Progressive Sleep Body Scan With Floating Journey On A Cloud

Take a moment to find a comfortable position. On a bed, a chair cushions on the floor. And start relaxing by breathing in and out deeply and slowly. Breathe in until 4 and out until 5, as I lead you into a deep and relaxing body scan. As you drift away, I will guide you through a floating visualization to progressively and gently help you to sleep. Good night. Namaste.

Take a moment to find a comfortable position.

Lying on a bed,

Sitting on a chair or cushions on the floor.

And start relaxing by breathing in and out deeply and slowly.

Breathe in until 4,

3,

2,

1 and out until 5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Breathe in again,

4,

3,

2,

1 and out,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Again,

Breathe in and out.

I focus on the top of my head while breathing.

Then I focus on my eyes,

Still breathing deeply.

The right eye,

Then the left eye.

Then my cheeks turn.

My jaw.

I unclench my teeth by slightly opening my mouth.

Just a little.

I let go.

I end all resistance.

I relax my throat and the back of my head.

I feel relaxed more and more.

The wave of relaxation is taking over my entire head and face.

Going down,

I relax my chest,

Starting with my upper body.

My shoulders.

Then it is my upper back's turn,

Loose and nice.

I breathe in and when I breathe out,

I release all tension,

Pain and discomfort around my heart.

My solar plexus.

The tension around my stomach,

Upper and lower,

Melts away.

My entire back now is relaxed,

Supple.

I let myself go into a deeper state of relaxation.

Deeper and deeper.

I also relax my arms,

Forearms,

Wrists,

Fingers,

Palm of the hand.

So relaxed.

I imagine a sky blue background.

Very inviting and soothing.

And a cloud so white.

I decide to lie on it,

Oh so soft and fluffy and bouncy.

As I close my eyes,

The beautiful cloud starts moving,

Very gently,

Toward the sky.

The slow movements lull myself to sleep and so I let go of all tension and resistance remaining.

I enjoy this relaxing moment.

As I make my way up to this cloud,

So slowly,

I can see a beautiful scenery around me.

Trees and pretty little houses.

Animals looking so small.

And I can also hear cute sounds like birds.

And the wind.

I enjoy this moment.

I allow myself to drift away.

Such a magical and soothing moment.

It feels the perfect temperature up there,

So cozy and so comfortable.

There is nothing I need,

Nothing to do.

And I am where I want to be,

So I give up all my thoughts and my worries to enjoy this pure blissful moment.

We are now floating in the air and moving up and up.

In a serene place,

So calm and quiet and relaxing.

I can just rest.

I can sleep if I want to.

Just give in to this moment and let go of the very last tension and resistance that you may still have.

Drift away.

Drifting away as the cloud on autopilot.

You don't have nothing to worry about.

Just let the cloud directing your journey to relaxation.

When you are finished,

You will be back downstairs before you even think about it.

So don't worry and just let yourself go and allow for this moment to happen and to take over your consciousness.

From consciousness to unconsciousness.

From awareness to sleep.

Breathe in and out ever slower as you allow yourself to fall into a deep relaxation state.

Or even to fall asleep on your comfortable personal little cloud.

Floating and floating.

Floating away.

Drifting away on your little cloud.

Drifting away.

Dropping and melting.

Drifting away.

Floating and dropping.

And melting.

And sleeping.

Sleeping.

Sleep.

Continue with your relaxation.

Fabulous! I went straight back to sleep after waking too early to get up. I remember almost nothing but the pleasant tinkle of bells and breathing in to the count of 4, 3, 2, 1, out to the count of 5, 4, 3, 2, 1….
