I am honored to be here with you today as part of your inner journey.
Affirmations hold the power of reminding ourselves that we are beings of potential.
It takes but the right tone sung with intention and a word can break us out of old patterns.
If you've ever felt an affirmation work,
It is because you opened to the power of sacred sound and honored your ability to transform.
Never underestimate the power of vibration and language.
In this meditation,
I'm going to show you how to infuse intention into the breath,
Allowing your natural,
Unique,
True expression to be realized within.
This will allow for the affirmations to be enhanced and resonate within us.
I will also be playing some tones to assist your brain in relaxing and receiving.
So please now find a quiet place for this meditation.
Do what you can to prepare an atmosphere of relaxation and harmony.
Please be seated in your meditative posture or if you're lying down,
Hands to the side and give yourself permission to be comfortable.
Lightly activate your abdomen and back to maintain a relaxed and upright spine.
And now place your hands on your knees or you're in your lap facing upward or in a mudra of your choosing.
If you're lying down,
You can lay your hands to the side facing upward.
With the face slightly upturned,
Allow your focus to rest between the eyebrows.
And if you wish,
Gently close the eyes and mouth,
Leaving a small space between the teeth and lips.
Maximum benefits and safety will come if you are seated for this practice.
Give yourself permission to relax,
Unwind,
And allow the natural state of being open and positive to fill this space.
Breathe in relaxation.
Breathe out tension.
Breathe in love.

True detachment is not a separation from life,

The only thing that can truly hold you back from experiencing your divinity is you.
You are life.
Then came your impressions of life through what you have gathered through the five senses.
If you distinguish life from your mind's impressions,
Then you can ground yourself in truth.
The truth of this universe,
The truth within you,
And the truth during hectic,
Chaotic moments.
Meditation is a vehicle to transport ourselves from doing to being.
Meditation offers us a gateway to enter the state of being fully alive while leaving behind the ego.
The ego will always serve to protect itself,
But it is an illusion comprised of what we have gathered in the mind.
Once we create separation from what we have gathered,
We can once again sense real life,
And we can organize ourselves to focus again on what truly matters.
You are not your thoughts.
You are the observer.
You are not your projections.
You are the life force energy that dwells within.
You are not your emotions.
You are the observer.
You are not your feelings.
You are the life force energy that dwells within.
You are not your body.
You are the observer.
You are not your sensations.
You are the life force energy that dwells within.
Now I would like you to put your right hand and place it softly upon your heart space,
Feeling your heart beating in your chest.
Sense the breath and the heart synchronize.
With your left hand now gently hugging just below the belly button,
Feel the breath enter the lower abdomen,
And as you do this,
Feel the heart space charge up with the liberating energy generated by these affirmations.
So again,
Right hand softly upon your heart space,
Feeling your heart beating,
Sensing the breath and the heart synchronize,
And the left hand gently hugging just below the belly button,
Feeling the breath draw into this area deep within the body,
And feel your heart space charge up with the liberating energy generated by these affirmations.
Positive energy,
Quality energy,
Opening us up,
Coming from the heart.

Start moving around slowly,
Gently.
See if you can take this quality of awareness and feeling good about what we can be and what we can do.
