Hi and welcome to this 30-day Gratitude Experiment.

This is a wonderfully easy intervention that you can do at any time.

And so tonight,

We are going to explore just five things that you're grateful for as you drift off to sleep.

Breathe gently in a very natural and easy way.

Get comfortable,

Close your eyes,

And sink into your body.

Take a moment now to reflect on your day and allow yourself to feel the lovely feelings of gratitude as you recall one thing that happened today that you're truly grateful for.

Really allow yourself to feel the positive feelings of that one thing that you're grateful for today.

Next,

What is one thing that didn't happen today that you're also grateful for?

Sometimes not having something happen can be as good as having something happen.

Wonderful.

What is one thing about your body that you're grateful for today?

Beautiful.

Really allow yourself to feel that appreciation for your body.

Next,

What is one thing about money that you're grateful for today?

Feel into and allow yourself to experience gratitude around money.

And finally,

Who is one person that you feel particularly grateful for today?

As you choose that one person,

Just send them a mental hug and a thank you.

As you bask in these wonderful feelings of gratitude,

Know that this simple practice every night before you drift off can have significant long-term positive effects on your overall happiness and well-being.

Allow yourself now to drift off with these happy feelings of gratitude in your heart.

Peace and gratitude be with you.

Thank you.
