As far back as we know,

The Earth's electromagnetic field has been protecting all living things with the natural frequency pulsation of 7.

83 Hz,

Also known as one of the Schumann Resonances.

The ancient holy men of India referred to this resonance as Aum,

Or the incarnation of pure sound.

The frequency of 7.

83 Hz also happens to be a very powerful frequency used to induce higher states of mind.

Schumann resonance exists all around you,

But your energy needs to be clear in order to tune into this frequency.

In this meditation,

You will connect to the frequency of pure sound by harnessing the power of your hearing.

So find yourself a comfortable position for this practice.

Maintain a nice straight back with its natural curves.

Place your hands on your knees or your palms facing up if you wish to lay down for this practice.

Gently close your eyes and mouth and let's start by taking in some deep breaths.

Breathing in through the nose.

.

.

And breathing out through the nose.

.

.

Invest this panic through life itself.

.

.

Breathing out through the nose.

In through the nose.

Out through the nose.

In through the nose.

Let go of the outside world.

Let go of all distractions.

Let go of all distractions.

Let go of all thoughts.

But don't try to control the flow of your thoughts.

Instead,

Just allow them to drift softly and float away.

Your thoughts are not needed right now.

They are not serving you a purpose at this moment.

Simply acknowledge them and let them go as you breathe in through the nose and out through the nose.

Whenever a thought arises,

Just bring your attention back to the breath after acknowledging that thought was there.

Bring your attention to the breath.

Follow our breath for the next few moments.

Again,

If any thoughts arise,

Simply acknowledge them.

Let them pass.

They are not important right now.

We want to create a gentle space between you and your mind.

You and your body.

You and all the thoughts,

Emotions,

And sensations.

Just be the observer.

Be the witness.

Allow all thoughts to fade away.

Let go of all thoughts.

Now focus your attention on your sense of hearing.

Focus on your ears.

What can you hear right now?

There may be the sound of nature,

Birds,

Crickets,

The wind through the trees.

There may be man-made sounds,

Construction,

Cars,

Trains,

People talking.

There's likely many layers of sounds,

And at any given moment throughout the day.

Right now,

Just focus on what you can hear now.

When you recognize a sound,

Simply say to yourself whether it is near or far.

And just connect with this quality of hearing that you're experiencing right now.

Relax into this quality of hearing.

Let go of all your thoughts and just connect with this experience of hearing right here,

Right now.

Notice the sound of your breath.

Notice the sound of your breathing.

What does your breathing sound like?

Notice how your breath sounds on the inhalation through the nose.

Listen to your breath as you exhale through your nose.

Try to not lose focus on this sound for the next few moments.

As you listen to the subtle sound of your breath,

I want you to sense your heartbeat.

What does your heartbeat feel like within your body?

Just be with each breath as you sense the beat of your heart.

Now,

Pause at the start and end of each breath.

As you pause,

Listen for the silence surrounding you.

Extend your pauses for longer and longer with each breathing cycle.

Harness the power of this pure sound around you.

Focus on the sound of space.

Channel all your attention into your sense of hearing.

You are merely quieting the mind as you listen to the sound of your breath.

You are merely quieting the mind and the body to be able to tap into this quality of sound that's already there.

And you don't have to do anything to change it or manipulate it or do anything with it.

With each breath,

Go deeper and deeper into this space,

Into this quality of sound,

And allow this pure sound to take over your body.

Now,

Pause at the start and end of each breath.

As you pause,

Listen for the silence surrounding you.

Extend your pauses for longer and longer with each breathing cycle.

You are merely quieting the mind as you listen to the sound of your breath.

Coming back into this moment,

Be aware of your breath.

Be aware of your body.

And coming out of this meditation,

Gently allow yourself to be here and now.

And allow this experience to remind you of the quality of sound that's already happening wherever you go.

And you can take any moment,

Connect with the sounds around you,

And allow them to calm you.

Allow the experience of being aware of them to relax you and bring mindfulness into each day.

Quality of Sound was very powerful as it allowed my mindfulness to go deeper into my open self-awareness state. This meditation was beautifully composed and the impact I felt was great on my innermost core💥🤍❤️‍🩹. Inhales & exhales breathes helped may BE-ing to release some of my painful emotions. Hugging myself felt very emotional and in the same time, I loved it as I love hugging people but not so much myself! I shall hug myself more after today as I need to feel my self-love and nourish it more frequently💖. The quality of sound allowed my Be-ing to taste the infinite & divine freedom as I found myself in the sheer darkness & vastness of my solitude space✨Blissful moments indeed they were💫🕊️❣️✨ I feel at peace and blessed to listen to your golden voice Elliott besides the guidance has truly allowed my BE-ing to heal and restore some peace & harmony into my heart & soul. 🤍💫❤️.
