You can feel so good to enjoy everything.

The sounds of the room and the sounds of the birds.

So many different bird songs.

And the sensation of how your feet touch the ground.

You may not have noticed it before.

But there may be a certain sensation in the soles of your feet.

And that's a signal that your body has already dropped down deeper than you realize.

I'm curious if you're aware of that sensation in the soles of your feet.

Can you notice it in the space between your feet as well?

What's that like?

If you can't notice it,

Just imagine you could.

Feel that same energy in the space between your feet.

That's right.

What a mystery.

Where does your body end?

Where does that space begin?

And if that energy starts moving up from your feet,

Up your legs,

And the sound of the birds on the outside,

And the sensation of this energy moving up through your legs,

Can feel so good.

That energy is a wave of deep peace moving up through your thighs.

A wave of deep peace moving up into your hips.

It can feel so good.

Let everything melt away.

As this energy of deep peace rolls up into your belly,

All the organs can get relief of deep peace moving up through the organs of your belly and into your chest.

So that every breath can be filled with deep peace.

And your heartbeat can be a heartbeat of deep peace,

Deep peace,

Deep peace,

Deep peace,

Deep peace,

Deep peace.

And then it moves through your blood so that every cell is enlivened with this energy of deep peace.

And as it moves up out of your chest and into your throat,

It can feel so good for the vocal cords to relax.

And it rolls up into your face and all your facial muscles can finally relax.

You don't have to put on a face for anybody at all.

It can all melt away.

Your cheeks can relax.

Your forehead,

All the muscles and nerves in your face can get this message of soothing deep peace,

Deep peace.

And your eyes can feel so good for your eyes to be so deeply at peace that they can feel like they're glued shut.

Your eyes can feel so relaxed that you don't even have the energy to open them,

Because they can feel like they're glued shut.

And you can test now and discover that you're so successful in relaxing your eyes that they can feel like they're glued shut.

You can test that and discover it.

Try to open your eyes and then let it sink back down.

That's right.

And the one who is trying can relax and drop down even deeper.

And this energy of deep peace can roll up into your brain.

It can feel so good to have a brain massage of deep peace.

And what if it starts on one side and rolls across to the other like a big number eight coming up one side and falling down in the middle to the other side.

And then up on one side and down in the middle to the other.

As it gently rolls from one side of your brain to the other.

I can feel so good.

Your body has done such a beautiful job for you.

It breathes without your noticing.

And so it keeps your heart beat,

Your temperature at just the right time,

In the right heat.

You have such a good body.

So grateful.

So what if you could have a smile of happiness that starts at the very top of your head and smiles into your brain.

It can feel so good.

The smile can be on the outside and on the inside.

You can smile in behind your face and feel that smile moving down into your chest.

Smiling in gratitude for these lungs that keep working.

Smiling in gratitude for this heart.

Smiling in gratitude for all these organs that keep functioning.

And that smile can roll down your shoulders to your fingertips.

It can feel so good.

And it can roll down through your pelvis and down all the way to your toes.

It allows a feel like this smile into your legs and knees,

Into your calves and ankles and feet and toes.

It can feel so good.

And the one that's been doing this can now stop and drop even deeper.

Deeper than the body.

Can you fall out the bottom?

What if the body is floating up above as you sink down deeper and deeper inside into this vast empty space?

That's very good.

Doing really well.

And in this vast empty space,

You can make a true prayer.

A true prayer.

Either a prayer of what you really want or a prayer of gratitude for what you really have.

It doesn't matter.

It can feel so good.

Unencumbered by the body.

Floating in space.

For a true prayer to come from someplace deeper.

That's very good.

And whether it's a prayer of need or a prayer of gratitude,

What can you give as an offering along with this prayer?

Notice for yourself,

What do you have that you can give?

And once you give it,

You don't take it back.

What are you willing to give as an offering along with this prayer?

That's very good.

Doing really well.

You may become aware of the birds.

They've been there all along.

But now they're included.

You might be aware of the space around you.

How big is it?

Does it have any boundaries?

Is there any separation between you and this space?

Is there any boundary or border?

Check and see.

If you find an edge,

Find what it's made of and see if it's real.

So we can imagine for a moment that all the edges are gone.

What's left when all edges are gone?

What if in this moment there's no past?

What if it was just a dream?

What if none of it ever happened?

Just in this moment,

Let's make believe it was just a dream.

Never happened.

That everything is present right here.

What if there's no future?

What if there's no place to go?

What if there's nothing next?

What are you?

Where are you?

Yeah,

That's very good.

Doing really well.

What if you felt grateful for this body of incarnation?

This precious body that gives you this possibility to realize what's beyond the body.

Can you give up your war with the body?

With the way it looks,

The way it functions,

The way you think it should be?

What if you put that down and just appreciate it for the precious incarnation that it is?

What if in this spacious openness you can feel the pain of those you're in relationship with?

Your family,

Your partners.

Is it possible to just feel their pain without doing anything?

What if you breathe in their pain and just breathe out love?

Breathe in the pain of countless generations that led to you in this incarnation.

And just breathe out love back.

Breathe in the pain of your parents and your children and your brothers and sisters.

And just breathe out love back.

And you'll notice there might be some that are more sticky for you,

More problematic.

That's good.

That's where your teaching is.

That's where you can grow.

Not by fixing them,

But by finishing whatever war you have.

That's really good.

Doing beautifully.

This process will continue for you in a very deep way.

It continues to work in a way of bringing innocence and freshness.

You're going to discover that innocence and freshness showing up different ways.

And you can discover that this process is going to continue in a deep undercurrent that will call you,

Soften you,

Sweeten you.

Bringing you the freshness and tenderness of a young child and the wisdom of a sage.

It's very beautiful.

Doing really well.

So eventually body awareness will return.

Normal state of consciousness will return.

And you'll find that even as you return to the surface,

You can also stay in the depths.

That's part of the mystery.

So you can hear the plane overhead,

The sound of my voice,

The sensation of sitting in a chair and sitting on the floor,

Being in a room.

The appearance of being in a body.

The appearance of other bodies around you.

Quite naturally,

Effortlessly,

You can come back.

Your eyes can open.

And you might discover when your eyes open,

There's still a deep quiet.

Eyes open doesn't mean the chattering mind has to come back.

Your eyes can be open and your mind can be still.

It feels so good.

Thank you so much.

Thank you,

Thank you.
