This is Alaina Lipson,
Divine mentor and meditation guide for this journey.
An invitation to see with new eyes.
If you haven't done so,
Find a place to get comfortable.
Take a moment to look around,
Noticing your environment,
Noticing your place in the room that you're sitting in right now.
Noticing the temperature on your skin of the air around you.
Using your breath as you inhale and exhale.
Noticing any surface that your body is touching.
Feeling the support,
The connection.
Find a relaxing place to settle your hands and your feet.
Whenever you're ready,
Close your eyes and begin to see with new eyes the inner landscape that you get to co-create.
Begin focusing on your inhales and your exhales,
Going a little bit deeper than your natural breath.
Allowing the inhale to fill you with oxygen and life force.
Inviting the exhale to relax your body and your energy into this moment.
As you continue breathing,
Bring your attention and awareness to the bottom of your feet.
And as I mentioned each body part,
Allow yourself to feel the presence of energy,
Of life force,
Of relaxation,
Inviting your full presence,
Attention and awareness.
Allowing any sounds or distractions around you in your space or beyond to just become part of the noticing without trying to change it or adjust it.
Bringing attention and awareness to your calves and your shins,
Your thighs,
Your hips,
Your belly,
Your lower back,
Your solar plexus,
Your middle back,
Your chest and your heart,
Your upper back,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your fingers,
Your neck,
Your chin,
Your jaw,
Your tongue,
Your cheeks,
Your ears,
Your nose,
Your eyes,
The space behind your eyes,
Your forehead,
Your scalp.
Taking another deep breath with intention,
Allowing the inhale to fill you and the exhale to empty.
Now with your inner vision,
Bring your attention to the center of your head.
Shifting your gaze to the center of your forehead.
Simply noticing what you see.
For some people,
Inner vision is rich,
A tapestry of images and symbols.
For others,
It's a sweet,
Peaceful space of darkness with light and shadow.
Neither is right,
Neither is wrong.
For the next few moments,
Give yourself permission to simply notice without judgment,
Without labels,
Without having to figure anything out.
Allow your internal vision to see with new eyes.
Perhaps there are stresses coming up.
Perhaps you're sensing a to-do list emerging.
Simply notice and let this be a space of deep presence in this moment.
Keep coming back to your breath.
I'll bring you back once you've explored this inner landscape with inner quiet and presence.
I'll bring you back once you've explored this inner landscape with inner quiet and presence.
I'll bring you back once you've explored this inner landscape with inner quiet and presence.
I'll bring you back once you've explored this inner landscape with inner quiet and presence.
As you bring your attention and awareness back to my voice,
Acknowledge anything that came up.
Did you find it difficult to focus?
Did you see new images of thoughts?
Did new awareness and insight arrive?
There is no right,
There is no wrong in the way you experience your inner landscape.
If you felt your mind,
Body,
And soul relax and align during this space and time,
I invite you to consider continuing this gift of sacred time.
As we wrap up our time together,
I offer you a blessing of gratitude.
The more each of us finds time to go within,
Get still,
Release distractions,
The more powerfully we can be present for ourselves,
For each other,
And for the collective.
Sending you powerful blessings in this moment.
May you continue to receive all that you need from your inner sacred space.
This is Alaina Lipson,
Your divine mentor,
Your meditation guide,
And I'll see you for the next time.
