What would it feel like right now if every cell was filled with this grace of Love?

What does it feel like if every breath you bring in is a breath of grace,

A breath of Love that fills the lungs,

Fills the body?

What if the body is a tiny speck in this ocean of grace?

And if this ocean of grace surrounds the body and is in every cell,

Is there any separation?

Is there any difference between grace on the inside and grace on the outside and grace in the middle?

It's beautiful.

And as you realize this,

There's a deeper layer of surrender,

Of control.

The robotic machine realizes it's made it home.

It can stop,

It can rest here.

The survival machine that's been working so hard on fixing yourself and fixing the world and fixing your environment and fixing the people can now come to rest here,

Now.

Simply stopping,

Letting it rest.

Just discovering for yourself,

Is there a deeper layer that's still holding,

That's still unsure,

That still wants something?

Let it come up.

Let the part of you that is still unsure and still wants something different,

Still afraid or still angry or still hungry,

Let it come up.

And welcome it with open arms,

An open heart.

Become those parts of yourself that you've been fighting with or ignoring or suppressing.

Let them come.

Without judgment and blame.

Now all experiences come and go,

But something that's realized doesn't have to come and go.

If you stay true to yourself,

If you stay true to what you realize,

It doesn't matter if the state changes.

You don't change.

It doesn't matter if the experience changes,

If you don't change.

So what's it like right now to be so deeply rooted in the willingness to stay true to yourself in the face of everything?

How is that possible?

To stay true to yourself in the face of everything.

So when the world says you're not good enough,

When the world says you're ugly,

You're stupid,

You're wrong,

You're bad,

To stay true to yourself.

To not say yes when you mean no.

To be true to yourself.

That's very good.

Very clear.

What if you have the thought right now,

I am trustworthy?

Is it possible?

What happens when you think,

I am trustworthy?

Notice what happens.

That's very good.

And now give rise to a doubt and notice what happens.

Give rise to a doubt.

Well,

I don't know,

I'm not sure,

I don't agree,

I don't get it.

Just give rise to one of those thoughts and notice what happens.

What happens mentally,

Emotionally,

And physically.

And notice what doesn't change in the middle of it.

What's unchanging.

That's very good.

And then let the thought sink back where it came from.

And what happens when the thought disappears?

That's very good.

You're doing really well.

It's beautiful.

Sweet silence.

So rare.

But you may find it during the day or anytime.

Suddenly you're hungry for silence and you stop.

And there it is.

Suddenly the old thoughts come back and you stop.

And there it is.

Suddenly the old feelings,

Feelings of inadequacy,

Feelings of anger,

Feelings of neediness,

Feelings of rage,

Come up and you stop.

You experience it.

And there it is.

And there you are.

And so you may discover that different levels of consciousness appear and disappear.

It doesn't matter.

Eyes can be open or closed,

It doesn't matter.

The truth is true no matter what.

Amen.

The joy of living.

The joy of living from being completely trusting yourself,

In integrity with yourself,

Staying true to yourself.

Beautiful.

Then you are the light.

If you still have unfinished business,

Wounds that haven't healed,

Memories you can't get rid of,

Bring them here now.

Let everything come.

All the bad times,

All the hurting times,

All the wounding times.

Let them come.

Invite them to come to peace.

Invite them to come to Love,

To be resolved.

All the abuse,

All the pain,

All the needless suffering.

Let it come into your heart now.

So that you can see it with new eyes.

You can learn from it.

You can see how it has helped you no matter how bad it was.

Here you are alive and in bliss,

In peace,

In joy.

So how is it possible to bring everything that you thought was so awful and that was awful,

To bring it here,

To be finished?

So it's no longer a burden.

It's very good.

And you may find throughout our time together,

Memories may appear that you've forgotten about.

Things may percolate up that you forgot but are still there,

Waiting to be liberated,

Waiting to come to the true joy of your heart,

The true compassion of your Love.

And so you invite everything.

And you see what you ignore.

You can see what you've suppressed,

What you've repressed.

And everything's welcome.

It's very good.
