Welcome to day 3 of the Heart Workers 21 Day Meditation Journey.

And take this time to connect with your own body.
Start to notice the shape of your body.
Relax any area of tension.
And start to focus on your breath.
Notice each breath.
As it flows gently in and out of your body.
Without any effort.

Now bring your attention to your heart space in the center of your chest.
You are safe.
Joy lives in our hearts.
We can feel its deep intensity when our heart connects to our true desires.
Nothing can stop that feeling of joy,
Peace and flow.
It can happen for any type of event.
Smiling at a stranger in the streets.
Reconnecting with a friend you hadn't called for months.
Giving the best of yourself at work.
Observing your kid playing.
Or solving a challenge you had been working on for a long time.
When we feel joy inside our being.
We connect the dots between our determination and our path of happiness.
Now feel your heart with that sentiment of joy imprinted in your memory.
Feel the warmth recovering your heart.
Feel the uplifting movements of this feeling traveling through your body.
Know that you can now fly back to this energy of happiness every time you feel disconnected from it.
Trust that you know the way to your heart.
And that your heart knows the language of joy.
Now think of a past experience that gave you a lot of joy,
Excitement.
Or think of a person in your life who always makes you smile.
Take some time to reconnect with this feeling of joy and peace.
Now let's repeat three times in your mind today's affirmation.

You can turn your attention to your breath.
Noticing each inhale and each exhale.
Or simply relax into the quiet.

Calmly look at it and with equal ease try to revisit today's affirmation as often as possible.
