Been,

I know Ill take somebodys All I want is to cry So,

It's not that the silence speaks,

Otherwise it wouldn't be called silence or stillness.

So the knowingness is always in the background,

Very silent,

Very still.

It's like Shunyata,

Zero-ness.

Yes,

It does not speak.

It does not have the qualities that the mind has.

It cannot speak to you.

Yes,

But the mind can go there,

Taste that stillness and come back.

Yes,

That is what happens when I ask you the question,

Are you aware,

Sita?

Yes,

Did you notice that sinking of the mind backwards into the stillness?

It's such a simple experience.

We all experience it.

Yeah,

The mind sinks back into that stillness and comes back and says,

Yes,

I'm aware.

Yes,

I'm aware.

Yes.

So just like your mind told you right now,

Yes,

I'm aware.

The moment you come down and you hear a very soft,

Quiet voice telling you what is the right thing to do.

It is the mind speaking.

Yes,

It has gone back to that stillness and brought the right answer.

But after that,

The ego comes in and the ego says,

But I like this and I don't like this.

Then these are Ranga's and Dvesha's.

Then that changes your decision.

Yeah,

The quiet voice will happen just once because in that one moment the mind sank behind,

Touch that stillness and came out pure and gave you the right answer.

The right answers come from there.

The peaceful state that the mind experiences,

It experiences because it dipped into that stillness for a moment and it became calm.

It became still.

You get it?

So just imagine bringing this stillness into life.

Any work you do,

That work will be perfect because now you're not lost in I like this.

I don't like this.

This drama of the ego and the mind and the whole tussle that happens,

You're not giving that any importance.

You've taken that power away as if you deflated a balloon and that power you've given to the noor.

Yeah,

So you just need that noor again and again being the noor.

Whatever you're doing at work,

At home,

With children,

With family,

With parents,

With colleagues,

Even in a big crowd,

In an exhibition,

In the circus.

Yeah,

Where there is a lot of noise,

You can still be in that noor and be still,

Be quiet,

Be at peace.
