Welcome to this meditation.

This is Alayna Lipson,

Alignment Coach,

Intuitive Guide,

And today's guide for this meditation.

Today we're going to slow it way down,

And we're going to focus on the idea and then the actions of making space for what you want.

So often we ask for things and want things,

But we haven't slowed down enough to create space internally in our mind and our body,

As well as in the external environment in our home.

So today we're going to explore what it takes to not only focus and gain clarity on what you desire,

But we're also going to take time to slow down enough and notice any place that needs to be cleared out and make space for what you truly desire.

If you haven't done so already,

Find a comfortable place to relax.

You could be sitting down in a comfortable chair,

Lying in bed,

Or even going for a mindful walk in a place that brings you joy.

Wherever you are,

Bring your attention and awareness to your breath.

Just notice the quality of your breath.

Notice the temperature of the breath going in through your nose,

Taking up space inside your body,

And then releasing it,

Noticing how your shoulders might relax on the out breath.

Continue focusing on your breath,

Inviting your inhales into your heart,

Into your belly,

Allowing the expansion to naturally take place,

And then releasing with a sigh on the exhale.

Continue breathing like this in your own rhythm,

Consciously making a note of how a simple breath can start to create space inside your body,

Can start to point out any place you might feel tension and constriction.

Noticing the relationship between the inside of your body and the outside of your body.

Notice that by inviting a deeper breath in and creating space inside your body,

That you can invite softness and relaxation in your shoulders,

In your eyes,

In your jaw.

Notice the power of a simple intention to soften,

Softening your hands,

Your belly,

Your legs,

Continuing to breathe and create space inside,

Wondering how much expansion you can bring in with your exhale and your inhale,

Becoming aware of the space around your body,

Above your head,

In front of you,

Behind you,

And below you.

With each inhale and exhale,

Notice that you are taking up space,

Perhaps allowing your arms to expand around you,

Holding your arms as far out in each direction as you can,

To your sides,

In front of you,

Even behind you if it's possible.

And if you're in a space that's a little more constricted,

Just allow your hands to be in front of you,

To the sides,

As much as they can.

Just become aware of the space that you're taking up.

Allow that space in your mind's eye,

Your energy bubble,

To expand out,

Maybe a few more inches in front of you,

Above you,

Behind you,

To your left and to your right.

Just notice if that alters your inner experience at all,

If you're suddenly aware of the space around you.

Sometimes you can feel the energy in your mind's eye,

Sometimes in order to dream bigger and ask for more.

We have to become comfortable with taking up more space,

Energetically,

Emotionally,

Spiritually,

And even physically.

Becoming comfortable with being in the spaces that you are in,

Whether you find yourself alone in a room or among others.

Do you find yourself shrinking inwards?

Or are you solidly rooted in your body,

Taking up that space?

Just get curious about your experience in your body and around your body,

Regardless of shape and size and what society tells you you should look like.

You're absolutely perfect in this moment,

And the space that we're talking about taking up here in this moment is the space of your presence in your life.

Claiming that which you desire and feeling worthy of having it now.

Knowing that you're on the journey to learn,

To grow,

To experience life,

And to receive and allow generosity to flow to you as much as you allow it to flow towards those you love.

Creating a space to take care of yourself,

To honor yourself,

To love yourself fully as you are is all part of taking up the space that you're in.

So right now,

I invite you to just pause and continue breathing for the next five breaths and just notice the space within your body and the space all around you.

There's nothing to do.

Simply notice for the next five breaths.

Inhale and exhale in your own rhythm starting now.

So so so and now I invite you to ask yourself what do you really want?

Are you seeking clarity?

Are you seeking prosperity?

Are you seeking connection?

Take this moment in this quiet space that we've created and ask the question,

What do I truly want?

And instead of answering from your mind with that to-do list and to have list,

I invite you to focus on your heart center.

Perhaps even putting a hand on your heart perhaps even putting a hand on your heart and simply contemplating without a goal to just notice what comes up when you give yourself the space and spaciousness to ask and simply listen,

What do I really want?

We're going to take the next three minutes to sit in silence breathing in the spaciousness that you just created and simply listen from your heart center.

What do I truly want?

I will let you know when the three minutes are up.

I will let you know when the three minutes are up.

You you you you you you And now coming back Take a moment to acknowledge all the different images and thoughts and ideas and feelings That bubbled up in that space Simply creating space within yourself to ask a question and let that question percolate Allow yourself to contemplate Brings up new ways of seeing things new desires that perhaps you hadn't considered before Perhaps these are desires that you've carried with you for a long time Either way,

I invite you right now to I invite you right now as we wrap up this short powerful meditation to grab a pen and your journal And simply begin writing Perhaps set a timer for five minutes or ten minutes And just let yourself pour out all of the ideas that came through And then give yourself the space to explore Which one?

Feels the most alive And then what is that next tiny action to move you forward?

Taking the time to be still to create space to honor and acknowledge What you truly want?

And then this missing piece for most manifestation meditations is to ask yourself What is that one?

Tiny next action step And then move forward And then you'll see the magic and confidence it creates Blessings on your journey and I'll see you for the next meditation.
