Welcome to a mindful check-in.

Bell Taking a moment to bring your awareness here.

Aware that you're inside of a human body.

You can feel the sensations of the human body as it's sitting,

Standing,

Walking,

Or lying down.

You may take notice of the sounds that surround you.

And noticing how you don't have to do anything to hear or to feel sensations.

It's all happening effortlessly.

Each moment unique.

Listening now to the changing nature of the soundscape around you.

Without judgment,

Letting the sounds come and letting the sounds go.

And now turning your attention inward once again.

Becoming aware of the thoughts and emotions that you bring into this moment.

In the same way that you are able to hear sounds without judgment,

Without trying to control them,

You may now allow the thoughts and emotions to come and go just as you would with a sound.

And finally,

We will come back to the body once more.

Aware once again of the various sensations coming and going.

Throughout the body.

Allowing the body and mind to be just as they are as you move into the rest of your day.
