the intentional dialogue,
That there is a live session about that,
We always end up with two minutes of praise.
So I spent two full minutes praising her on things that I love about her.
And she does the same to me.
And I can tell you that when we enter the dialogue sometimes is because we had an argument,
We were in a really dark place.
And guys,
When we do that,
When we have the opportunity to share,
And then we end up praising the other person,
It's just so wonderful.
You spending time on being grateful for the other person and you listening to the other person praising you,
It just changes your emotions like that.
So absolutely.

Getting clear of what you want in your life,
And then letting go of things that you no longer need.
And that's going to be opening up space,
Time,
And energy for new things in your life.
So that's why the decluttering process is so important and it's also reflected here.
So the law of attraction doesn't like clutter either.
Because when you have clutter,
The law of attraction needs clarity.
The law of attraction needs a clear emotion from you,
A clear feeling.
And if you are confused and you don't focus your energy into something specific,
You are not going to be able to manifest anything because you're going to be like clouded,
Right?
You're going to be like,
I don't really know what to do next.
But when you are grounded and you are setting the intention and then you start doing a task and you just allow the space for that task to finish,
And then you move to the next task and all those tasks make sense to you because you are clear about what you really want.
So you are feeling better,
You're feeling encouraged,
You are doing your self-care,
You're taking breaks,
And then your day starts becoming lighter,
More fun.
And then that's when the law of attraction,
You get into your flow.
And when you get into your flow,
Life becomes a little bit easier.
And then you start manifesting the things that you want because you are being clear,
Because you are taking action,
Because you are setting the intention and you are manifesting,
You are asking for those things with your emotions,
Okay?
And you are getting clear of what you want and you are forgetting about what you don't want.
That's the secret.
Forget about what you don't want and turn it around into what you really want and then focus on that only.

And it was really hard.
The first two days were really hard because I wasn't drinking coffee.
I wasn't eating.
And it's not just about the food.
And that's what I like about it.
It's not just about,
It's not a physical cleanse.
It's a mental cleanse.
It's an emotional cleanse.
And it's reminding you yourself that you are in control.
It's about you holding space for everything that's coming up that is uncomfortable and be okay being there and pushing through because I wasn't hungry,
But I was,
I was experiencing so many things,
Right?
Coming up and I was just feeling weird.
Yeah.
Knockoff is hard.
Guys,
I had headache,
A little bit of headache,
Right?
But you can go five days.
I have done up to 10 days of these clients with my wife sometimes.
And you can go through without eating for 10 days,
Guys.
It's crazy.
When you cleanse,
Contemplate,
Be with people who are starving.
Use no coffee stuff.
Yeah.
But that's again,
That's a,
That's an opportunity for you to really say,
I am capable of doing this.
I am proving myself that I have the ability to like be with myself and,
And be okay with it and be able to watch everything that's arising.
Let it be there,
Even if it feels uncomfortable and then just keep going.
Okay.
Yeah.

Some of the things that the book shared that are way more.

You can do them with other people too.
I did some of them with my wife and it was very nice.
And being aware of the emotional vibration scale is so important because that way you can be gentle with yourself.
You can understand what it takes to move from one thing to the other.
And I just want to end with that,
With something that came when I was driving yesterday,
Back from the cabin,
I was thinking about the session today and I was thinking how like this journey looks like when you are driving a car on a highway.
Imagine that you are driving a car on a highway,
You are a hundred kilometers an hour going south and then you decide that you want to turn around,
Right?
And then do you turn around like this and then you are a hundred kilometers an hour going the opposite direction?
Or do you think about turning around and then you look for the next exit and then you have to slow down all the way that you stop and then you have to turn around and then you have to accelerate,
You have to watch the traffic and then you have to get in there and then a while ago you are going a hundred in the opposite direction.
Okay?
So just imagine that process and that process is the same as this guys.
If you are down here,
If you are feeling doubtful,
For example,
And you are here and you want to feel joy,
It's very difficult to just do this and switch.
I mean,
If you can do that,
Tell me how you do it.
But some people have the ability to go faster than others,
But there is a process involved.
Okay?
And if you are new to this,
Just be gentle with yourself.
Okay?
Don't have such high expectations of something that is difficult to achieve.
Just allow yourself a little bit of time,
Patience to be able to change,
To be able to start doing something different.
And when you fail,
When you drop the ball,
Just keep doing it instead of beating yourself up because you fail.
Just say,
Okay,
I didn't do it today,
But I'm going to do it tomorrow.
I'm going to start again tomorrow.
And then hopefully you start building the new habit slowly.

Communications,
So many times I'm helping people.
It's funny because I'm helping many couples or families declare their homes and there has to be communication.
There has to be healthy boundaries.
And so many times it's easier to do that communication when you have a third party facilitating that.
So it's very normal to do that.
I do sessions with maybe a couple or with the family before getting started to make sure that everybody has an opportunity to talk,
Everybody has an opportunity to express their needs and everybody has someone that is going to keep them accountable.
And it also removes the pressure from,
If it's just me,
For example,
We,
My wife and I,
Sometimes we have a counselor,
Right?
Sometimes when we get to a point that we have an argument and we cannot get out of it ourselves,
We know that it's the time for us to seek for someone because we have tried our best and we just,
The communication is not flowing.
We are stuck,
Right?
So at that point,
It's very helpful to have someone outside of us listening to me,
Listening to her and then keeping us grounded,
Keeping us like together.
And then is that person keeping me grounded?
It's not my wife keeping me grounded and asking me questions and me triggering,
Being triggered by her,
Right?
So that's one example.
So yes,
Communication is very important and there are so many different strategies that I can share with you if you are interested.
