20. Ascension Of Thought [Advanced]

Even though the Essence of the Creator of All can never be reached, ancient Divine wisdom teaches us that man has the ability to reach higher levels of spiritual consciousness by climbing the ladder of the four levels of thought. This advanced meditation guides the listener through these four levels.

Hello, Welcome to guided Jewish meditations. My name is Eliezer. Ancient divine wisdom speaks of four levels of divine light as it descends from the infinite source to a point where it is fully contained within many layers and vessels, Ready to give existence and life in our universe. These levels progress from the most abstract to the more defined, As this universe is not able to exist in direct contact with the divine, Just as man is unable to face the sun without several layers protecting him from the raw power and energy emanating from our star. The reverse is also true. As man tries to reach his creator, Whether in meditation, Prayer, Or study, He must climb this ladder, Allowing his mind and soul to ascend until he reaches the point of nothingness where neither time nor space exists. An analogy to this can be seen in the human body. There equally exist four levels of biology that together create the fully functioning organism of the body. These are, In order, The cells, Which are the basic building blocks of an organism. As cells replicate and form clusters, They create tissue, Which in and of itself cannot fully function but are critical in the formation of organs. Then, As tissue come together, They form organs, Each one serving one or more functions in the body but unable to form a whole. And finally, As all necessary organs come together, They form a human body, Completing the process that started with the cell. During today's meditation, We will begin with a simple fragment of a thought and work our way up as we ascend the ladder of our mind and soul, Culminating with the spiritual parallel of the human body, Made of many individual fragments of thought, Assembled and complete, Ready to embrace the divine. Please find a quiet, Comfortable place to meditate. Today's advanced meditation will focus on the innermost parts of your mind and soul, So it is important that you not be disturbed. Sit or lay down, Close your eyes, And relax your entire body by breathing deeply and evenly. Take your time. Leave all your worries and anxieties behind and focus inward on your mind and soul. As you breathe in, Allow the air to fill your body and mind with life and light. And as you breathe out, Relax your body and clear your mind, Bringing you closer and closer into a deep state of relaxation and meditation. Continue breathing this way until you are ready to begin this journey of the soul. Deploy some heat Freem Gently and slowly clear your mind of all thought. Picture your thoughts as waves of light filling the space of your mind and allow these waves to gently flow out of the scope of your mind, Leaving your consciousness clear and still. If you find that thoughts remain, Do not force them away, Rather allow them to gently dissipate into thin air. Continue doing this for a short while. Now meditate on thought itself, On the mere fleeting instance of a thought, A single bit of information, An almost infinitely small point of light. This is a single letter, The smallest amount of spiritual light collected into one place. Now, Slowly allow the form of the Hebrew letter Yud to form in the center of your mind. Let your mind create it and fill it with the light of this thought. Picture in it the smallest perceivable amount of divine life and light that reaches our world. In the human body, This is the cell, The smallest measure of life in a human body. Meditate on the importance of this letter and how all future thought is made of thoughts just as this one, Strung together, Never losing its identity, Yet becoming the building blocks of all future thought. You you you Now, Allow this thought to replicate just as a cell replicates. Allow this almost infinitesimally small point of light, The Yud in your mind, To grow, To replicate, And to create additional points of thought and divine light. As these points appear in the expanse of your mind, You begin to perceive hundreds of points of light throughout your consciousness, Slowly appearing from within the very air around you. Slowly moving around in random fashion, They resemble stars in the night sky moving about. As you focus on these points of light, You recognize that they are Hebrew letters from aleph through tuff, Yet they have grown crowns at their edges, Allowing them to move in your mind. Slowly you see them begin to coalesce into pockets of light, Forming collections of letters, Randomly aligning themselves with other letters. In your mind and soul, You realize that these letters are in the process of forming words, Yet lack the spiritual light to assemble into sequences that allow for the formation of complete, Sensible words. Just as cells replicate and form tissue, Yet lack the structure to create functioning organs, You observe these collection of letters move about in the frame of your mind. Continue meditating on these letters and try to infuse them with meaning, With order, Bringing you closer to your goal. You you you you As these collections of letters continue to form in your mind, You see the intensity of light within them begin to increase. The letters begin to move, Arranging themselves into different orders, Leaving behind particles of light shimmering in your mind. As the letters complete their rearrangement, You behold a bright flash of light fill your consciousness, As Hebrew punctuations begin to appear around the hundreds of collections of letters in your mind. Forming completed words, You become aware of a sea of hundreds of words originating from your mind and soul, Slowly moving around in the scope of your mind. Each word fully formed, You see their letters, Crayons and punctuations radiating with divine light. As you meditate on these words, You realize that they resemble the organs in your body, Formed out of tissue, Each one serving a specific function that keeps you alive. Fully capable of functioning on its own, Within its own capacity, You realize that each word, As well as each organ, Is still incomplete. Meditating on the words in your mind, You begin to experience a common bond between all this divine light. Just as the organs in your body must come together in perfect order to create a fully functioning human body, So must the words in your mind come together in perfect harmony and unity to complete your meditation and ascend to the highest level. Taking a deep breath, You continue meditating on these words and what they represent, As you allow your soul to completely take over. You you you you your meditation enters its final and deepest phase and you once again experience a divine flash of light as you experience a deep awakening of your soul out of the depths of your subconsciousness you feel your own spiritual will emanate outwards into these words infusing them with light as the words merge with this light they begin to adorn themselves with cantillations a divine song that originates from deep within you as the cantillations radiate with bright light you see the words arrange themselves according to these cantillations forming phrases sentences and finally an entire paragraph the air around you begins to gently vibrate with the song of the cantillations before you the song of your soul overcoming your heart and mind with joy and harmony taking a deep breath you meditate on the completed paragraph before you the divine organs that were the words of your mind and soul have come together to form a divine organism a fully functioning whole representing your innermost thoughts you you you a deep realization overcomes you beginning in the edges of your mind moving inwards filling your consciousness the paragraph before you is a prayer formed from the deepest consciousness of your soul its innermost desire the letters that were individual fragments of thought each one a single point of divine light have assembled and formed before you into a completed prayer your prayer the deepest expression of the divine spark within you a very piece of the infinite source as this reality fills your mind with light you see the prayer ascend leaving your consciousness and radiating outwards as it follows the divine path before you that connects your soul with its creator this prayer is you connecting to the source of all in the most profound way by recognizing that from the very spiritual and biological building blocks and up everything exists only through its connection with the creator of all the source of all and the only true unity in existence meditate on this prayer the innermost desire of your soul as it ascends to the infinite source a crown for the creator of all you you you you we have reached the conclusion of this meditation begin breathing deeply and evenly slowly bringing your mind back to your body your surroundings and the present do this until you feel your mind has fully returned you you thank you for joining me today this meditation can be repeated as many times as you like reaching higher levels of divine consciousness or focusing on a different prayer each time my name is Eliezer may peace be with you you
