As we dive into leadership,
There are three core themes that I would love to share with you today.
They lead you back to the path of love.
The first one is You didn't sign up to this Earth just so that you can beat yourself up.
Starseed,
Stop comparing yourself to others.
You are here to share your gifts,
Shine your light,
And show your real self to the world.
The more you show your true essence to the world,
The more you can light the path for others.
You are worthy because you are worthy.
And the second message is You are not here to fit into the mold or to follow the crowd.
You are here to disrupt the old matrix and give birth to the new Earth.
This is why your path looks so unfamiliar to other people,
Starseed.
That's because you are the pathmaker,
Not the follower.
You are here to seed new light codes,
Bring in love,
And uplift humanity as a whole.
You are the wisdom keeper,
Wayshower,
And lightworker.
It's time to redefine what truly matters for you and to realign yourself to your highest vision.
And the third message is a really big one.
You are not meant to be the best-kept secret.
You don't have to do more to be more.
You don't even have to be more to be more.
You are enough because you are enough.
You are to be seen,
To be heard,
To be found,
And to be known for who you truly are.
It's time to speak your voice,
Share your message,
Show up every single day.
The world needs your light more than ever now.
It is safe for you to be visible starting now.
It's time for you to become the feminine leader you are born to be.
And it doesn't have to be complicated like the human mind makes it up to be.
For some of you,
Being a leader might mean leading a retreat,
Creating a community,
Writing a book,
Serving a client,
Speaking on stage to share your voice,
Creating a meditation track,
Or maybe as simple as cooking for your loved one,
Volunteering in your neighborhood,
Or even being a volunteer in your own community.

Bringing some peace and love to an otherwise chaotic house.
In whatever way you can share your love,
That you can leave a sparkle of light,
That's your way of leadership,
Starts it.
As you walk onto this earth,
Let every step that you take leave a trail of golden light.
That is the legacy of love you are here to create.
It can be as simple or as fancy as you want it to be.
