It is like yeah man functioning that is what has been defined as its nature its nature is maya yes it all out of its own nature when you experience it actually if you become very aware you will start noticing it in your own sleep you don't know deep sleep okay in deep sleep you are pure knowingness the pure consciousness nirgul there is no mind the body is as if it is dead there is no quality nirgul yeah in that deep sleep state you stay whatever two hours three hours and then when you're arising from the deep sleep state the first thing that really arises if you're aware you will you will notice it's the i thought and it says i am asleep that is the first thought that arises if you are aware and then you will come to the dreaming state and you will notice many many many many many dreams yes all these are created the whole mind got created out of that first thought i yes i is the first thought that is what happens to the knowingness yes this knowingness itself through its own nature of maya forgets itself and thinks that it is a limited mind body complex it gets lost in it it creates drama and you go through a very very very very long period of time in this drama you realize the futility of this drama you start feeling there has to be something more you start walking the spiritual path and for some lucky ones even without walking the spiritual path they suddenly recognize the noise and then they say oh that has always been there all my life but i was ignoring it because this was very entertaining no this world of people situations things feelings thoughts or drama was so entertaining it kept my attention grabbed i ignored this no more now you know oh i'm the no one i'm not this now you come here again and again whenever you slip here you come back here of course because of habit pattern we are slipping here and that's fine be compassionate be kind to yourself don't beat yourself up follow the buddha when you come back here no it's not fine slowly slowly how do you train a child with love with kindness you train a child correct that's it with kindness to myself with compassion to myself it's okay i slipped i'll be more aware i'll be more aware and be more aware you'll start staying in that knowingness and you'll start noticing while being in the world with family i can't be more aware of myself i can be in this nirguna i am this nirguna the mind has gunas the body has its gunas but i am this nirguna i am devoid of all these qualities i am totally silent totally pure so i'm suffering from a case of false identity correct correct correct so how ramana maha she puts it very beautifully that this awareness in activity is the mind mind at rest is the awareness awareness in activity is the mind mind at rest is awareness at rest is awareness this awareness itself is that nirguna is
