So during our time,
I'll invite you to use a technique to consciously choose to flip the switch from what isn't working to everything that is working,
From what is lacking to where there is plenty.
It's so easy to get caught up in the thinking trap of focusing on the one thing that isn't working or the one thing that goes wrong.
We seem to go on autopilot and think that focusing on and making ourselves miserable will solve the problem,
Which we all know never really works.
So first,
Take a moment to call to mind the troubling situation,
The one where you have been focusing on the one or two things that went wrong or are not working.
Next,
In this situation that's troubling you,
Consciously choose to flip the switch into abundance by asking yourself,
What is working in my life?
And take a moment to recall all the things you do have enough of and that are actually working in your life.
You may have to get a bit creative,
But from this level of the mind and heart,
Let the abundance of things that are working in your life bubble up from deep within you and feel grateful for it all.
And when you are ready,
With gratitude in your heart,
Come back into the room,
Aware and awake,
Feeling abundant and ready to move on with your day.
