The other way other than being in the noor.
On the path of Advaita there is only one solution for everything.
The noor does not have habit patterns.
The noor does not have attachments.
The noor does not have ragas and dveshas,
No likes and dislikes.
So the noor never gets into clinging on to something or resisting something.
This is not the quality of the noor.
The noor is free of all this.
It is just absolute stillness,
Absolute silence.
You be there.
Again and again just be there.
The mind will pull you out again because of past habit patterns.
It is going to pull you back out into a situation,
Into behaving in a particular way or thinking in a particular way.
You just recognize it and you have to let it go.
You have to understand that you,
The noor have forgotten that you are the noor and you have become this whole drama.
You are the one that is mistaken and has started holding on to it thinking it is mine.
Yes and now Advaita's knowledge has come to you and is telling you let go,
Let go.
Open your fist,
Open your fist.
See you are the noor.
You are the noor of this attachment.
You are not the attachment.
You are the noor of this clinging on to,
Holding on to,
Grabbing and grasping tendency.
You are not the grasping tendency.
Recognize this.
Yes.
The more we learn to withdraw again and again,
Again and again.
Remember who we are and be here.
The easier it will become as we move on.
Most important thing is to recognize that this noor is like a big void.
It is the nothingness and this itself is peace.
Peace is not equal to the graph going up and you feeling continuous joy for 24 hours.
You're excited.
That is not called peace.
Yes.
Excitement comes with its equal tax of depression and sadness.
The higher the graph,
The lower the peak,
The valley.
It is going to happen that way.
Peace is the central equanimous straight line.
Peace has got nothing to do with happiness or unhappiness.
So this void,
This nothingness,
This quietness,
This stillness,
That itself is peace.
You're actually looking for yourself.
You know when you say I'm looking for peace,
You're thirsting to be yourself but you you don't know it.
Then you go here,
You go there,
You do this meditation technique,
You go for that dance class and then you go for this movie,
You go out with that friend looking for happiness,
Looking for peace.
You're actually looking for yourself.
The noor has forgotten himself and has got lost in this world of Maya.
All I'm saying,
Remember who I am and be there.
You'll find the peace that you're looking for.
Thank you.
