Welcome to this mindfulness meditation.
This guided meditation is here to help you in grounding into the present moment and allowing you to experience the magic of mindfulness.
Knowing that right here,
Right now is exactly where you need to be with nothing to do except relax and allow my voice to guide you on this journey.
So before we begin find a quiet space to sit or lie down,
Allowing yourself to get comfortable.
Closing down your eyes,
Allowing yourself to soften,
To relax and to ground into this present moment.
To let go of any stress that you've been feeling.
Releasing any tension in your shoulders.
Letting go of any tension in your jaw.
Just allow yourself to relax into the flow of this moment.
Right here,
Right now,
This space.
Taking a big breath in and out and in and out and in and out.
Allowing your breath to return to normal.
Can you ground into this moment a little more?
Anchoring in a little more calm,
A little more peace.
Your mind may begin to wander and that's okay.
Simply notice when it does,
Without any judgment,
With compassion,
Curiosity and love for yourself.
Accepting and acknowledging that your mind has simply wandered and when it does,
Just bringing yourself back to my voice.
Being present with my voice.
Allowing my voice to relax you,
To soothe you.
Now bringing your awareness back to the physical sensations in your body.
The physical sensations as you breathe.
Come back to your breath once more.
Just noticing every breath as though it's the first breath you've ever taken.
This is an opportunity to pay attention to your breath and just be present in this moment.
Just noticing how it feels.
What it feels like to breathe in to this moment.
In and out.
In and out.
Allowing yourself to explore this moment.
To be curious about this moment.
And to allow your breath to open up the doorway to this moment.
Now coming back to your body.
Coming back to the sensations in your body.
How does your body feel?
Scanning your body.
Being present with your body.
What sensations are happening within your body now?
What can you feel within your body?
Noticing any smells in or outside of the space that you're in.
Can you smell anything in this moment?
What about sounds?
What can you hear?
Can you hear your breath?
Can you hear your heart beating?
You can hear my voice.
What else can you hear in this moment?
Just allowing yourself to become one with your surroundings.
One with this moment.
Here.
Now.
Grounded.
Relaxed.
Present.
Just taking a moment to feel the feeling of presence.
How does presence feel in your body?
How does presence feel in your mind?
Just taking a moment to experience it.
To notice what it feels like in your body and in your mind to be present.
Offering yourself a little gratitude for taking the time to be present.
For creating this space for yourself today.
For being here now in this moment.
Knowing that you can carry this mindful grounding,
Present feeling out into your day.
May you be present.
May you be peaceful.
May you be grounded.
May you be mindful.
And may you be gentle,
Loving and compassionate towards yourself today.
And when you are ready,
Slowly making our way back into the space.
Wriggling your fingers.
Wriggling your toes.
Feeling the surface below you and around you.
Stretching your body in a way that feels good.
Allowing any sounds to be expressed.
As we ease our way back.
And when you are ready you can open your eyes and just take a moment to be present with what you can see.
Noticing some things in your physical surrounding.
Allowing yourself to take the magic of mindfulness out into your day.
Knowing that it is something we can experience in any moment.
It's here with you right now.
And all you need to do is take a deep breath.
Come back to yourself and come back to this moment now.
