Find a comfortable space to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes gently and let's embark on this journey of reflection and renewal.

Start by taking a few deep breaths.

Inhale gratitude for the strength and effort you've put into your workout.

Exhale any remaining tension or fatigue.

With each breath,

Acknowledge the resilience and commitment you've shown to your well-being.

Shift your focus to your body.

Scan through each muscle group appreciating the work they've done.

Send a silent thank you to each part of your body for its strength and endurance.

Allow a sense of gratitude to envelop you.

Visualize a soothing light surrounding your body.

Picture this light promoting healing and recovery,

Soothing any areas of fatigue or soreness.

Envision your muscles and joints being bathed in a warm rejuvenating glow.

Bring your attention back to your breath.

Inhale relaxation.
