So welcome to this guided meditation and I thought that it was a good opportunity today because where I am right now it is raining outside and I saw that as an opportunity to accept myself Today just as I am and really getting into the core of What I stand for and what my values are So I was thinking that this meditation should be about that that coming into our bodies and really feeling What is important to me?

So this is a meditation about what is important for you Deep inside what is really important to you?

So just Take some time to settle in in this meditation finding a comfortable position That is suitable for you Not what you think is suitable Really feel like how can I sit or Lay down comfortably I'm just taking your time we have All the time we need right now And when you found that position and slowly Taking some deep inhalations and breathing out in your own rhythm Making sure that it is deep inhalations a Lot of the time in our every day.

We are very shallowed in our breathing Really just taking your time to get Inhalation all the way down to the bottom of your stomach Making maybe your stomach big Let it get bigger the stomach round Really Taking it in and then breathe out and just a letting go of all the shoulds all the I Should do that and that just let it go for a while now and just relax into this together with me All the other people that will listen to this meditation just letting go letting go of all the stories of What you should be?

How you should be?

Let it go and trust your inner kind voice Trust that So see if you can already now connect with this kind voice How does this kind voice look like to you?

Is there something important that they should That this voice should say to you Maybe you are totally,

Okay There is nothing wrong with you You are exactly where you should be And just continue to come back to the deep inhalation After you notice that you just you were drifting off Just come back without any self critic criticism without the inner harsh voice see if you can let go of that voice for a while and just Coming back to you the deep inhalations again and again so when you notice that You were drifting off Then you just come back again Saying I'm okay.

I'm exactly where I should be right now See if you can Notice how it feels in your hands right now How is it in your hands right now,

Or is there any particular part of your body that?

You use as an anchor.

It could be your hands.

It could be your feet Anywhere that feels like Yeah,

That feels right for me to to draw my attention to That feels nice It feels soft So is there a soft spot in your body right now and if so,

How does it feel?

Really connect with how does it feel?

And just keep coming back to that anchor If you notice you are drifting off that is Like a part of life to drift off And then you just come back to your anchor Which you can always return to Also when you're not in this meditation So it's like kind of hopeful We can get in contact with a form of anchor We can develop a relationship to an anchor Which can help us in life because life it's both so beautiful,

But it can also be very tough That is part of being a human being It's a part of existence maybe if we Develop this relationship to our anchor we can start to see beautiful things more sharp Maybe we notice beautiful things more.

Maybe we seek them more If we have a safe place We have a safe refuge so this development of A safe refuge It's very important If we want to become soft and open our hearts to ourselves and others It could also be a person that has been in your life A person that is in your life now a pet A toy.

It could be a lot of things So it's about being creative It's about opening your horizon or kindness in your life And coming back to the deep Inhalation all the way down to the bottom of your stomach filling your stomach and your breasts with air and space and compassion And then when you're ready just slowly exhale it out again And in again And out in your own rhythm You don't have to do anything right now You can just let go maybe of the day that has occurred or The night that will come just let it all go Just let yourself be in this open space Let your own world open up to you Just allowing yourself to be exactly How you are with all your longings and your dreams And your problems just see if you can let that all be just okay Just holding it in a loving and kind space With tenderness and compassion and love almost as you were holding a round shape Maybe a ball Imagine that you just are holding this like a round shape Maybe it has a certain color for you And just let that color be Maybe let that color sort of wash truth through your body just Really soaking it in soothing your body so you can Relax totally right now Letting it all out in your fingertips Your feet just Sort of really let this color Be in your body Just flowing around It's like a sort of loving Loving liquid water Like just floating Sensation Almost like though if there was a person who was standing right next to you and saying you are okay Just let yourself really soak into this Self-soothing experience It's very normal sometimes to forget to take care of yourself,

But It is so important to really appreciate your body and yourself Like being your your best friend like you can be your best friend yourself we are so harsh on ourselves in in a very Accelerating society Where is it?

We are Sort of expected a lot from There's a lot of expectations to us But see if you can let yourself be a human being right now also really needs just to Relax need love Appreciation kindness tenderness Need all of that to love yourself To persuade the dreams that you have Need to be kind to yourself So really just relax right now Maybe if you you're not already I'm Laying down you can do that now and the last couple of minutes You can just really Take your time to rest You could do it just the way that you want to do it It is your time right now Maybe you can open your arms Maybe you can imagine that you are you can see the sky Let it be your time Just do exactly what you Need to do There's no rules right now You're allowed to do exactly what you wish for Here in this open kind space and if you feel the need for it,
