That which is looking at everybody,
That which is perceiving everything through the sense of sight.
It thinks I am that which is smelling right now.
It thinks I am that who is listening.
The I identifies with the five senses and gets lost in the world.
So,
This I in kriya what happens to it?
Are you interested in seeing anything?
Tell me.
When you were doing the kriya,
Were you interested in smelling anything?
Tasting anything?
Did the thought of pizza come up in the past one hour?
Now you must be thinking of pizza.
Lunch time.
Are you seeing this?
So what happened to that atom called I?
It dropped the identification with the body and united with the self.
This atom when it identifies with the body,
It gets lost in the mundane.
And when it withdraws from the body and identifies with the self,
It becomes divine.
Recognize this.
And this is happening to you in every kriya,
In every meditation.
So many you have done till now.
Did you recognize this?
This is what is happening to me.
So beautiful,
Gurudev has come up with such a beautiful thing.
That I does not lose itself in the material world anymore.
It can unite with the self.
Now we have to bring this into our lives.
This understanding is beautiful.
It's happening in meditation.
But now I need to bring it into my routine,
My daily life.
I get so lost with what I see,
I want to grab it.
What I taste,
I want that again and again.
What I touch,
I want to possess it.
Because I have started identifying with this world of five senses.
I have started identifying with this body.
Again and again withdrawing,
Taking one step back and recognizing,
Oh,
I am that self.
I am not this body.
Ego is only that little atom which either identifies with the body or identifies with the self.
You start doing your debit and credit and see where you lose out more.
When it identifies with this world,
This material world,
It looks for pleasure.
And you know pleasure is short-lived,
No?
It comes with an expiry date.
Any pleasure.
Stimulation of the body only leads to pleasure.
But stimulation of the soul leads to bliss.
You choose.
What do you want?
Do you want short-term pleasure or long-term bliss?
You do your debit and credit.
