Welcome to Day 17 of the Heart Workers 21 Day Meditation Journey.
Sit with a straight spine or lie down.
Relax your shoulders.
Rest your hands on your knees.
Close your eyes.
And take this time to connect with your own body.
Let your muscles become loose.
Starting with your feet.
Your lower legs.
Knees.
Upper legs.
Torso.
Back.
Shoulders.
Arms.
Hands.
And face.
Feel your body loose and relax.
Turn your attention now to your breath.
Noticing each breath as it flows gently in and out of your body.
Without any thoughts.
Every time a stimulus comes to us.
Our brain responds based on a past experience.
Past interactions.
Past history.
And there is often a lack of objectivity when it comes to perception.
Living in the present moment gives us a chance to stop for a moment.
Become fully aware of what is happening and gain an objective lens on the situation.
Observation is the only way to be able to identify any problematic inner patterns we may have.
Only then can your response change.
You can recycle your negative emotions positively.
And your reality can change.
Who creates your external reality each and every day?
Look at the landscape around you.
Look at the people who surround you.
Who brought all of this your way?
The external reality.
The situations.
The people you meet are the exact reflection of your positive or negative inner programs.
Whatever you carry inside of yourself right now will become your reality.
It's real.
And it's really all about energy.
Our reality aligns with the exact vibrational match to what we think and feel.
The reality which surrounds us therefore becomes an excellent barometer.
This is the good news.
We have our own antidote within ourselves.
By activating our common sense and right thinking.
By accepting all our emotions and practicing self-awareness,
We are able to work on ourselves and change external circumstances and reconnect to the right GPS that navigates our ship.
Go through now your past experiences and think of what do you keep on attracting in your life.
List three negative experiences.
Based on those experiences,
Can you identify a recurring pattern?
Place your awareness on your ability to recognize your own patterns.
Accept those patterns,
Whatever they are and however you may dislike them.
And trust that by understanding them,
You can transform them and help oversee you and understand you.
Try to think if there might be a reason why you keep on attracting those pattern experiences.
Is it a question of self-love?
Do you love and respect yourself enough to say no and stop attracting disrespectful people and situations?
Let's repeat now silently in your mind today's affirmation.
I am a powerful creator.
I will remain silent now for a few minutes.
You can turn your attention to your breath,
Noticing each inhale and each exhale.
Or simply relax into the quiet.
Slowly begin to reawaken and notice how calm you are.
Notice the sounds around you.
Feel the floor beneath you.
Allow now your awareness to turn slowly to your body.
Allowing each part of your body to reawaken slowly.
And as you move forward throughout the rest of your day,
You might notice the chatter arising again.
When it happens,
Calmly look at it and with equal ease try to revisit today's affirmation as often as possible.
I am a powerful creator.
Gently now open your eyes.
Welcome back to your awakened heart.
Namaste.
