Welcome to another stress-fit meditation.
Meditation is a tool or a way for you to enter the present moment.
Shifting your focus into the witnessing mode begins by separating the thinker from the observer.
It is interesting to note that the world's greatest athletes recount their most intense moments of competition,
Citing that they were purely in the body,
Experiencing the present moment as one with everything.
Thought was not happening.
There was no thought to it,
Just doing.
When you're in the present moment,
There's usually not much else to do besides be in the body.
Being present encourages you to love your body and yourself and the world around you.
It brings you to now,
And now is all you have.
Now shift your internal reference from the thinking mind to the witnessing presence.
The past and future are measurements of time.
Through your attention,
You fuel the constructs of the mind,
Giving substance to your inner projections which ultimately keep you out of the present moment.
The space that gives birth to all creation is infinite.
Presence is an expression from this infinite space.
Immersing your being into this present moment of space,
Where time disintegrates into oblivion,
Enables the creative,
Intuitive self to shine.
William Blake may have said it the best with this quote,
To see a world in a grain of sand and heaven in a wildflower.
Build infinity in the palm of your hand,
And eternity in an hour.
So,
Stop for a moment,
Take a few deep breaths,
And recognize the power that surrounds you.
Recognize the infinite potential within you.
You have every right to be enthusiastic,
And you have every right to be joyful,
Because you are infinite awareness.
Answering the present moment is a paradox,
When in truth,
You are the present moment.
You give birth to all life.
Life is within you.
You are the creator,
A master of your destiny.
The power dwells in this moment,
In this space called the present moment.
So,
Stop for a moment,
Take a few deep breaths,
And recognize the infinite potential within you.
Comfortably and relax your body.
Maintain an upright position.
Hands on your knees,
Or palms facing up if you wish to lay down for this practice.
Nowhere to be,
Nowhere to go.
Just let go,
And allow yourself to embrace this practice.
Take a moment now to feel the sustenance that fuels your body.

Stay as the witness.
Be the observer.
Embrace the silence that gives rise to this space.

Bring your attention to the stillness within you.
Experience the gap between thoughts.
Experience the gap between my words.
Observe from the inner stillness of your soul the movement of activity in the world.
The world is ever-changing,
But you remain unchangeable.
The world is ever-so-moving,
Yet you remain unmovable.
Feel your attention beyond your mind.
Go beyond your body,
And place your attention on the space,
The space that gives rise to the present moment.
Nowhere to be,
Nowhere to go.
You are the inner gatekeeper that controls your mind.
Silently repeat with clear intention.
Now is the only moment.
I connect to my presence.

Feel your body.
Feel the contact points between your body and the floor.
Be mindful of all physical sensations.
And what does your body feel like?
Effortlessly just notice your breath.
Watch natural changes in your breath.
Just a simple witnessing of your natural breath.
Surrender to the power of breathing.
Completely let go.
And allow each breath to take you into a deeper state of presence.
Stop,
Tack,
And relax.
Presence cannot be achieved in the present.
Presence cannot be achieved in truth.
Presence is an exposure of your being.
And there is always an immense magical moment happening within you.
Only when your thoughts subside and your energy settles,
Can you feel the flow of the eternal river.
It moves through all beings.
It connects with all beings.
We are all expressions of the same current.
We all share the divine essence of energy.
And within all of us dwells the infinite powerful being.
Surrender to this power and allow it to take over you.
Rest your awareness in the openness.
The power is in the stillness.
