Welcome.
Find a comfortable position where the spine is long and the jaw can be softened,
Laying or sitting.
Take a deep,
Slow breath in through the nose,
Pushing out the belly.
Exhale out the mouth.
Inhale,
Letting your whole nervous system begin to relax and stretch.
Exhale with a sigh.
Ahhh.
Inhale,
Breathe in.
Feel your awareness shift from the physical body into the subtle,
Energetic field beneath the sensations.
And exhale with ocean's breath.
Ahhh.
Let your jaw soften,
The tongue gently touching the roof of the mouth behind the teeth.
You can swallow,
And wherever the tongue ends up at is where it needs to be.
Let the muscles around the face melt,
Relax the spine,
And sink into the inner world.
Bring your awareness to the lower dantian,
2 inches below the navel and 1 inch inward.
Feel the vast ocean of amber clay like light,
Breathing into this space.
On the inhale,
Feel the lower dantian gathering energy like a warm sphere condensing.
On the exhale,
Feel it stabilize,
Expand,
And grow.
Each breath awakens your essence,
Jing.
Each breath nourishes the foundation of your being,
Ojas.
Let this warm,
Steady force grow.
Now bring the condensed ball of energy down to the base of the spine at the perineum.
Lift and squeeze the perineum gently.
On the inhale,
Raise this energy to the tailbone and settle there with an exhale.
Inhale,
Raise energy to behind the navel and settle on the exhale.
Inhale to the mid-back,
Settle on the exhale.
Inhale to the middle of the shoulder blades,
Exhale.
Inhale to the base of the skull,
Exhale.
Inhale to the crown,
Exhale.
Inhale to the tip of the tongue,
Exhale.
Now release the perineum,
Inhale,
And on the exhale,
Breathe in.
Now lower the energy to the throat and feel the expansion of that area with the inhale.
Exhale down to the heart and chest.
Inhale,
Feel the expansion.
Exhale down to the solar plexus.
Exhale to the bladder.
Exhale to the perineum.
Inhale.
Exhale.
One more time,
Up the spine,
Gently lifting and squeezing the perineum.
Inhale to the crown.
Inhale to the tailbone.
Exhale,
Settle.
Inhale behind the navel.
Exhale,
Settle.
Inhale,
Mid-back.
Exhale.
Inhale,
Middle of the shoulder blades.
Exhale.
Inhale,
Base of the skull.
Exhale.
Inhale to the crown.
Inhale to the tip of the tongue.
Exhale.
Inhale to the tip of the tongue.
Exhale.
Now release the perineum,
Inhale,
And on the exhale,
Lower the energy to the throat.
Feel the expansion of that area with the inhale.
Exhale down to the heart and chest.
Inhale,
Feel the expansion.
Exhale down to the solar plexus.

The microcosmic orbit is open and qi is fluid and alive.
Slowly bring the ball of your energy to the center of your chest.
Inhale and feel the light softly enter the heart with cooling presence.

Let any emotional heat melt and dissolve with light shining through the shadow,
Releasing through the exhale.
Now with the bright ball of qi charged,
We bring it to the heart meridian.
Slightly and effortlessly,
Biting down at the wisdom teeth.
Bringing the ball of energy into the center of the armpit.
Bringing this light to shine on ancient emotions,
Heartbreaks not being expressed,
Grief not processed,
And the weight of old love still carried in the chest.
Let the light of this energy settle and allow any heaviness to melt and rise.
Let emotions be expressed and breathed out.
Move the ball of qi downward to the inner bicep at the midpoint.
The point of emotional armoring.
The place where the body protects the heart by creating tension.
Release the old defenses.
Let the energy loosen the armor around your heart.
Bring the qi to the crease of your elbows.
Let it clear agitation,
Restlessness,
Anxiety,
Or emotional heat.
Letting the trembles and energy to flow out and be expressed with the exhale.
Move down to the inner forearm and then slowly move down the energy down the wrist.
Allowing any emotional turbulence,
Suppressing of authentic emotions,
Or the fear of abandonment be healed through the light.
Letting them be expressed through loving awareness and the exhale.
Now bring the qi to the wrist crease on the pinky side.
On the inhale,
Let more energy of clarity from the heart come through and connect.
And exhaling,
The anxiety blocking the heart.
Bring the qi to the little finger side of the palm.
Feel the times when you burnt out.
When your emotions burnt too hot and the intensity spilled out faster than you could hold it.
Exhale and forgive yourself for those experience.
As they are amazing learning lessons.
Now let the energy flow from the palm all the way to the tip of the little finger.
Any remaining trace of panic,
Grief,
And emotional crisis,
Let it flow out the fingertip.
Let the subtle pulsing and tingling be released through the little finger.
Feeling the wave of relief and the openness of the heart.
Now we move to the small intestine meridian.
The channel that carries the heart's fire to the wisdom teeth.
Bring the ball of qi to the outer corner of the little finger.
Allowing the feeling and memories of emotional overflow be expressed and exhaled.
Move the energy to the base of the little finger.
Letting go of frustration and stubbornness on the exhale.
Slowly move this energy down the side of the palm.
Releasing emotional knots of expression.
Feeling unsupported,
Irritability,
And overwhelming fatigue.
Releasing all of this heaviness on the exhale.
The energy now rising from the wrist to the middle of the forearm.
Feeling any suppressed emotions,
Hidden anxiety,
Or trying to escape from reality.
Trying to hold everything together.
Letting the exhale express these emotions.
Bring the energy to the back of the elbow.
Allowing this energy to be calm and fluid and remove stagnation.
Let this ball of energy travel up the arm and to the back of the shoulder.
Feeling the burdens we carry for others.
The weight of the world.
Let the weight soften now.
Allowing the shoulders to rest as the divine will guide you now.
No need to hold on and stop the flow.
Now slowly move the energy up the shoulders to the neck.
Releasing the times you overexerted yourself.
Braced against life or felt overwhelmed by emotions.
Express and breathe it out.
Let this energy flow and guide you.
Bring this energy now to the side of the neck.
If there are words you never spoke,
Let them be acknowledged and carried away by the breath.
Allowing the neck to be a clear channel.
Moving the energy under the ear,
Behind the jaw.
Allowing the release of swallowed anger,
Unexpressed sadness and fear of being truly seen or heard.
Let the tension of the jaw and neck melt.
Let the energy travel forward to the hollow beneath the cheekbone.
Release any tension in the cheeks and upper jaw.
Releasing the masks and the way you present yourself.
Letting your face express its feelings and no longer hide it.
Finally bring the ball of energy to the space just in front of the ear.
Let the feeling of not being heard,
The strain of listening too much to the noise of the outside world,
Wash away with attention in the jaw,
Ear and around the wisdom teeth.
Releasing any tension in the wisdom teeth.
Opening the jaw and allowing the breath to cool and soften the wisdom teeth and open to this healing.
Allowing this flow of healing energy from the heart through the meridians flow effortlessly to the wisdom teeth.
Now let us do the other side of the body.
The other arm inside.
Bringing energy back to the heart through the center line.
Inhale and feel the light slowly enter the heart with cooling presence.
And exhale.
Let any emotional heat melt and dissolve with light shining through the shadow.
Releasing through the exhale.
Now with the bright ball of chi charged we bring it to the heart meridian.

Now let's cool down the body and circulate more jing throughout these cleared systems.
Bringing the chi down the center line and to the back of your waist,
To the resting spot of your kidneys.
Gently smile inwards towards your kidneys.
Breathing in light,
Pouring it down into the kidneys and giving gratitude towards the kidneys and their function.
Softening the kidneys,
Allowing the water element to rise and the jing to circulate.
Breathing in more love and light and pouring down into the kidneys.
Giving thanks to the yin and yang organs.
Allowing the inner smile to charge the breath,
Melting away any fears,
Old memories,
Or tensions in the body.
Allowing the kidneys to begin to breathe.
Allow the circulating energy of watery jing in the kidneys to rise up on the inhale.
And on the exhale,
Bathe the wisdom teeth region.
Inhale,
Letting this mineral rich water energy flow up the spine.
And exhale into the jaw,
Nourishing the roots of the teeth and restoring the foundations.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Now bring your awareness and the chi to the lower dantian.
Letting all the energy from the crown and the fingertips be slowly pulled back by the spiral of the lower dantian.
Observe the circulation of the lower dantian.
For men,
Do 36 clockwise circles,
Each getting bigger than the last,
Starting at the center of the lower dantian.
For women,
Do 36 counterclockwise circles,
Each getting bigger than the last,
Starting at the center of the lower dantian.
Then do 24 circles the opposite direction,
Each circle smaller than the previous,
Meeting back at the center.
So for men,
24 counterclockwise,
And for women,
24 clockwise circles.
Now take as much time as you need to slowly get up.
