Bones!

You wanted freedom from suffering.

Now you know your suffering is caused because you become one with thoughts,

Feelings,

Perception and sensation.

You create drama.

You get into raga and duisha.

You want freedom now and you're forgetting your own question.

Yes?

So you want freedom means now come to knowingness.

This is freedom.

Be established in this knowingness.

This is freedom.

Jain ke ye kar na hai.

Reh ho naa hai.

Teere dee ree go krab bale wo le le ke kar na time lago tha.

It will take its time.

Don't you have it pattern hai no?

We keep shuttling,

We keep shuttling,

Bar bar bar bar we keep shuttling and it's okay.

You don't have to beat yourself up for it.

Be compassionate,

Be kind.

Kindness begins here first.

It's only because of a past habit pattern that I slipped into thoughts and perceptions and feelings and I gave in.

But there is a knower of the thought.

There is a knower of perception.

It's a knower of this feeling.

I am that knower.

Then you see feeling arises.

Please for a while.

It has an expiry date.

It is going to go.

I am just the knower.

Slowly slowly the ego will start crumbling and then thoughts,

Feelings will not have such a strong hold on you.

It gets easier and easier and the ego gets weaker and weaker.

And when you're continuously here,

You are free.

That is called mukti.

That is called moksha.

You got the real moksha from suffering because suffering was only in the mind and because I identified myself as the mind.

I thought I am the doer.

I am the experiencer.

This feeling is mine.

This thought is mine and I get lost in the drama.

I create suffering and I only then want liberation from the suffering.

We are game children.

We are playing a game with ourselves.

Come back to the knower.

Please establish that again and again and again.
