Welcome to the crown chakra synchronization. Called Sahastrara in Sanskrit it means” thousand-petaled". I invite you to relax to the sound of the singing bowls and the chimes. This chakra represents access to higher states of consciousness as we open to what is beyond our personal preoccupations.

As our consciousness becomes the driver, we connect with the divine or universe as one. The level of consciousness is "connection with the divine or universe".

I love all of Ellen's meditations. I've been feeling lost, questioning my purpose and what my goals should be, and without a connection to the universe since I left fundamentalist Christianity 11 years ago. I'm also breaking free from the black & white thinking that encouraged. This struck some of those nerves with me & maybe that's why I felt a little stressed when it was over, but that could have also been from my own distractible mind & concerns about all I have to do today. But I will come back to this meditation again and again because I know it's what I need. Thank you, Ellen. 💗

I followed your advice and tried to focus more on the words you were saying and it worked. I loved this meditation because it was very calming and knocked me out before 10 minutes in. I loved the background music too and would recommend this meditation to anyone who just needs to calm down.
