Good morning,

Everyone.

Good evening,

Good afternoon,

Wherever you are,

And welcome to this week's Weekly Energy Boost.

My name is Ellie Sheva,

And I am here this beautiful Monday morning with David,

And we are here to share with you the most practical and powerful practices.

The goal of today's show is to set the backdrop for the more elusive aspects of living an abundant lifestyle.

I think that in the previous two episodes,

We shared with you more of the consciousness and mindset.

Today we're going to be talking about the habits and the routines,

The actions that we can bring into our life to plant those seeds.

And the funny thing is,

And David,

I'm sure you'll have something to say about this as well,

The perception is,

I think for most people,

That work is what makes money.

And here comes Kabbalah and says,

Everything makes money.

Everything is about connecting to that endless flow that we've been talking about these past few episodes that is the light force of the Creator as it expresses itself in the form of prosperity.

So we'll talk about that.

If you're joining us,

If you're new to the show,

Weekly Energy Boost is a seven day spiritual energy forecast that provides you with the inspiration and the how to of what to do in this coming week to take advantage of the opportunities both to grow and to create blessings.

However,

These lessons can be used any day of the year,

Any month of the year,

Any week of the year.

So I think one of the first things we have to start with is I remember learning years ago this idea that the measure of a great leader is how his team behaves when he's not around.

So that's a very brilliant concept that if you are responsible for a group of people and you instruct them in a certain way,

If they continue to behave that way when you're not around,

It shows you're a good leader.

Very,

Very,

I don't know,

Inspiring but very powerful statement there.

To me,

When I heard that I thought,

Well,

Isn't that really more about us and the Creator?

Like,

You know,

How spiritual we are,

How connected we are,

How powerful we are is really measured when no one's looking,

When no one's around to say,

Great work,

Good job,

You're doing the right thing,

You're doing the wrong thing,

When no one can catch us.

And I've worked with people over the years and we use the same example the last two episodes,

When they're at work,

They're on,

But when they're not at work,

They're off.

And when I say off,

I don't mean off the path or off in their mindset,

But more they shut off.

They turn off that hunger,

That desire.

They say,

Leave me alone,

Give me a break.

They disconnect completely from the zone and they wait to enter,

Now maybe a lot of us are not entering the physical office these days,

But they wait to enter the nine to five zone in order to be that person.

And that I think is the first place to start.

That,

You know,

The reminder that the cameras are always on,

The recorder is always working,

That there isn't really a moment of our lives where it's not being recorded.

And when I say recorded,

I don't mean on film or on camera or digital,

Whatever.

I mean,

It's not being noted.

The universe takes note of everything.

A few weeks ago,

We worded that differently.

We said that our actions are a form of prayer,

Right?

It's one thing to express something in your wishes and your desires.

It's another thing to live it.

And I think that's the starting point for our conversation today.

There are a lot of books out there,

A lot of people much smarter than we are in this field that talk about prosperity principles.

And we want to bring that twist that most likely our audience is not going to hear somewhere else that has to do with spiritual foundation.

Because I think a lot of times people think prosperity,

They think building wealth.

And that's great.

And a person should build wealth.

But what's higher than building wealth is financial freedom.

Because something that my teacher was told me,

I said,

Look,

You think financial freedom means having more money than you'll ever know what to do with.

But true financial freedom means that you are connected to a stream of energy where everything no matter what is always going to be taken care of for you.

Now,

It doesn't have the same stability as when you know the money's in the bank.

But what if the creator came to you and said,

Look,

From now on,

Anything and everything you need,

I'm going to make sure it's given to you for free?

Would you rather have that?

Or would you rather have a dollar amount that you have to manage and invest and creator will not be involved in that process?

So what we're saying here,

Even though a lot of people are saying,

Oh,

That's a nice concept,

Yes,

And put the money in the bank.

I want everybody to really understand that what we want,

What we should strive for doesn't mean we don't have wealth,

The physical wealth,

The dollars,

Holding the dollars.

But we should also know in our heart that what we want is that the creator,

Our relationship with the creator,

Which is what we talk about every show,

Our relationship with the creator is the reason why you came to this world.

Kabbalah explains how to have that relationship.

It's not just a concept of,

Oh,

I'm close to God.

Everyone's close to God.

That's not what it means.

It's an energy intelligence.

The light is on,

The darkness goes away.

If the light is off,

You have darkness.

So it's not just everyone,

For everyone the light is on.

There are things you must do to have similarity of form with that energy.

But when you have it,

That's what it's called,

Having a relationship with the creator.

And then the financial aspect of your life has circuitry.

Now,

Whether that means you have great wealth or little wealth,

The bottom line is everything is taken care of.

The taking care of component,

Right?

Because then you get fired,

You don't get fired.

You have a job,

You don't have a job.

You go broke,

You don't go broke.

To you,

You know you're taking care of.

You know you're taking care of it.

And so,

And it's not just an intellectual concept.

It's real.

I've seen it firsthand.

I've seen it for myself.

I've seen it for students that there'll be times that you have and there'll be times you just don't have.

But if you remember that you are plugged into an energy that you'll be taking care of,

Then miracle after miracle will occur.

So you'll never have,

You'll never be in a situation where you don't have what you need and even what you want.

I think for some of us who are listening and thinking about what David said,

Having a relationship with the creator,

Being close to the creator,

Being connected to the creator,

I think for a lot of us,

We hear those words and we think,

Well,

No,

You know,

That's for people who are religious or that's for people who study and pray all day or even,

You know,

Renounce the physical world and spend all day in meditation and introspection.

You know,

Hundreds of years ago there were a few Kabbalists who came on the scene that said,

Listen,

You can experience God in a good meal.

You can experience God in music and dance,

In art,

In nature.

God is not something up there that you have to reach the heights for.

God is in everything.

There are sparks in everything and it's really our work to elevate those sparks.

So sometimes I think in the pursuit of happiness as we'll call it,

You find yourself,

I found myself in doing jobs that I wasn't particularly enamored with.

It reminds me of a person I worked with years ago who worked in a retail environment but is an executive,

You know,

Pretty high up in the management chain,

Managing hundreds of people and came to study Kabbalah and said,

You know,

I don't want to do this anymore.

This is too mundane.

This is too materialistic.

I don't really care about this company's bottom line or how happy the customer is.

And they put themselves on a path that led them to,

It doesn't really matter what at this point,

But they went through a long period of what I would say,

What I would call,

What they would probably call having not a lot because they decided that they were going to pursue a spiritual profession.

They were striving for a spiritual profession.

And as a spectator in that scenario,

I saw him making such a difference in people's lives while he was working in corporate retail America that I don't know,

You know,

It's not for me to judge,

But it was pretty impressive how powerful he was and how much influence he had and how not from a ego,

You know,

People respected him from the,

He shared with people,

He inspired people,

He was an example of what it means to live in the light in a place that could be really dark.

And that was a trade off in a way.

He decided,

You know,

He was going to,

He was going to seek out that,

You know,

Maybe be a Kabbalah teacher,

But for this,

And there was an expense to it.

And the reason I bring up that story is only because you don't have to be a preacher or a teacher or a monk,

Or,

You know,

You don't have to be in a,

In a,

Uh,

Spiritual religious field to have that relationship with the creator.

It comes,

It is there for all of us,

All of us have it.

It's really more of figuring out how to dial the number to get to that place of affinity,

That place of similarity of form.

I have a list of,

Sorry,

I have a list of concepts in no particular order and in no particular structure,

But a list of concepts that have to do with prosperity.

And I thought that I could share them one by one and we can talk about them and comment on them.

And I would love to hear what people have to say about it.

Each one requires a lot of unpacking and requires their own course altogether.

But I think people come to listen to the show because they want these like headline nuggets that will hopefully be inspiring to them and make them think.

So each concept might bring up,

You know,

100 more questions and feel free to put them in the chat on YouTube or Facebook or following it.

We can answer it live.

So,

And I'm going to veer away from what the thought leaders and gurus are focusing on,

Even though all these books that I've,

I've,

I've stumbled upon many of them myself are accurate,

Are based on spiritual concepts.

And I do recommend anyone who's trying to build a career or build wealth to,

To,

To read these books.

Definitely.

You know,

Somebody asked me yesterday,

Give me your best spiritual book,

Your best business book,

Give them a spiritual book.

And again,

I thought was the best business book I've read,

Which I've talked about on the show before,

The book called Traction.

I think every entrepreneur should read that book.

So all these books have amazing concepts.

We're going to look at it from a spiritual point of view here.

So number one,

If you've learned deeper Kabbalah,

You know that there are basically four levels of desire.

And of course,

Each one of these levels has its own levels and its own levels.

So it's not just four,

But we talk about four levels of desire and we have four kingdoms.

We have mineral,

The plant,

The animal,

And the human.

And what,

What separates all these kingdoms?

We know it's desire.

The desire of the rock is less than the desire of the plant.

It doesn't make it bad.

The rock has a desire.

What is the desire of the rock?

It has its purpose.

It has its purpose.

It doesn't want better than the rest of us.

The rock doesn't,

The rock is not looking for its soulmate.

You know,

The rock is not looking for respect from another rock saying,

Hey,

Why don't you like me today?

And then the rock doesn't get insecure.

It has,

But at the same time it also can't achieve too much.

So it doesn't have positive desire.

It also doesn't have negative desire.

It has a level one desire.

Then the vegetable,

It's a level two desire to the vegetable.

It wants to grow.

It has a,

It kind of is capable of sharing.

It's capable of sharing exactly more than the rock can.

You know that,

That,

Um,

Plants will grow towards sun.

If that's what they need,

They'll grow toward water.

If that's what they need,

They can express a higher degree of willpower than the rock.

That's,

That's correct.

So you can see now as we're moving up the chain,

The levels of desire increase.

So the third would be the animal.

So we know the animal as animalistic desires,

We call them.

We don't say you have vegetative desires,

But animals,

Obviously they,

They seek relationships,

They seek warmth,

They feed themselves,

Right?

There's a,

An expression of will that is obviously higher than a carrot,

Let's say.

Um,

But they are again running on instinct rather than,

Um,

Proactive thoughts.

And there are a lot of secrets about animals that there are teachers taught us that they're pre-programmed.

They don't really have free will.

Free will comes in the fourth kingdom with humans,

But animal is something interesting.

Our teacher would say that animals don't kill like more than they need,

Right?

They'll kill to eat,

But they don't kill like a hundred deer and then like pack them and say,

You know,

Put them in the freezer,

Put them in the freezer,

Right?

Maybe I'll need this and maybe that.

Look how many deer I have.

I have more deer than you,

You know,

And then you see someone else has more deer and you're like,

Wait,

No,

I want more deer.

It doesn't work like that.

The animal kills what it needs and that's it.

The human,

Which is the biggest desire,

Which means the biggest potential for revelation of light,

But also the biggest potential for chaos.

It has endless desires.

It wants everything and anything.

And according to your level of desire,

Sometimes we actually fall to more animalistic desires.

Sometimes we become so we shrink,

Our desires shrink to the point where there are vegetative desires almost there.

Sometimes it's like a rock,

Like a,

What do you say?

A lump on a log.

So we,

We all have levels of desire and what's important is to,

To spirituality means you have to be operating your highest level of desire.

Now that's just phase one.

Phase two is what do you do with that high level of desire,

Which we've talked about in many shows.

So you have to transform that high level of desire,

But a lot of times just the desire itself is something wrong with it.

And some examples we've given in other shows about when your desire,

There's,

It's tainted,

Is the kind of person that,

For example,

Will say,

You know,

David,

I want to be successful.

I have some dreams.

I want to do X,

Y,

And Z.

I said,

All right,

Go do it.

Or they say,

I want a relationship single in my mid thirties here and I'm,

You know,

I got to get a move on here and I want to find my soul and I really do.

I pray for it every day.

All right,

So what's happening?

You find that the other part of their desire,

Which is the concealed subconscious desire,

Doesn't want that or maybe wants comfort or doesn't want commitment.

And we've had so many shows about this,

The conflicting desire.

So when you have a conflicting desire,

You're actually shrinking your desire.

When a person says,

I want this great life,

But then there's another part of them that says,

No,

I really don't want this great life because it comes with a great responsibility and I'm not sure I'm ready for that.

These two desires cancel each other out and you shrink to a third level,

Second level or first level desire.

And that's why someone,

Because what God doesn't want to give,

The light of the creator wants to give and is actually has already given.

Everything you want's already been given.

It's just being held in a trust fund that is all going to break open the minute you do your part.

That's the rules of the trust.

It's not that the dad doesn't want to give you the money.

Dad already gave you the money in a trust in your name.

You have to open the trust up through certain work that you do.

I'm going to take a pause right there and see if there's something you want to say or we have questions.

I don't see any questions,

But I think that the point you made about the conflicting desires works is especially important when we talk about prosperity because a lot of us,

I don't know if the word is excuses or alibis maybe when it comes to the creator,

But it's like,

What is your excuse for not cracking open that trust fund?

That's really the question I want to ask our listeners is what excuse,

Not only who are you blaming,

But what are you blaming?

It could be the economy,

It could be the pandemic,

It could be your education or lack thereof,

It could be your age.

There's always,

Not always,

But many times something that we're putting the,

We put the onus on that thing so we don't have to take responsibility for the diminishment of our desire.

This is a really powerful week to explore that because according to Kabbalah and here David and I are not expressing our personal,

I think we say when we express our personal beliefs,

We're sharing this wisdom that has not only worked for us,

But has worked for the countless people we've worked with over the years and taught classes to,

Et cetera,

Is that if you manage to find that excuse,

That alibi and take responsibility for it,

Not because you necessarily caused it,

Is it your fault that you were born into this village at this economic status?

There's an explanation even for that,

But the idea is that your soul chose these circumstances not so that you could be owned by it,

But so that you could overcome and transcend them.

Knowing that there may be barriers,

There may be obstacles,

But according to what David's saying,

Which is according to what Kabbalah teaches,

That's the key to opening up that safe deposit box with everything you've ever wanted inside it.

It's through overcoming those barriers,

Those excuses,

Those limitations,

Those blockages that appear insurmountable or sometimes it's not even worth making the effort.

I think that's something that keeps a lot of people behind that barrier is why bother?

Here we come in this month more than ever,

I think,

You have the ability,

The support,

Explore it at least.

Ask yourself,

What's my alibi?

I don't have one.

At the end of the day when I get upstairs and the creator says to me,

How come you weren't,

How come you weren't,

Nobody's going to ask you that.

I'm only going to get asked that,

Right?

What's our alibi going to be?

That's where the work is.

Taking responsibility for whatever that is.

So a lot of people are writing,

Well,

How do I remove those contradicting desires?

How do I know I even have them?

Some people wrote,

I don't have them.

I just can't manifest the relationship and I know I don't have a contradicting desire.

And I love when people say that because if this is a live class,

I can't wait to get back to our live classes because somebody will raise their hand and say,

I don't have contradicting desires.

And I said,

Well,

I said,

Stand right up,

Come right up here.

Everybody gives a round of applause for the bravery of this person.

And then within five minutes we realize,

Okay,

There's a problem here.

So here are some examples of things that are contradicting your outward desire.

So let's say in this case,

Outward desire is I want a relationship.

And then there's hidden desires that are contradicting it that are not apparent to you,

To me and people around me.

Can we talk about prosperity instead of relationship?

Relationships next month.

Okay,

Fine,

Fine,

Fine.

So it's prosperity.

So number one,

You have to look at the things that you're addicted to because anything that you're addicted to that you can't let go of,

It doesn't mean it's a bad thing,

But you can't let go of it.

You have to always be willing.

You have to ask yourself,

Can I let go of this?

If I had to let go of it right now,

Can I let go of it?

And could I be the person that wakes up at five?

Could I join the 5 a.

M.

Club if I had to?

And when some people say,

Well,

If I got a great career,

Of course I'd wake up at 5 a.

M.

Maybe it's the other way around.

We don't know.

Maybe you need to wake up at 5 a.

M.

Just to break the body consciousness.

But if you look at your addictions,

There are things that you feel that without them you wouldn't know how to function,

How to live.

And David is not referring to substance abuse.

David is talking about- Could be.

But I'm saying a lot of people hear the word addiction and they tune out because they don't have that.

We're not talking about the hard addictions alone.

It could be your nighttime routine.

It could be the way your clothing fills your closet.

You're not willing to share closet space.

It could be so many different things.

Specifically,

I think that when it comes to money,

The desire to control the money is often what blocks people from having that attachment to the money aspect versus,

Like you said,

Being taken care of is what blocks people a lot.

I'll give you the number one addiction entrepreneurs have.

So I don't know if we have a lot of entrepreneurs listening to this.

You own your own business.

You're building something.

You're in charge of your wealth.

You're not receiving a paycheck.

By the way,

Even people who are employees will have this number one tikkun.

This is actually in the book I referenced earlier.

They are way too controlling over their process or their team or their business.

They don't know how to,

Quote,

Let go of the vine.

They micromanage and they do the job of seven people.

That's an addiction.

The fact that you do the job of seven people because you believe you don't trust,

You don't trust,

You don't believe people are going to do as good as you were going to do it.

That's really what it comes down to.

I built this and no one's going to care about it the way I care about it.

Raise your hand if you relate to that.

This is everybody.

This is every single person.

We all go through it and as a result,

We're stuck.

I've seen so many business owners.

They have a limit.

They have their ceilings.

Some people,

It's like they can't break that $50,

000,

That $100,

000.

I know a person who can't break the $10 million.

In fact,

He's built several businesses.

Every time he hits the $10 million,

Chaos happens.

I would bet,

By the way,

That that could be applied to everything.

If you're stuck in your relationship,

It's because you're trying to micromanage.

If you feel stuck as a parent,

It's because you're trying to micromanage.

If you feel stuck as a friend,

You're micromanaging your friend group.

David's going to talk about how to unattach,

Detach.

I see some people that are commenting that are in a circle of e-commerce people that I deal with.

They all share that same problem.

You're smart enough to get your business to a certain level and you thrive.

In fact,

You get scale there really quickly.

Then all the fears come in and all the limited beliefs come in.

There's that big hire you got to make.

You got to spend money on that big hire.

Oh,

But this is scary.

How do we know it's going to work out?

Sure.

Then you saw your dad have a business partner who screwed him over.

That's with you.

That's with you.

There's always someone.

Everyone has a business partner that their dad had that screwed him over.

That's not even funny.

The important thing to remember about what David is saying also is that the whole scenario is set up externally,

Again,

Not so that that will be your excuse.

It's so that you will overcome it.

Just because you have such good examples,

I want to make sure that you realize the fact that your dad had that crummy business partner is there for you to say,

You know what?

Not my monkey,

Not my circus.

You know what I mean?

That it's not my thing.

Despite what I learned,

What I saw,

What I experienced,

I am going to take the risk and trust that the light has my back.

So much to unpack there.

By the way,

Sometimes you have to.

.

.

There's not a bad business partner.

It's a partnership.

Every partnership brings up your T-coon.

It brings up your garbage.

I don't think there are bad partnerships.

So many people I know,

Eventually the partnership.

.

.

It always starts off good,

But then eventually challenges occur.

It's not because you have a bad partner.

It's because the creator saw that you two are soulmates on some level,

Because they're our business soulmates.

You're soulmates.

A soulmate is basically someone who needs to be in your life to awaken your stuff and to help create an environment for you that you elevate.

That's a soulmate.

That's the definition of a business soulmate or of a love soulmate or whatever.

So not to digress,

Going back to a practical way that people can let that go.

For me,

Which I've suffered from this disease and probably still do to some extent,

I went to people who have done this.

I said,

Tell me.

I remember talking to a guy and he said,

Wow.

I said,

You scaled.

I mean,

You have whatever.

It was a big deal for me.

He was like 20 employees.

I said,

Aren't you afraid and worried and all these things?

He said,

Honestly,

They do it better than I do it.

Talking to people who are done it.

That's another fear people have is that they're going to be outdone.

They're going to be made redundant.

They're going to be phased out because someone else can do it better or faster or in another way.

Well,

That just tumbled right out of bed because there's a whole another people want to feel like they're the best.

Then there's those entrepreneurs I talked to.

They say,

My goal is to make sure I'm not the smartest guy in the room.

Then there's people who secretly need to be the smartest guy because they're using their business as a way to fill a void that was created in high school or something.

You can see where all this goes.

If you're not self-aware,

You're going to make poor decisions in every part of your life.

Practically,

What do you do?

Number one,

I think you got to talk to people who have already done it.

Again,

That's one of those things that's not specific to this book that David read or Kabbalah or I think all spiritual teachings emphasize the fact that you need,

In order to accomplish what you want to accomplish,

You need a supportive environment.

That means not.

.

.

I think that the standard is to find people who make me feel good.

That's not always the best environment.

The best environment is often people who will challenge me in a supportive way,

Challenge me to think different,

To think outside the box,

To break those habits or those stagnant parts of myself,

But also who are better than me,

Like David was saying,

Who are better than I am at what I do so that I have that pressure,

Positive pressure to reach my next level.

A lot of people ask,

Well,

I don't trust hiring certain people.

There are lessons of how you can even increase the chances of hiring the right people.

When you're doing your spiritual work,

Then the universe no longer has to send you people that are poking at your negativity all the time.

Instead of having a combative employee or a cheating employee or whatever,

You're getting rid of that garbage ahead of time.

You don't need to attract those kind of people.

That's the other benefit of living a spiritual lifestyle.

That's number one.

Number two,

I see a lot of entrepreneurs don't create an environment for their employees that's healthy,

That's accountable.

When you create accountability for someone,

You create structure for them.

They're less likely to make mistakes or to be resentful or they have a path to thrive.

All of these things denote care.

They care about the people that you hire and you create the structure around them.

You create a reward system and you really understand them and you know them and you kind of really are in tune with what they need.

You're also creating a situation where you're lowering the chances of being hurt or being screwed.

It's because you're a giver.

You're really a giver.

I have a lot of notes here and we're just starting to touch on it so I want to jump in.

We started today's show talking about how everything is taken into account,

Especially when you're not in the office.

One of the things that the Kabbalists teach about making sure that you are living life in the light is always thinking about how I can add value.

How can I be in service right now?

David just gave some really great examples for business owners or employers of how to make sure that they're adding value to the experience of their employees.

That's something that you and me and everybody we know can shift to focus on.

Let's look at it this way.

You wake up in the morning and yes,

You may be working from home.

Whether you have a family at home with you or not is irrelevant because there are always ways to add value.

One of the great things I think about modern times is how,

I don't want to say the internet,

But there's different software and things like that that make us so much more connected than we were before.

Even if you're isolated physically,

You still have the ability to interact with people.

I don't mean only on Zoom,

But let's say even through things like podcasts,

YouTube,

Yelp,

And things like that.

There's always a way to engage with other people and to add value.

Using something like writing reviews.

If you sit down and think,

Well,

I'm not doing anything right now.

I'm just listening to this fabulous podcast.

I could get onto Amazon and I could review all the great products I've ever tried and make a difference maybe for those people who are a lot of small businesses selling things.

You know what I'm saying?

It's like you're never really in a position where you cannot add value.

Smiling at someone.

Maybe they can't see your face now because you're wearing a mask,

But you can say,

Hey,

How are you?

Good morning.

There's always a way to be in service at any given moment.

Text a friend,

Call a relative,

Write a note of appreciation.

You're never in a spot where you can't do that.

Praying and meditating for someone is a way to add value.

So being focused on that,

David talks a lot in our podcasts about being a taker.

This is being the opposite of a taker.

This is focusing on how I can be a giver.

And when you're focused on how to be a giver,

What you're really saying is I trust I'm going to be taken care of.

There is enough of me to go around that I don't have to be micromanaging my bottom line the way I have.

Maybe I have been before hearing this.

A lot of people are saying,

Well,

How do I smoke out that conflicting desire?

People sometimes just don't understand.

And it's exactly what Ellie Sheva said.

When there are two,

There are two things a person should do and they are kind of similar.

When you do these two things,

You smoke out those desires.

Now,

If you don't do these two things over and over again,

Those desires will hide inside you and then control you.

So for example,

How do you know what kind of physical toxins exist in your body?

I mean,

They're embedded deep in your cells.

You got this like cellular makeup that maybe even inherited this toxicity.

It's inside you.

How do you get it out?

As soon as you start eating healthy,

You push it out.

Does that make sense?

That's why people go through detox and people start juicing and stuff like that.

So you juice,

You don't feel good,

You feel bad because the juice is literally saying,

Hey,

All you negative toxins,

Time for you to get out.

We're coming in.

It's a purge.

It feels terrible.

Yeah,

It's a purge.

Exactly.

So spiritually,

When you are committed to adding value and you do restriction,

Restriction means going against.

Restriction is not suppression.

Restriction is I have a desire to receive for myself some kind of comfort zone,

Some kind of negativity,

Some kind of fear.

I'm going against it.

I'm going to go against my selfish impulse.

Right.

I'm going to go against it.

Now,

Every time you add value and you go against your selfish impulse,

The light of the creator enters and then starts to push out on old negative desires.

So a person who's going to evolve fastest is the person who's adding value and going against their negative impulses.

It could be procrastination.

It could be some kind of jealousy.

It could be whatever.

Here's what's interesting.

When I give that lesson,

I say,

Well,

You know,

What if I add the wrong kind of value and what if I'm giving too much?

I tend to give too much.

Then they go,

So therefore I'm not going to do what you said.

Now here's the secret.

The person,

You should give.

In fact,

You should give too much because by giving too much,

Everyone's going to tell you you give too much.

Everyone's going to reject you.

Everyone's going to push you away.

Then within a good 48 hours,

You're going to realize all that's wrong with you as opposed to being overly spiritual and trying to think 47,

000 steps ahead about how you want to have this perfect spirituality and you don't want to hurt anybody or hurt yourself.

So you're just kind of like controlling the whole process.

In fact,

Go out there.

You don't know how to add value.

I agree.

Just do it the best you can.

Let everyone tell you how it can be better,

How you did it in the wrong way,

How you were insensitive about the way you're giving,

How you're being too intrusive,

Maybe taking away my free will and then say,

Wow,

Okay,

I'm learning about myself.

Then you start to learn because it's painful.

It's almost like you're creating your own product.

You are your own product and you've got to put it out there.

You've got to do the.

.

.

You've got to put it out there.

Let everybody say how bad of a product it was.

Test your product.

Let them test you.

Let them see and you want,

Right?

You want the product to be successful.

I love this one.

We've never talked like this about.

You want the product to be successful so you've got to put it out there in trials with as many different focus groups as you can.

Take in that feedback and make a better product.

You've got to fail fast and that's how you succeed fast.

It's only our ego that makes us not want to fail or hear feedback or whatever it is.

Make mistakes.

Now,

Of course,

Don't make egregious mistakes,

Mistakes that can ruin your life.

Don't make mistakes on purpose.

There are people out there that say,

I need to have something to repent for so I'm going to make mistakes.

That's not how it works.

That's not what the Kabbalists teach.

The Kabbalists teach is you're going to stumble anyway.

Don't try but when you do,

Embrace it and that's the secret.

That's the secret sauce.

I went through this phase in my life and probably should do it again and again.

Once I realized that the reason why I don't have everything I want in my life is because just of my negativity,

I was so excited about it.

I started to go to psychics and people go to psychics and they say,

What's going to happen to me?

I said,

Look,

All I want to know is what's wrong with me.

Just tell me everything you see.

What do I need to change?

I said,

Look,

If you've got a psychic power,

Tell me what I'm afraid of.

I don't need a psychic power to tell you what I want to do.

Or you just ride in the car with a shepherd for 30 minutes.

That can do it.

It's like I remember signing up for therapy and saying,

You know what?

Just tell me everything.

Tell me everything you see.

I was excited.

I went through my life,

My childhood,

Whatever.

I said,

You should talk to my parents too.

Let's just get it.

Let's get it all out.

Then you realize that that's all the stuff that's holding you back.

People are like,

Well,

How do I find my soulmate?

I said,

Do you really know yourself?

Do you know all that trauma that you went through and have you come to terms with it?

Are you cognizant of even stuff that's happened in your life?

Because if you're hiding that stuff,

Those are the toxins.

When people are toxic inside their body and then they have a little odor,

You know when you have toxicity in your body,

It feels like a bad breath.

What's this?

A halitosis type thing?

Is that what it's called?

I love when David gets into bodily functions as examples for spirituality.

Do you guys all know what I'm talking about?

You haven't done this in a long time.

I'm really excited.

The person who has halitosis doesn't know they have it.

That's the secret,

But everybody else can smell it.

It's coming out of your pores.

Coming out of your pores.

It's because there's something going on in your gut.

I'm getting him to smile.

I'm getting him to smile.

He's smiling.

It's something going on in your gut.

You're not taking care of yourself on the inside.

If you got stuff from your past that you haven't dealt with,

When you go out on a date with a guy or a girl and it all looks good,

The package looks good,

But the spiritual smell is coming through the pores and the breath,

Which is interesting because the word for breath in Hebrew is also soul.

It's very deep.

That was a cool setup.

That was very nice.

I did not plan that.

Breath and soul,

Same word,

Same root.

That's why you wonder why it's going well and then they ghost you or they leave you and it's unresolved and you don't understand what's going on or the money just leaves you.

It's like it comes and it goes.

How many of us have,

After breaking up with someone,

Asked them to fill an exit survey?

Oh my gosh,

The exit survey would be phenomenal.

What's my net promoter score?

When you leave a job that you ask your employer or even your coworkers to complete an exit survey.

Thanks for.

.

.

Would you refer me to two of your friends?

That's really what we're talking about here,

That the ability to draw greater blessings,

Whether the blessing is in the form of a soulmate or $100,

000 a month career or anything else is that ability to recognize and identify what's standing between me and that next blessing.

That's really where it is.

We're joking,

Taking an exit survey,

But that feedback is just as valuable as all the lessons you think you learned in that career or in that position or in that relationship,

Et cetera and so forth.

We're getting a lot of questions about procrastination by the way,

Which I said I wanted to talk about anyway.

I hope you have that on your list.

Yeah.

You know there?

Yeah.

What do you want to say?

What do you want to say?

What do I want to say?

A lot of people have everything it takes to be successful at whatever.

Again,

The degree,

The internships,

The experience,

And yet they're not getting hired or they're not breaking through that glass ceiling or they've gone on so many interviews or maybe every investment that they try goes south.

Why does that happen?

The capitalists talk a lot about.

.

.

I'm not going to say they talk a lot about procrastination,

But they talk a lot about the opposite of procrastination,

Which is taking advantage of every moment.

The reason that becomes important and we're going to come back full circle in a moment is because when we understand that the reason we came to the physical reality is to fulfill our soul's purpose and we understand that every moment of our day is orchestrated by the production company in the sky to make sure that we fulfill that purpose,

Every time we put something off,

We're saying,

I feel like fulfilling my purpose right now.

Procrastination is basically saying,

I don't want to fulfill my purpose and I'm going to leave it right there.

What I like about that is procrastination doesn't allow you to obtain wisdom because wisdom is to know whether something works or doesn't work.

That's what wisdom is.

We go to a wise person.

It's because you know that they know something that you don't know.

You obtain wisdom every time you go against your laziness.

What's hard about it is when the body takes over and removes all the feeling,

It's like that day you didn't have your caffeine.

All of a sudden you feel it.

No such thing.

Right.

At least it's not going to miss your caffeine,

But let's say it happened.

All of a sudden,

You have to muster some kind of strength to be a giver.

The only time it ever happened was when I was juicing.

You felt the detox effects,

Right?

No,

No,

No.

I had enough energy that I didn't jump from my caffeine.

Right.

But what happens when you're not juicing and you don't have caffeine and you're just having a bad day and you're not in the mood to do anything?

A lot of lessons here,

But it happens to all of us,

Happens to me several times a day.

I don't want people to think that we're the exception here.

What my teachers taught me is when you get to that place where you don't want to do anything,

You have no desire.

In fact,

You just want to give a middle finger to everybody,

Get away from me,

Whatever.

That means that that moment in time,

Your soul is presenting to you this negativity,

This negative shell,

This husk where it's saying that for lifetimes,

This has been part of you.

The reason why you feel the way you feel is because now I'm bringing it to the surface and you can remove it.

If you can muster any amount of strength,

Because we always have a pilot light on,

Just take that pilot light and ignite the strength to overcome that feeling,

Then you're going to remove something that's been part of your life for lifetimes.

For me,

That's an exciting proposition that every time I feel totally disconnected,

I'm talking like you have no energy.

Wow.

It means I'm looking face to face with my opponent and I have five minutes,

Ten minutes to overcome it,

To do something to overcome it and not just wallow.

Because in ten minutes,

You know what's going to happen.

You'll start to feel better organically.

You'll maybe hear some good news,

Go eat some food.

All of a sudden,

You're not upset anymore.

You just lost the opportunity.

Whether that's dancing around the room,

Whether that's shouting and praying or doing something,

You're basically making an effort to go against that desire to receive for the self alone.

It can be something as simple and mundane as organizing your desk drawer.

It doesn't have to be something spiritual and elevated that breaks you out of that.

It can be just,

You know what,

No,

I'm not going to let that be my excuse,

My alibi,

And you go and you do something apropos organizing a desk drawer.

I know for a lot of people,

Cleaning out closets,

Going through old stuff is something that they love to procrastinate on.

I want to tell you,

The Kabbalists teach that organizing your home,

Your space,

Is a very spiritual practice.

Decluttering is a very spiritual practice and can actually move energy in your life.

If you have a room or a closet or a home that you need to get organized,

Take my word for it,

It will make miracles for you.

Don't take my word for it.

Try it and let us know how it worked.

We have a few minutes left.

We got to knock it out of the park with these last few minutes.

Pick another one.

Pick another one.

People are asking a lot of questions here.

We talked about just getting excited about feedback.

It's not personal.

It's not personal.

I used to take feedback so personally.

I used to tell you the Pisces thing,

It shut down completely.

I don't know what you're talking about.

But we've been trained military style.

Navy SEALs.

We get put through.

I was talking to a Navy SEAL guy a couple of days ago.

He was the elite unit.

He said they put you in this one week torture where they kidnap you and then they interrogate.

They put you through a torture so you get trained for it.

They said no sleeping,

No eating.

They beat you up.

You're laying in your feces type thing.

I said knock it out of the park.

I'm knocking it.

I'm knocking it.

I said to him,

I said,

What was the most powerful lesson you got from all that?

He said,

I realized I could do anything.

I realized nothing is impossible.

I found out to be so powerful.

He said the way they train you is that you realize you have nothing to be afraid of.

It's all an illusion in your head.

Knowing this person,

He's really not afraid of anything now that he's in the private world.

His fears are probably not physical.

Well,

I'm sure.

Yeah.

We've received Navy SEAL spiritual training to some extent.

We have to go through a lot of this stuff.

I remember one time a group of teachers,

It was like 10 years ago.

These are best teachers.

They said we're going to play a game for one week where we're just going to keep bringing each other fake bad news.

Where,

Oh,

Did you hear and then say something that's really scary and just to see how we react.

Desensitizing yourself?

Exactly.

Like,

Oh my God,

Did you hear your car just got towed or something like,

By the way,

Some papers came in,

You're being sued.

Really just stuff like that.

It didn't matter even though we knew that it was coming.

It was always painful and scary at first to hear it.

Even you have to remind yourself that it was a joke,

But you started to see how attached you are to everything.

Just attached to your ego and attached to the way things need to be.

We have so much we can talk about that.

Absolutely.

We'll continue the conversation in our next episode.

We'll continue the conversation about prosperity.

If you have questions that you'd like us to address on the show,
