Good morning,

Everyone.

Good evening,

Good afternoon,

Wherever you are,

And welcome to the Weekly Energy Boost.

My name is Ellie Sheva,

And I'm here with David.

And we are finally going to share with you the Kabbalistic secrets to overcoming fears in our daily lives.

We spent the last few episodes deconstructing and examining both the mundane and the deep-seated and illogical fears.

Today is going to be all about how to get around,

Get through,

And get over your fears.

One of the things we mentioned in the first couple episodes is that fears are meant to be overcome,

Not merely coped with.

And the wisdom of Kabbalah,

From which we glean everything that we share every week with you on the Weekly Energy Boost,

We provide you with the most practical and most powerful wisdom not only that we've read or learned about,

But actually practiced and lived over the,

I would say we're probably coming up on 50-something years of collective Kabbalah study between the two of us.

So you get the benefit of our toil and trouble.

And the truth is that this is not something,

Hopefully if you haven't listened to the first few episodes,

You'll pause now and go back and listen,

But this whole month,

Regardless of how it looks externally,

And that's one of the interesting things for me as I prepare for each episode is,

If you look at the state of the world around us,

It seems like we have all the good reasons to be afraid,

And it's not us,

It's them.

Meaning the external,

What's going on in the news,

What's going on politically,

What's going on with the pandemic,

We have all the good reasons to live in fear.

And yet here comes Kabbalah and says,

No,

Despite what you see,

Despite what you hear,

Despite what your past tells you,

Don't live in fear.

I remember,

Because we're going to share some tools about overcoming fear.

Nobody wants to live in fear.

And everybody knows,

For the most part,

At least intellectually,

I think we know that even if you got everything you wanted physically in this world,

Everything went your way,

But you're still a person who lives with fear and anxiety.

You know,

You're smart enough to know that you wouldn't be able to enjoy any of it.

So the game that most people are playing,

Which is the game of acquisition,

The game of how can I acquire comfort,

How can I acquire or obtain or achieve certain things in this physical world,

This game is actually pretty fruitless because even if you got everything you wanted,

If you didn't know the secrets of how to overcome the internal pain,

Those internal thoughts,

Those worries and anxieties,

Those fears,

It would all be for nothing.

So this is why it's so important to make it your number one goal every day to overcome fears.

So what are we going to talk about?

We're going to talk about it in probably a way most people haven't even heard before because I think a lot of people are thinking,

Oh,

I've heard this before.

You know,

You're going to go tell me to go break my fear.

We're not going to just go tell you to break your fear.

We want to provide for you some mystical,

Some practical,

Cannibalistic tools that have been used for thousands of years of how great sages,

Great souls have achieved these very high levels of certainty and peace of mind.

What's interesting is I know,

I mean,

For the last few years that we've been doing the show,

For sure these three episodes are not the first episodes we've done on fear.

And yet it doesn't get old,

It doesn't get tired,

And you can't hear it enough.

And in sitting down and thinking about what is the best of what I have to share,

What's worked with me,

The first thing I remember learning,

This sort of metaphor about fear,

Is that one of the great Kabbalists we often quote,

Rav Ashlag,

He says that if you can imagine that life is a series of,

We call it time,

We call it hours,

Days,

Weeks,

Months,

But really time is just a series of baskets on a conveyor belt that each person is tasked with filling full of light.

And what we teach in our classes,

We teach many different ways to reveal your unique light,

But the fact is you can only reveal light right now.

You can't reveal light in the future and you can't reveal light in the past.

You gotta wait for that basket to come in front of you,

Right?

So anytime we're angry,

Resentful,

Guilty,

Sad,

We are looking at a basket that's not yet in front of us,

Right?

Thinking about what we could have,

Should have,

Anytime the word should appear is you know that you're not focused on the basket in front of you,

You're thinking about a basket that's well off into,

That's gone on its way and it is what it is.

Anytime that we experience fear,

Anxiety,

Worry,

Dread,

We're looking at a basket that's not yet in front of us,

Right?

So I'm thinking,

How am I gonna be able to fill it?

Who's gonna be there with me filling it?

What if I can't fill it?

Now not that we shouldn't make goals or plan or be proactive about life,

But all the while that I'm focused on a past basket or a future basket,

What happens to the basket in front of me?

Empty,

Because you can't simultaneously fill the past and the present or the future and the present.

So anytime you find yourself,

And by the way,

I remember the teacher who shared this with originally said,

Well,

Sending empty baskets off on the assembly line,

That's really something to be afraid of.

You don't know what's gonna happen with that.

But the truth is,

As long as I'm focused on the basket in front of me,

What I'm doing is I'm actually changing how the past impacts me and I'm ensuring that my future will be even better.

So even though I tell,

Sometimes I tell students you have to be like a horse with blinders on,

Right?

Every time you catch yourself rehashing something from the past,

Overthinking,

Reanalyzing,

Reimagining,

You're going off into the past,

Bring it back to the present.

Every time you're concerned,

Worried,

Afraid,

Anxious,

What are you doing?

You're looking at a basket that you can't fill yet.

The best thing you can do if you're worried about those future baskets,

That's why I wanted to bring this up.

The best thing you can do if you're worried about how you're gonna fill a future basket is fill the basket in front of you right now.

Beautiful.

So many secrets there.

On the way over here,

We were talking about one of the ways to approach this and I wanted to share a lesson that I'm plucking it from a Kabbalah 2 class.

There are many people who are following us now who are in our global Kabbalah 2.

This is a concept we've learned and in order to understand fear,

To understand where it comes from spiritually.

So we've learned through the wisdom of Kabbalah that the light of the Creator which represents the joy and the fulfillment that we're looking for in every way,

Spiritually,

Physically,

The light is what we need,

This connection to the light.

The light can't manifest by itself.

It has to be earned.

And the process of us earning it is us having affinity of form with the light of the Creator.

So in Kabbalah we learn about qualities of the Creator that we need to emulate which is very hard because we're born with the opposite of these qualities.

We're born with more selfish,

More crude qualities.

That's our natural state to be upset,

Some of us feel angry,

Some of us feel vindictive,

Some of us feel sad,

Some of us feel better than other people,

Some of us are worse than other people and the list goes on and on.

And our job is to make this transformation.

Now what happens when we don't transform,

When we fail a test,

When we get upset with our kids or we get upset with our friends,

We get upset with the world,

We get reactive.

So we learned that there's something called the reactive formula.

There was the proactive formula which we learned in Kabbalah 1 but in Kabbalah 2 we learned the reactive formula which essentially is when I'm upset,

When I do something that is avoiding my fears,

So I'm running away,

I'm escaping from my responsibility,

I'm going towards my comfort zone,

I draw light for a moment.

That's why it always feels good to be reactive.

Addictions actually feel good.

Even sadness feels good for the moment that you choose to wallow.

So all of these negative things that we do feel good for the moment and then they feel horrible later on.

Well what's happening is we're drawing the light,

We're filling ourselves with energy which feels good and then we have the spiritual hangover.

That energy leaves us because it hasn't been earned spiritually and then we feel emptiness and void and this pattern continues over and over again for most people,

Given the short version.

So where does the energy go?

When the energy comes and the energy leaves,

So imagine you had a great night,

Halloween night and I don't know,

Let's say you got too drunk,

You did something stupid and it was fun but the next day you regretted it and you made some mistakes and you physically felt horrible and maybe you said things or did things that you regret.

This is a good example of drawing the light for a moment for a couple hours and then losing that light and having a lot of chaos afterwards.

So where did that light go?

You felt great at that party.

Where did the light go?

The light goes to the negative side.

The negative side has a lot of classes about the negative side but there's a concept called shells clipot and what this means is that the negative side has these negative forces that actually take your light,

Hold it hostage,

Protect it until you're ready to earn it again.

So it's almost like a banana peel is a shell for the actual banana that protects the banana until you're ready to eat the banana.

I have never heard that explanation in that way but it works.

I know you teach this course and now you can use the example.

So the negative side is also kind of positive because all it does is it holds your assets,

Your spiritual assets,

Your light.

So imagine somebody made a mistake and it caused them to delay meeting the love of their life for two years.

Let's say you did something and that happened.

Okay,

I'm being extreme here.

So the light called your soulmate is not with you.

This light,

This spark of light that you made a mistake is gone now is now in the hands of the negative side and it's in a shell and it's being protected until you're ready to overcome and break that shell and re-reveal that miracle.

So how do I know when I can break the shell?

Every time you feel a fear,

That's a past shell coming to you saying,

You can break me now and you can reclaim that spark of light.

That spark of light could be a soulmate.

That could be prosperity.

That could be a closer relationship with someone that you want to have.

It could be some kind of strength that you're looking for,

Some kind of miracle.

But the way to get that spark that is simply being held by the negative side is you have to,

Whenever you feel the fear,

It's indicative that a shell is knocking on your door saying,

You can reveal the spark.

You can break me now and reveal it.

And that's what it means to break a fear.

You're essentially breaking a shell.

What David is talking about is so important because dealing with fears,

I think,

Really requires two strategies.

One is the preemptive strategy,

Which is what David is talking about.

Studying,

Learning,

Understanding,

And we'll take it a step deeper in a moment,

Learning about where those fears come from.

What is the anatomy of a fear?

If you don't feel the benefit of breaking your fears,

Why should you do it?

Here's David telling us now,

And in the name of sages from the last few thousand years,

It will be painful,

But the benefit is much greater than the pain.

So that's,

I think,

One of the first things you have to remember when deciding I'm going to overcome a fear is,

Even though I know it may be painful,

The benefit hugely outweighs the cost.

And there are other Kabbalists that talk about the different meditations you can do,

Different things,

But I think that the first step is understanding not only generally where does fear come from,

What is,

You know,

David just described it in a very general way,

One of the things that our teacher,

Rob Berg,

Used to say is,

If you want to tackle something,

The first thing you have to ask is,

Why is it there?

Why do I have it?

Not I have it because my mother,

I have a fear of success because my mother told me I would never be a mount to anything,

But why do I have a fear of succeeding?

How is it serving me?

How is it hurting me?

And therefore,

Then I can understand in the construct of who I am in the universe,

Not who I am as a little person sitting in my apartment trying to figure out what's my next career move and how scared I am to step into it,

But rather,

Why was this gift given to me?

I mean,

I remember being on the show a number of years ago with Karen Berg and she actually said instead of thinking why is this happening to me,

It's happening for me.

What is this situation?

This fear is giving me something.

What is it?

It could be my soulmate.

It could be abundance.

It could be a breakthrough in my health,

In my mindset,

In my consciousness,

But it's there for a reason.

By asking that question,

We start to build that strategy to overcoming it.

We all want to receive more in life,

But what we don't realize is this more that we're looking for is in the hands of these negative forces that we've fed for lifetimes.

To obtain more,

There isn't just more floating around.

You just grab more.

More is revealed through breaking through layers that are challenging and difficult.

Here's what's also very interesting about the concept of fears.

Every single person,

What their fear is relative to them is as hard as what your fear is to you.

You might look at me,

For example,

And say,

You have a fear,

David,

But that fear means nothing.

What's the big deal?

Just break it,

But to me,

Because I'm dealing with active fire,

It's a live ammunition.

For me,

I'm going through it,

And it's my past life.

And you're sweating,

And your heart is racing,

And you're having flashbacks of previous times where it didn't work out.

100%.

There's so many energetic things,

Things you don't even see that's happening that makes it on par for me as the most difficult thing I'm going through,

But for you,

It's not in your movie.

This is why you have to realize that everyone on their level has something that they feel is insurmountable.

Nonetheless,

When it feels insurmountable,

That's how you know it's the shell of the day.

That's how you know.

It's the special.

Not the soup of the day.

It's the shell.

It's on the menu as the special.

The special means this is what the creator wants you to look at,

Creator wants you to break,

And you don't even need to know how to break it because I think that's one of the big things.

People say,

Well,

How do I break this fear?

It just seems so impossible.

We're going to give some steps,

But first to know that as soon as you're feeling it,

It's the only thing that's the special on the menu.

This is the greatest light that you can reveal.

You may say,

Well,

I'm not going to deal with that.

I'm going to go deal with 100 other things on my to-do list.

Those 100 other things are just escapism for me not to deal with the one thing that's the special of the day.

What's your fear now?

That's the thing that's popping up in your head now.

That is what the universe,

What your soul,

What the creator not only wants you to break,

But is giving you the strength and the ability and the tools to break if you choose to do so.

That's something that came up,

I don't remember if it was last week or the week before,

But the idea that people approach their fears as the thing that is getting in the way of their fulfillment,

Their happy marriage,

Raising their children.

By the way,

That's a huge area of fear for a lot of people is that something bad is going to happen to their kids.

They fear for their children's safety,

For their children's wellbeing.

The fears prevent them from being the best parent they can be.

The fears prevent them from being the best partner,

Best employee,

Best neighbor.

The paradox is that the fear is the pathway to being that better person,

Partner,

Fill in the role.

Rather than looking at how I can rip this fear out of my movie script,

Think in terms of how this fear is actually the plot twist that gets me to really what I'm desiring to be,

Whether it's the better parent,

The better partner,

The better producer,

The better soul,

Better human on the planet.

I think that in the same way that when you find something smelly or you walk into your house and something stinks and you want to look for the stink so that you can find it and you can't really do anything else until you find it,

Maybe this doesn't happen to people who don't have kids,

But it's like you just can't.

That desire,

That focus is really what the Kabbalists teach.

That doesn't mean that you stop parenting,

You neglect the children until you work on your fear,

You neglect the company until you overcome your fear,

But rather look at the existence of the fear as an asset and not a hindrance.

Beautiful.

You're getting so many questions.

I wanted to actually share my.

.

.

I shared a little bit of the.

.

.

Did I share this last week,

My routine of what I try to do to break fears?

Maybe I think I touched upon it and I know you wanted me to see it for this week,

But I took it really seriously this morning,

Even more serious than I ever do before because I knew I was going to speak about it and I like to practice something before I talk about it.

I'm going to show a routine that I use.

It's practical and it involves some of the mystical spiritual tools that Elisheva and I and different teachers around the world Kabbalistically use.

By no means do you have to do it the way I do it.

This is how I do it and this is my flavor of the day because in two weeks I'll probably do it differently and everything becomes like chewing gum and it eventually loses its flavor and you got to mix it up.

That's how the opponent works.

The opponent kind of makes something dry and then you got to change it up.

Basically I like to wake up early.

I think this is the best way to do it because you have to start your day this way.

I set my alarm for 5.

30 AM.

I woke up at 5.

08 because of daylight savings.

I haven't adjusted yet.

So I woke up at 5.

08 and I got a good hour before the house erupts in chaos.

I don't think you're an actual Pisces if you can do that.

I usually wake up around six something.

I have to because the kids don't allow anything different.

But I'm deciding now because more important than my kids,

I'm saying this live on the phone,

More important than my kids is me breaking my fears.

Because they benefit when you break your fears as well.

My wife,

Everyone benefits.

The energetic hierarchy is you break your fears first.

That's more important than your children.

Otherwise you can't be a good father.

You can't really be a good anything.

So I know that in order to be with my kids and be with the light,

I need a good 30 minute one hour head start.

So I woke up at 5.

08 today.

I did the first thing that we've learned in Kabbalistic school.

Kabbalah school is we've been trained.

So there's a concept of how water involves,

Water is like physical light.

I think everybody understands that water is purifying.

It's purifying.

It's not only on a biological level,

On a physical level,

But also on a spiritual level.

Correct.

And the Kabbalists say that when you go to sleep and your soul leaves at night,

It's almost like when you haven't been,

So your soul is not in your body fully for let's say six,

Seven,

Eight hours.

You know how when you leave something unattended for a while,

Let's say you go on vacation,

You come back home,

You leave the kitchen unattended.

The bananas are covered in flies.

Exactly.

There's some kind of,

The negativity takes over.

Vulnerability.

Yeah.

There's a vulnerability.

When you're not around energetically,

The negative forces come to consume that thing.

So the Kabbalists say that when we go to sleep- This is actually the show on overcoming fear,

Not instilling fear.

Well,

You've got to be afraid of fear.

So when the soul leaves at night,

The negative forces actually occupy the body a little bit because the soul,

The pure part of you is gone.

It's a logical concept.

So what happens when the soul comes back?

There's a little remote negativity- Residue.

Residue of negativity that's on the body and especially on the hands,

Which we won't get into why,

But it's on the hands as well.

Now the Kabbalists say,

What is this negativity?

It's like a negative force.

It's like a negative angel.

And the bottom line is when that force is around the person,

It's the cause of minute anxiety and sometimes you have fears and anxiety.

You don't even know why.

You're just kind of worried all of a sudden because there's negative forces.

You wake up in the morning and you're dreading the day.

Yeah.

Most of the thoughts,

Negative thoughts,

Usually come in the morning and that of this negative angel.

That's her name,

But essentially it says that she's occupying the hands because the hands are our connection to the physical world.

So the Kabbalists gave a remedy for this,

A spiritual remedy,

Where basically you fill any cup or vessel with water,

Which is the purifying agent,

And you pour it on each hand three times.

A lot of secrets of why we do three,

Which is not for today's show,

But we go alternating right left,

Right left,

Right left.

And the Kabbalists say you meditate to cleanse and purify yourself of this negative force and this negative energy.

And the meditation is that now I have more strength to have less fear throughout the day.

So that's always the first thing I do.

I know we don't talk about these kind of tools often on our show,

But I thought,

Why not?

I think a lot of people appreciate it.

If you do appreciate it,

Let us know.

If you want us to skip this kind of stuff,

Also let us know.

I think this kind of feedback is helpful.

The next thing I will do is,

Here's the thing about me,

20 years,

21 years studying Kabbalah with you and why not my colleagues?

Every day I wake up,

It's like I haven't studied a day in my life.

I don't know anything.

It's like the day I was 15 years old and I just am riddled with fear.

So I want you all to know that it doesn't matter how long you've studied.

It doesn't matter even how much you've accomplished a day before.

Every day is a new test,

Is a new challenge.

So for me,

I need to train myself every day to have consciousness again.

So what I do is I do four things.

I sit down and I pray and I meditate on four things.

First thing I do is I say thank you to every fear I have because you have to first be appreciative of the purpose of those fears because they're hiding your light.

So first you have to thank the fear before you break it.

So I say thank you until I get to a place where I feel appreciation.

And I'm usually faking it until all of a sudden it opens up.

And I spend about 10 minutes just doing that.

By the way,

What David just said,

I don't even know if you realize,

That's all we needed to say today is that the whole,

Maybe it's just me and the people that I know or that I've worked with,

But most of us when our fears come up,

We run from them.

We try to escape them or avoid the triggers that awaken the fear.

David is actually saying,

Love your fear because it's in those fears that you have the opportunity to release that trapped light.

I've learned the majority of my fears come to me at the morning.

And what often maybe I used to do,

What a lot of people do is they just kind of ignore to push it away.

And all you're doing is pushing those fears.

Number one,

They get stronger,

But number two,

They just get involved in your whole day.

And I don't want that.

It's almost like the dog that wants a scrap of food from the table.

You can't actually get rid of it.

The dog won't go away until you feed the dog.

It's like a dog,

A scrap.

Exactly.

And here's the other thing.

If you don't break your fears in the morning,

These negative forces follow you the whole day.

They follow you to your conversations with your children because fear is a negative force.

So these fears follow you into your business meetings.

Who wants to go to a business meeting where you're trying to close a big deal and you've got like a hundred negative forces in there because you didn't take care of your business in the morning?

This is why it's so important to deal with your consciousness and your fears before the day starts.

So that's the first thing.

I spend 10 minutes spending or I ask the creator in my own language and my own words in any way you want to do it.

There's no right or wrong.

I say,

Creator,

Thank you.

Thank you that I'm afraid of the future.

I think you're afraid of this.

I think I'm afraid that my child,

Something might happen to them.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Second step is I'm asking the creator,

Show me throughout now or throughout the day,

The seat level of what I need to change about myself that is causing this fear.

So whether that's going to be revealed now or later on,

I'm not sure,

But I'm asking for it.

So if you don't ask for it,

You're not going to get it.

The third,

That's 10 minutes of that.

And I'm going to spend 10 minutes asking the creator to open my eyes and give me certainty that's illogical certainty.

So I don't know how it's going to come,

But all I know is that if I ask the creator for certainty over and over again,

All of a sudden this calm overcomes me,

Almost like you took a drug.

You see some people take drugs and all of a sudden they have certainty.

So what happened all of a sudden?

You know,

You had anxiety before you take a Xanax.

You take something that is all of a sudden you're calm and you're okay.

You can do this through prayer and asking the creator for certainty.

You don't need a Xanax.

You can just ask the creator.

10 minutes of that.

And those are the three things.

I do another thing,

But it's not for now.

So those three things alone.

Which show are you going to give me?

I'm going to surprise people with that fourth thing.

It's always good to have a little desire.

You got to keep tuning in every week.

So you'll know.

Just in case I might share the fourth thing.

So those three things,

If you do that every day,

And that's 30 minutes,

I mean,

Come on,

I got stuff to do.

You will have the most productive day.

You'll have a high throughout the day.

You will see that your negativity is not bothering you throughout the day,

Or at least it's weaker.

So that's what I do because I don't know another solution of having certainty or how do you break a fear?

All I know is beg the creator,

The universe,

My soul,

Give me the strength because I don't have it.

And then all of a sudden,

If you ask enough,

You have it.

And that's it.

And that's all it is.

And it's that simple that people think it's much more complicated than that.

I also want to share,

In my years of dealing with different fears,

I was able to,

You know,

It's funny because I think that I don't know how people what people think we do when we're not behind the microphone,

But not only are we working with.

.

.

Read Zohar and sing Kumbaya.

Well,

Once in a while,

We get the opportunity to sit down with other teachers,

With our mentors,

With one another and collaborate and brainstorm and just get more insight and inspiration.

Actually,

That's one of the reasons I love coming here every Monday morning is I get,

I never know what David's going to say,

And I always get my own little inspiration as well.

But we had the opportunity once to sit with Karen Berg and ask,

One of the teachers was asking if Karen can give us any insight into dealing with big fears.

And we had,

Last week's episode,

We talked a little bit more about anxiety and the more deeper seated fears.

And to that point,

I want to say that they're,

You know,

Kabbalah absolutely 100% wholeheartedly,

Even though Kabbalah is not a person.

The wisdom of Kabbalah supports working with professionals,

Mental health professionals,

Because not everything is meant to be tackled alone.

And not everything can be tackled alone,

Right?

The amazing thing about professionals is that they not only have their experience,

They have the scientific,

The sometimes medical,

But the clinical background to be able to support us through our challenges.

And sometimes we need that support temporarily,

Sometimes we need it in the long run.

I am a big supporter of therapy of whatever kind is necessary.

I've seen positive results in many people's lives of it,

And I want to make sure that it's clear.

We're not just,

We're not suggesting only meditation and only study.

There are many different ways to dismantle a fear,

And sometimes therapy is part of that.

When we were able to sit with Karen and we asked Karen,

Karen gave us a very,

I'm going to be David now,

I have a list of six,

A six point approach to tackling the big fears.

So what Karen suggested,

And I love how she said it,

She said,

Write down what you think you're afraid of.

So step one is to write it down.

And I think what's powerful about that in general,

Writing things down for ourselves is like a way for us to both simultaneously speak and listen,

Right?

Because you're able to see what's coming out rather than just receiving it.

So Karen said to write down what you think you're afraid of.

And the second thing is to assign that fear a color.

So obviously for many people it will be black,

It might even be red,

But to assign your fear a color.

The third thing is to then ask your higher self what color would heal that fear.

Okay,

So you now have two colors,

The color of the fear and the color of the healing of that fear.

And Karen said then to sit comfortably and at least for 12 repetitions,

Breathe in the healing color and breathe out the fear color.

Inhale healing,

Exhale fear.

At least 12 times.

And I would even recommend to do it as long as you can without getting lightheaded or antsy or frustrated.

And then ask the healing color to show you,

And this goes back to what David was saying,

To show you the seed of the fear.

Because again,

You may think you know what the fear is,

But quite often the fear is so deep seeded that we're not even aware of where it is.

And it may even be residing in a part of the body.

I think that a lot of,

For example,

We have fears and when you break it down it's really a fear of losing control or a fear of not being loved.

So you want to get deep now that you're in that,

The breath work also helps you get to a more deeper conscious state.

Write it down of course.

Whatever this meditation uncovers for you,

That's the second piece of writing.

And then the,

I guess it's step,

It's seven.

I think I'm on seven actually.

I numbered it improperly.

I have two number threes here.

The seventh step is to take that piece of paper where you wrote down the seed of that fear and burn it.

And of course a safe receptacle and not,

You know,

Don't endanger anybody's life.

But I'm saying that quite honestly because we've seen people do silly things before.

But the idea of disempowering,

Right?

That's really what I see is that that whole procedure is it's releasing and disempowering not what I think the fear is,

But the origin of the fear,

Which is going to make the day to day,

Right?

We talked about preemptive and then we need to talk about in the moment,

But to diminish the hunger,

To diminish the force that that fear has in me,

Over me in my daily life.

Beautiful.

I love that.

And they can be combined.

And here's the thing.

I'm going to,

Now I'm going to take that and I'm going to fine tune a little bit of what I do and what I do,

I'll do probably for two,

Three weeks and then I'll change it up again.

So it's important because you're changing,

Everything is changing.

And as you hear more lessons that we teach or even that you glean from other other wisdoms,

You have to find your formula to neutralize your negativity,

Your thoughts,

Those,

Those fears on a daily basis and to do a consistency,

Consistently.

That's really the spirit.

The spiritual work is consistency.

There's no right or wrong way to do it.

It's just wrong if you don't do it consistently.

That is what neutralizes all the negativity in this world.

The person who is consistent.

That's the last thing people want to hear.

I can tell you that much.

I mean,

Honestly,

That's,

That's the case with anything that you want in your life to have significant impact.

And it's so funny because I was just thinking about a conversation I had with someone last week,

Someone that I've been in,

You know,

Working with for many years,

But I don't hear from very often,

But I do obviously when things are more challenging than smooth as they would like it.

And the,

I think that the fear,

I didn't mean to say it.

The fear around the consistency is that you won't have time for anything else.

David's point is if you do this consistently,

You will have much more time for everything else because you will have freed up so much of the energy and anxiety and brain space that those fears occupy in you.

And you're,

You know,

Like you said,

You go to a business work meeting and instead of actually listening to the person who's talking,

You're preoccupied with,

What do they think of me?

How do they feel about me?

What is my job?

How much value are you providing when you're the black hole is just consuming all of your brain waves and even energy,

Right?

You're not present,

But you've heard people say to you,

Where are you?

You're not with me right now.

Yeah,

I'm busy being sucked into the black hole of my fears.

You know,

When you were talking before,

The other thing that really,

That you made me think of is,

By the way,

If you don't know what I'm talking about,

Google it or on YouTube,

You could search it.

Bob Newhart saying,

Stop it.

Oh yeah.

Do you remember that?

I think I showed him many times.

Very,

Very,

Very funny clip.

A woman comes to him for therapy.

This is on the Bob Newhart show.

Saturday Night Live.

No,

It's Saturday Night Live.

With Saturday Night Live?

I think so.

So he just basically,

He says,

You know,

I have two words that are going to take away every fear.

She's claustrophobic.

She has all these different issues.

He says to her,

Stop it.

And the funny thing is that there are certain fears that that actually works with.

That just being the drill Sergeant with yourself actually helps you to overcome it.

And many times it's a physical thing.

You know,

The,

I'm trying to think of a good example.

Let's say speaking up in class.

That's what the thing that came to me.

You know,

Sometimes you're intimidated by a group of people and the intimidation bombards you.

And if you just have a friend behind you that elbows you on the side,

I have a friend who does that to me,

Elbows you and says,

Just say it,

You can do it.

There is that,

There's a certain point maybe as you're close to breaking it,

That there,

It's enough to just crack the whip or blow the whistle on your opponent and you actually get to overcome it.

So first of all,

See the video.

It's really funny.

And it totally gets you to realize how sometimes the things that we're afraid of are really,

There is a category of ridiculous fears.

Right.

And,

And for those of you that have those ridiculous fears,

Bob Newhart is the therapist you should seek.

And whenever those thoughts of what's the point,

You know,

I can't do it.

People think that they're going to be inspired to overcome their fear.

One of the way,

One of the tools that the opponent uses on us is apathy.

This to make us feel like what's the point or too tired or don't have the energy to do it or whatever.

So those are actually the times where you should strengthen yourself and say,

This is exactly when and how I should do it.

And I personally have heard this lesson thousands of times and I heard it intellectually and I said,

Well,

It's inspiring,

But you know,

You don't really get around to it.

And I know that I'm sharing it now and maybe this is the 500th person,

500th time a person's heard it and they need to hear it 505 times or 600 times.

But just know the day you start,

The day you start making the overcoming of your fears and you use the tool,

The tools that we've talked about,

Especially the tool of prayer throughout the day,

A fear pops up,

You just pause and you ask the creator,

Give me certainty.

Show me,

Show me how to have certainty.

I don't know how to have certainty.

I feel these illogical fears.

If you ask for it,

You get it.

And that's all you got to do.

Every time it pops up,

You just start talking to a higher power and that's all you need to do.

It's really that simple.

Any final words,

Elisheva?

We're not ready for final words.

I'm sorry.

We have a lot to talk about.

Actually the thing that I wanted to bring up is quite often.

We don't end at 11.

40?

No,

11.

50.

Oh,

Nice.

And it's actually 10.

I'm sorry,

It's actually 10.

10,

Whatever.

We're all living in the past here.

Or in the future for that matter.

The reason that we chose to bring this conversation right now versus in December or April or any other time of the year is because energetically the Kabbalists teach that this is a month in which our fears are going to be awakened.

And I don't know if you have felt in the last couple of weeks that your fears have taken you over,

Have come to the forefront.

And maybe people that you know have become unusually anxious,

Scared,

Apprehensive.

I know,

As I said before,

I know that the state of the world looks like it's the cause.

But know that the way that the system is rigged spiritually is that the ebbs and flows of the energy over the course of the year give us every opportunity we need to overcome any challenge,

Any obstacle,

Any blockage.

It happens to be that this is the month that sets us up to face our fears.

And as I mentioned before,

Most of those fears are if we get down to them around control.

And I don't know,

This may not resonate with you on a conscious level,

But on a subconscious level the fears that we have of things not,

Again,

Whatever you're afraid of,

It's often that things won't be as you desire them,

As you need them to be,

As you want them to be,

Or that you will lose safety,

Security,

A sense of well-being,

Even in terms of knowing.

Basically,

A lot of our fears are based upon past experiences.

Somebody broke up with me,

So therefore I'm afraid that everybody's going to break up with me.

Or I sounded like an idiot on stage.

I'm afraid I'm always going to sound like an idiot on stage.

Well,

If I'm afraid I am an idiot.

Also,

So on a psychological level,

The only thing that's 100% known is the past.

I'm going to let you think about that for a second.

The only thing that we actually know factually,

And the mind even plays with that part,

Is what's already happened.

There's uncertainty only in the next moment,

And the next moment,

And the 10 moments after that.

Our tendency is to try to control what's going to happen.

When we feel out of control,

We feel weak and vulnerable and all these other things.

Part of what the universe is giving us this four-week opportunity to tackle is,

What am I afraid of happening?

When I work with people who have fears,

I ask them,

So what's the worst thing that can happen?

What's the worst thing about that?

What's the worst thing about that till we get really to the seed of what they're afraid of?

Eventually,

Again,

Afraid is being vulnerable,

Being unloved,

Et cetera.

I want to challenge all of you in the two weeks that we have left of the month of Scorpio to ask instead,

What's the best that could happen?

What is the best that could happen?

Not to think in terms of worst-case scenario,

Not only to think in terms of best-case scenario,

But to encourage other people to think of best-case scenario.

When I look at,

And I try not to look at the news,

Okay,

I admit it,

I did it yesterday.

I looked at,

On my phone,

Apple News,

And I was kind of shocked.

First of all,

Every headline repeats itself 18 times in different publications.

The numbers are spiking,

There's riots here,

The voting situation,

The economic situation in that country.

There is literally,

And I know that there are news outlets that do only positive news,

But I wanted to say to all of these journalists,

How about writing an article about what's the best that could happen?

What's the best-case scenario at the polls?

What's the best-case scenario with COVID?

What's the best-case scenario in Venezuela right now?

What's the best-case scenario?

And have people start to think in those terms.

I promise you,

If you only allow yourself to think that this week,

Seven days,

Don't promise yourself the moon,

Seven days,

Put reminders in your phone every hour to think about what's the best that could happen,

Your life will change dramatically.

Can you just leave it at that?

Beautiful.

I love that.

I mean,

We can wrap it up.

If we can talk more,

It's up to you.

Too much freedom.

Okay.

The other thing I wanted to say,

If you're really that speechless,

Is next week,

Mark your calendars,

The live show on YouTube,

Of course,

And the podcasts,

The episode we released on the podcast apps all over the place.

We are having Yael Yardeni on the show.

Next week.

Next week.

Yael is,

First of all,

A world-renowned astrologer.

She runs the Academy of Kabbalistic Astrology out of our center in Moscow,

Where she teaches online classes in Kabbalistic Astrology.

We finally,

I literally think it's three years that I'm trying to get her to be on the show,

Finally got her to be on the show.

She's big.

And we are going to be talking about the astrological signs and dealing with modern times.

So how do we naturally deal with modern times and what's the more elevated way to deal with modern times?

It's going to be a phenomenal show.

I think we'll also be able to offer a discount for astrology readings as a result of that,

Which people have been asking about.

I told her,

Because we saw her last week,

I said,

I don't refer anybody to you because I told her,

I said,

You know,

I haven't referred one person to you.

There's like five astrologers that we refer students to and I said,

You know,

Last time I referred somebody to you,

You were eight months booked.

And I said,

You know,

What's the,

You need to figure that out.

I'll tell you something really funny.

I saw her a couple of years ago at an international event and she's like,

I can't wait to talk to you next week.

And I was like,

What?

And I had booked a meeting so far in advance that I forgot it was even coming up.

Oh my gosh.

So I told her she needs to figure that one out.

I said,

I don't know,

Raise your prices,

Do something.

But I mean,

I would like to do a chart with you.

Yes,

She is.

She is phenomenal.

She's also a great,

As a Leo,

Great speaker and really entertaining.

So you don't want to miss that show.

Clear your schedules now.

And next week,

Sorry,

The week after we are beginning a month long conversation about prosperity.

So that is another thing to get very excited about.

We have guests.

We have lots of successful guests like you.

We're going to have you on the show,

David.

You're going to be my guest on one of those episodes.

Successful in the upper world.

As above,

So be low.

So we want to encourage you,

First of all,

To thank you guys for all of the sharing and commenting and emailing in that you've been doing.

The more you share the show,

The more we get out there and reach even more people and have that quantum effect on what's going on in the world.

If there are concepts you want to hear about,

If there are topics you want to learn about,

You can always email us at energyboost at kabbalah.

Com.

And last but not least,

If you are listening on the podcast,

Make sure to rate and review us so that we can,

Basically that's the way the algorithm works.

The more people that are talking about us,

The more people we can reach.

So our numbers are climbing and our ranking,

Which is great.

I mean,

Audience,

Really appreciative to the audience.

And I also want to say I'm really appreciative of the audience last week.

I started Kabbalah One and after we talked about it on the show,

I think double the numbers came through and we have close to six,

700 people.

Tonight is class two.

So really excited.

I think a good majority of people in the class are coming from people who listen to us on the podcast.

By the way,

You can still join David's class,

Which is tonight.

It's in a few hours,

But you can still join it.

And if you are not.

.

.

And even if you don't come live,

You can get the recording.

So it's pay what you can.

So you can't afford it.

It's okay.

Just come be part of it.

And I know you can hear me twice in one day.

I teach three classes on Monday and I don't know who did that,

But we should have maybe logically distributed them around.

If you're on the other side of the planet,

We also have a level one course starting today.

It actually probably starts in about 10 minutes according to my calculations.

It's out of the London Center.

So if you are in Europe or Africa,

That may work better for your time zone.

So if you don't have that information,

You can always email us and we'll send you the link to register.

Because these courses are 10 weeks,

If you miss the first class,

It's not the end of the world.

You always get the recordings and the downloads.

And on that note,

Have a fabulous,

Fearless week,

And we'll see you next time on the Weekly Energy Boost.
