Welcome.

This meditation is called the ultimate witness.

Ensure you are comfortable for this meditation.

You may wish to sit in a meditative posture or lay down.

Sitting on a chair is fine,

But be sure to keep your back upright and not resting against the chair.

By expanding your chest,

You will allow better flow of oxygen.

Place your hands on your knees or palms facing up if you are laying down.

Now gently close your eyes and mouth.

Presence is not something you grasp or achieve or attain.

Rather,

It is something you become aware of,

Something you become exposed to,

Something that obtains you.

For many of us,

We are consumed by our psychological mind and we lose awareness of our presence.

Connecting to your essence and awareness is to be in tune with your own body.

Your body has an energy field.

Tune into this field by quietening your mind,

Creating space for your inner self.

By quietening your mind,

Creating space,

Gentle space.

Quiet your mind by focusing on your breath first.

Follow your breath.

Just be your breath,

Nothing more.

Thinking can be exhausting as it drains your energy.

Allow this meditation to bring you back into alignment with the natural order of life.

A life without your mind playing the cards.

Allow this meditation to give you a direct experience of your true nature.

By connecting to your awareness,

You will start to transcend the mind and experience life from a level of intuition.

Let's start by taking a few deep conscious breaths.

Breathing in through the nose and out through the nose.

Be sure to expand your awareness.

Be sure to expand your abdominal region with each in-going breath and relax your abdominal region with each outgoing breath.

Make sure each breath is deeper than the last breath.

Slow down your exhale and increase your presence.

Now feel your lower back expand with each inhalation and on exhalation be sure to slowly release and start to suck your navel into your spine.

This will allow you to feel your body and your mind.

And then take in a nice long deep conscious breath.

Take a few moments to take in deep breaths so you can distribute the oxygen to all of the cells in your body.

Feel yourself becoming more and more present with each breath.

Now let go of your breath.

Allow your natural harmonious breath to take over now.

Let go of any interruption from the flow of breathing.

Allow your breath to express its natural rhythmic pattern and just let the relaxation settle in for the next few moments.

Be aware of your body.

Allow your senses to function naturally.

Let go of any interruption from the natural flow of your senses.

Be aware of your presence.

You are here and in the now.

Nothing more,

Nothing less.

You are here and in the now.

Nothing less.

If thoughts arise,

Allow them to arise.

They are just sensations.

Be the space.

Do not move.

Do not follow.

Just remain as you are.

You are not resting.

You are not working.

You are just here and now.

Do not wait for anything.

Do not wait for the next experience.

This is not you.

Be aware of the sounds around you.

Allow them to come and go.

Just be in the space in which everything arises from.

Be aware of all movements in your field of consciousness.

You are neither doing or undoing.

You are limitless.

You are boundless.

You are infinite.

You have no end.

You have no beginning.

Embrace your truth and embrace the now.

Forget time because you are beyond time.

Forget about forms because you are beyond forms.

Forget all activities.

You are beyond activities.

And forget about all concepts as you are beyond all concepts.

Nothing defines you.

Nothing shapes you.

Nothing is you.

And nothing contains you.

Your consciousness,

Your awareness is infinite and boundless.

Let go of any image.

You are beyond image.

Let go of interaction with any form.

You are beyond form.

Be formless.

Be aware of your space,

The space in which everything rises from.

The timeless space.

Embrace this space.

All ideas and concepts are rising in your space.

Without the space,

They cannot exist.

Embrace this space.

You don't have a start and you don't have a finish.

You don't have an end and you don't have a beginning.

You have no boundaries.

There is nothing to study here.

Feel and sense the completeness within you.

Perfectly silent and still,

Just as you are here and now.

All thoughts come from the realm of the mind.

All questions come from the realm of the mind.

You are detached from the realm of the mind.

You are in the realm of the mind.

All questions come from the realm of the mind.

You are detached from the realm of the mind.

Listen to your thoughts.

Be aware of the gap between your thoughts.

Who is aware of this space?

In fact,

Thoughts need awareness for them to exist.

Without awareness,

Thoughts cannot exist.

Embrace your awareness.

You are not high or low.

You are not fast or slow.

You are not long nor short.

Be aware of your senses.

You are beyond the senses.

Be aware of thoughts.

You are beyond thoughts.

You are beyond the senses.

You are beyond the senses.

You are beyond thoughts.

Be aware of your mind.

You are beyond the mind.

Be aware of time.

You are beyond time.

Be aware of change.

You are beyond change.

You are beyond change.

Be aware of your projections.

You are beyond projections.

To be your true self takes no effort.

Sensing the body now,

You are beyond the body.

Your memories,

They are in the past.

You are beyond the past.

The past does not exist in the power of your presence.

Don't allow yourself to be defined.

Don't allow yourself to be defined with your past.

The past sets limitations.

This is of no use to you.

Be limitless and define yourself with only presence.

Be aware of your intellect.

You are beyond intellect.

Be aware of your breath.

You are beyond your breath.

Be aware of the silence.

Be aware of the silence.

You are also beyond silence.

Be aware of the space.

You are beyond space.

As soon as you stop trying to reach for it,

You find it.

As soon as you stop trying to feel it,

You become it.

You are the witness to change.

Yet you remain unchangeable.

The functioning of perception is happening within you.

Notice this.

Just be aware of this.

Your noticing has no place.

Your noticing has no position.

Your noticing has no direction.

Your noticing does not come from anywhere.

Your noticing is everywhere.

It just is and it always will be.

Feel this space,

The space of your being.

Everything arises in this space.

Everything arises in this space.

They appear and they disappear.

They arise and they dissolve.

This is all witnessed within you.

Feel this infinite space.

Connect with the eternal witness.

You are beyond all definitions.

You are beyond all shapes.

You are beyond all forms.

Formless.

Limitless.

Eternal.

Embrace this.

You have a body.

You have a vessel.

You have a body.

You have a vessel.

You have a vehicle.

This is necessary for you to experience.

Yet you are beyond all physical appearances.

You believe you are the thinker.

But yet you witness the thinker.

So who are you?

Be aware of the thinker.

But no,

You are not the thinker.

Be aware of the body.

But no,

You are not the body.

Be aware of your environment.

But no,

You are not your environment.

Pay attention to your space and pay attention to your awareness.

To define is to confine.

Choose limitlessness.

Choose boundlessness.

Choose boundlessness.

Choose boundlessness.

Now bring your attention back to your breath.

Know that this state is always within you.

You are perfect just the way you are.

What you are can never be finished.

Pay attention to your presence and try to bring it into your daily life.

sensations: orange glowing sphere above my head, became aware of subtle energy of infinite waters in the spaces between my thoughts bubbling up from beneath the surface like vesicles exocytosing from a neuron terminal. beautiful!
