Salaam.
Salaam.
Salaam.
Salaam.
Let's close our eyes.
Comfortably sitting however it is comfortable for your body.
And just keep the body still now and just relax.
Relax your muscles.
And relax your breath.
Let's begin with the self exploration.
The exploration of my own nature.
The exploration of my own reality.
When I look within,
I notice thoughts coming and going.
I notice feelings arising and disappearing.
I notice some sensations in the body,
Pain or discomfort.
Or a tingling,
Itching somewhere and that also goes away.
I hear the sound of the speaker.
The perception of sound arises and goes away.
All these are continuously arising and dissolving just like waves arise and dissolve into the ocean.
However rough the waves are,
However turbulent the waves are,
They all come to an end.
They dissolve back into the ocean.
Let me look beyond perception of sound.
Beyond the thought that's arising and passing away.
Beyond the sensation in the body and beyond any feelings or emotions that I'm experiencing.
What is there beyond?
There's just a sense of being.
Simply a sense of being.
The sense of I am.
And if I explore deeper,
I cannot even find anything localized that says I.
There,
There is no I.
It's just an infinite field of no-thingness.
Why do we call it no-thing?
Because in its nature,
There is absence of things.
Physical objects and mental objects are things.
Those are absent in this field that lies beyond.
Melt into this field.
Collapse into it.
Relax into it.
This is the field of the silent self.
This is reality.
In this reality,
There is no I.
There is no you.
There is no I.
There is no I.
Om.
Om.
And when you feel complete,
Very slowly and gradually,
You may open your eyes.
Om.
