This Reiki-infused citrine metta meditation supports joy, clarity, optimism, and trust in your direction. The practice begins by cultivating ease and inner peace within yourself, then gently expands outward — to relationships, community, and the world at large. Citrine is often associated with confidence, clarity, motivation, and emotional balance. This meditation is especially supportive if you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from your sense of purpose.

Hello.

So this meditation was revealed to me.

I knew that I was ready to sit down and do something for really a few weeks,

But I didn't have that strike of lightning of clarity until Citrine popped in my head.

I'd had a number of different suggestions,

And this one just came right through.

And as soon as I started thinking about what this meditation should be with the Citrine or sitting with it,

It just revealed itself to me in doing a meta-meditation,

Which always has the same structure and same words said every time.

But I thought to switch it out with more of the flavors of Citrine that are joy,

Clarity,

Optimism,

And do a hybrid of a meta-meditation with the Citrine's property.

Additionally,

Before I began this recording,

I started a Reiki session in which I asked that all people that listen to this meditation receive exactly what they need in this moment from this meditation.

And so,

As we begin,

Go ahead and get a little more comfortable.

Find yourself settling in.

And take a couple nice deep breaths,

Fully arriving in this session,

Wherever it is that you are.

Taking another nice deep breath in and out.

Taking a moment to observe how you're feeling in this moment.

So with the meta-meditation,

I'll be saying a statement out loud,

And you will repeat it immediately following that,

Either to yourself or out loud.

The choice is up to you.

So I'll be leaving enough time in between each statement for you to repeat it back.

And we'll do that for the entire meditation.

So you feel like the words become your own.

Shall we begin?

May joy move through me with ease.

May joy move through me with ease.

One more time,

Take a big breath in and out.

May joy move through me with ease.

May my inner self be at peace.

May my inner self be at peace.

May I trust my direction.

Breathing.

May I trust my direction.

Feeling your shoulders softening.

May I trust my direction.

Another big breath in and out.

May clarity and optimism guide me to my next steps.

Take a breath in.

And now we'll begin to shift our attention away from ourselves and to a close friend whom we love dearly.

And to this friend you'll say,

And feel,

And earnestly mean,

May joy move through you with ease.

Say to your friend,

May joy move through you with ease.

May joy move through you with ease.

May your inner self be at peace.

May you trust your direction.

May clarity and optimism guide you to your next steps.

And you feel yourself smiling at your friend.

And now you'll choose a family member.

And to this family member you'll say,

May joy move through you with ease.

May your inner self be at peace.

May you trust your direction.

May clarity and optimism guide you to your next steps.

And now you're going to choose a person that's a bit of a rub for you.

Not necessarily someone you have an active beef with or something that's very inflammatory.

Maybe just someone that's kind of,

Meh,

Not your favorite,

Not your least favorite.

But someone that you probably could have a bit more compassion towards.

And once you know your person,

You'll take another nice deep breath in and out.

And to that person,

You will authentically say,

May joy move through you with ease.

Take another breath in.

May your inner self be at peace.

Another breath in.

May you trust your direction.

Another breath in.

May clarity and optimism guide you to your next steps.

And now we're going to zoom out the lens.

You're going to say this to every person in your county.

May joy move through you with ease.

May your inner self be at peace.

May you trust your direction.

May clarity and optimism guide you on your next steps.

Zooming out a little further to include all the people in your state.

And to all of those people,

You'll say,

May joy move through you with ease.

And you hope it really does.

May your inner self be at peace.

What would it feel like if your entire state was at peace?

May you trust your direction.

Take a breath for that.

May clarity and optimism guide you to your next steps.

You're going to zoom out even further to your entire country.

And to your country,

You'll say,

May joy move through you with ease.

May your inner self be at peace.

May you trust your direction.

May clarity and optimism guide you to your next steps.

Now zoom out even further to the whole world.

The entire planet.

And all of the beings on this planet.

Take a breath to feel the wholeness of that.

And to all beings,

You will say,

And to what lies infinitely beyond.

May joy move through you with ease.
